This is why uk police used to ask for a higher lever of intelligence before you could be a police officer in uk.

Now anyone can get in, that is physically able.

Thats the main reason.

If you have no standards of who you let in, your going to get a mixed bag. Higher up in police in uk, like in london, you need to be a freemason to get higher up, so that gets the better ones, i assume.

The lower ranks of uk police today, anyone can join. It never used to be like that, as probably the quality they wanted goto more safer jobs, and jobs where they are valued.

Todays world, being a police officer, is not the same, as the respect it had long ago.

If you have no real standards, of who can become a police officer, you will end up with many who should not in reality be smart enough to be one. But uk police probably use these people as front line people, and real policing today in uk is done by many you never see.

So, my answer is no, to op, they do not need mind control stuff. You just have a lower standard these days for front line police, so they will less likely be able to think through what they are doing. Plus being police in big cities you see so much, and hear so many bad things, it really wears people down, to see the public as all like that, ie suspects.

In almost all countries that went from Democracy to Dictatorship, the FIRST THING that changes is the RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR POLICE OFFICERS.

People who would have joined to SERVE AND PROTECT THE PUBLIC can NO LONGER JOIN. They are weeded out.

People who WILL BLINDLY FOLLOW ANY ORDERS FROM HIGH UP suddenly BECOME THE PREFERRED RECRUITS FOR POLICE WORK.

In Defense of Freedom

'I, as I assume many of you are, am disgusted and angered by the scenes of brutality and aggression from the Police following the new Police powers from Covid legislation'.

'It is time we stand up and defend ourselves not just verbally but physically and then confidently in Court'.

'Should I ever face unlawful behaviour from the Police, I will fight to defend myself and continue to fight in Court'.

Citizen v Police

"It is both good law and good sense that a man who is attacked may defend himself. It is both good law and good sense that he may do, but only do, what is reasonably necessary."

A person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances for the purposes of (in the alternative): -

  • self-defence;
  • defence of another;
  • defence of property;
  • prevention of crime;
  • lawful arrest.

In assessing the reasonableness of the force used, prosecutors should ask two questions:

  • was the use of force necessary in the circumstances, i.e. Was there a need for any force at all?; and
  • was the force used reasonable in the circumstances?

"If there has been an attack so that self defence is reasonably necessary, it will be recognised that a person defending himself cannot weigh to a nicety the exact measure of his defensive action. If the jury thought that that in a moment of unexpected anguish a person attacked had only done what he honestly and instinctively thought necessary, that would be the most potent evidence that only reasonable defensive action had been taken ..."

The fact that an act was considered necessary does not mean that the resulting action was reasonable: (R v Clegg 1995 1 AC 482 HL). Where it is alleged that a person acted to defend himself/herself from violence, the extent to which the action taken was necessary will, of course, be integral to the reasonableness of the force used.

Section 76(5A) allows householders to use disproportionate force when defending themselves against intruders into the home. The provision came into force on 25 April 2013 and applies to cases where the alleged force was used after that date. The provision does not apply retrospectively.

...A man who is attacked or believes that he is about to be attacked may use such force as is both necessary and reasonable in order to defend himself. If that is what he does then he acts lawfully.

Police officers are empowered by Section 117, Police and Criminal Evidence Act to use reasonable force, if necessary, when exercising powers conferred by that Act.

Final Consequences

The final consequences of a course may not be relevant to the issue as to whether the force used was reasonable. Although, the conduct of the suspect resulted in severe injuries to another or even death, this conduct may well have been reasonable in the circumstances. On the other hand, the infliction of very superficial or minor injuries may have been a product of simple good fortune rather than intention.

Once force was deemed to be unreasonable, the final consequences would be relevant to the public interest considerations.

Civilian Powers of Arrest

Care must be taken, when assessing the evidence in a case involving the purported exercising of civilian powers of arrest. Such powers of arrest are dependent upon certain preconditions.

The principal civilian powers of arrest can be found in section 24A, PACE 1984.

Members of the public (other than constables) may only arrest for "indictable" offences.

There are 2 conditions which apply:-

  • That there are reasonable grounds to believe the arrest is necessary for a reason specified; and
  • It is not reasonably practical for a constable to make the arrest

The reasons specified are to prevent the person in question:-

  • Causing physical injury to himself or any other person
  • Suffering physical injury
  • Causing loss of or damage to property
  • Making off before a constable can assume responsibility

Any force used to affect the arrest may be an assault and unlawful; and any force used to resist the arrest may be lawful.

The burden of proof remains with the prosecution when the issue of self-defence is raised.

The prosecution must adduce sufficient evidence to satisfy a jury beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant was either:-

  • not acting to defend himself/herself or another; or
  • not acting to defend property; ornot acting to prevent a crime or to apprehend an offender; or
  • if he was so acting, the force used was excessive.

Prosecutors should take special care to recognise, and ensure a sufficiency of evidence in, those cases where self-defence is likely to be an issue.

Prosecutors should have particular regard to:

  • nature of the offence being committed by the victim;
  • degree of excessiveness of the force used by the accused;
  • extent of the injuries, and the loss or damage, sustained by either or both parties to the incident;
  • whether the accused was making an honest albeit over-zealous attempt to uphold the law rather than taking the law into his/her own hands for the purposes of revenge or retribution.

Apprehension of Offenders

There are two important but sometimes contrasting public interest points regarding the apprehension of offenders. On the one hand, the rule of law and the Queen's Peace must be maintained and violence discouraged. On the other hand, the involvement of citizens in the prevention and investigation of crime is to be encouraged where it is responsible and public spirited.

The law provides a defence for those who act in extenuating circumstances. However, judicial comment has suggested that the courts should take a firm stand against illegitimate summary justice and vigilantism.

Prosecutors will need to balance these potentially conflicting public interest considerations very carefully.

Procedure

Once a case has been identified by the police as one involving difficult issues of self-defence, the police should be encouraged to seek pre-charge advice from the CPS.

Within the CPS, if it is felt that the case involves difficult issues of self-defence, the prevention of crime or the apprehension of offenders, and is likely to attract media attention, a report must be sent through line management to the CCP or DCCP for the relevant Area.

Where the case may be media sensitive, the Area Communications Manager should be informed. The Area Communications Manager should consider informing HQ press office.

This really is not the way to proceed ... you don't resist force ...Particularly not the irresistible force of the state , you bend with it to some extent , just like in judo ..

Police have the will of the majority of the people behind them , so don't fight it , keep a low profile ...Get prepared , stockpile food , get remote ...

I don't believe they will come aggressively after people , forcing them to take a jab ...

Codid is just the opening salvo , you can expect many more  disasters to come , financial reset , food shortages , power cuts ..You need to spend your energy preparing for this , not picking a fight with the state which you cannot win.

  • The law says anyone can use force in self defence while saying anyone can use force to prevent crime
  • What happens when the potential criminal defends himself against the forces of a bad law that shoots first and asks questions later or  the Govt tries to vaccinate  you with a poison that may killl you ?

One good reason fo their very openly demonstration of heartless cruelty is they are baiting the public to react.....violently. seems stupid thing to do, that is, endangering themselves. If they can make you so angry you and a bunch of your friends overpower the bullies and beat them up they have good reason to outlaw protests. So far the angry public are restraining themselves intuiting it would have a result unfavourable.

I do notice the commentators of the videos urging on the bystanders to DO SOMETHING!

Some of these commentators are working for the other side imo.

there appears to be something inhuman about modern police. expressionless at best, demonic at worst. like machines

they enforce suffering on not only to the general population-----to their own families, friends and parents too

they must be chipped....they cant do it just for a pay

i reckon they must be using musks sattelites to beam the frequency "I must  follow  orders"

I read they are tested for low empathy before they join, wouldn't be surprised if its true.

Do you have an idea, would you like to tell others, if we done it together would it help?

I have many ideas popping into my head. From everything that's going on in the world one of conscious mind and heart can't help but imagine solutions and ideas to help the cause for common good.

My idea comes from the brutal scenes of abuse by the Police. I thought of a leafleting campaign. Where a leaflet is made and shared online that people from many places can print and deliver.

The leaflet is an information leaflet on dealing with the Police. No one really knows their rights or how to deal with th Police, a fact they take full advantage of.

This leaflet will inform everyone how to deal with the Police. From being outside to being in your own home, in your car, alone or with children. What your rights are, what their powers are, what the law is and what to do and say.

Placed inside shop windows for passers by will allow everyone including the Police to be away that people are being informed of their rights and may make overzealous Cops think twice.

Knowledge is power and an informed populous is key to maintaining our freedoms.

The leaflet will advise on how to interact, legally and what to expect.  How to record and document and how to remain free. It will also, given local distribution, give contact details for further legal advise and representation should the Police act unlawfully.

The leaflet, that will be designed by myself and others to be decided, will be used as a template and sent to all organisations and groups fighting for similar justice and will be available for download to print and hand out.

If everyone prints and delivers 250, an good hours work leafleting (I know from Restaurant work) then we can inform people as well as providing a link on the leaflet that those using them can print and deliver their own.

Simply headed 'Know Your Rights, Knowledge is Power' these leaflets will undoubtedly enlighten and give confidence to many aquiescent and scared people and at this time they need some hope, knowledge and confidence that we may stand up for ourselves.

Peace & Justice to all.

  • Seconal changed the title to An Open Idea - Leaflets on How to deal with the Police.

Watch out this non compliance!

You can still argue with police about their actions, whether they are right or wrong...you can still make verbal protests.

Notice, though their patience is getting shorter, they are increasingly more forceful.

I reckon to know where they are going with all this. Its moving in the direction where if they see you breaking any "law" they arrest you and take you to the station, fine you or detain you, do the paperwork and your free again. They wont listen to what you say.

The next stage is if they see you breaking any law its immediate arrest and imprisonment. I mean imprisonment without release.

You will never be seen again. Oh you spend the rest of your life in prison!

No.

I recently started a thread trying to inspire, to create a mass non compliance movement: organise 20 thousand small buisness owners to open for buisness. If 20 or 50 thousand buisnesses opened the police dont stand a chance. Its a well calculated risk

I dont want to be seen as contradicting myself

⚡RT EXCLUSIVE: Germany to build a CAMP for COVID-dissidents

Germany is getting proper authoritarian when it comes to policing its quarantine. It’s deemed it necessary to threaten violators with a stint in Covid jail. The facility will be based in Dresden, local police authorities have confirmed to RT.

A spokesperson said access to the ‘pandemic hotel’ pictured here won’t be that easy – you need to get a warning and a fine first. It’ll be up to a court to decide if you qualify for a stay.

"We don't assume that there will be very many, but in the event that a court decides that way, there will be a facility to accommodate them,” said the spokesperson.

How convenient!

I saw in the comment...

Quote
Go to the Crimebodge website, and pay £15 to download all the forms and information to protect yourself against the police, and all the paperwork and knowledge to sue them. Well worth the money.

There must be many footage of unprovoked attacks which wouldn't have been necessary.

Educate yourself guys.

Is he talking about cops today, or cops when there was more social cohesion? Cops used to talk to the community more, at least here in Britain. Now it seems like they hate us.

Its slightly dated, maybe 4 years old

Their job has changed, now they are enforcing laws that are designed to harm the people. The people dont like it so its natural for us to hate them. They hate us because we hate them
