allymisfit
It's been a long decline in human empathy and understanding. However, I feel now things are worse than ever. People film or walk past those injured/hurt. Wtf?! People make cruel judgement based on the way another person looks (example, I'm 32 but still get a heck of a time for colouring my hair, wearing mainly black and flicked eyeliner. I can tell this angers a lot of people. You wouldn't believe the names I get called, simply for being alive. Mental health - oh this one is ironic. As we are aware, mental health issues are on the rise. We are told to talk about it.. But what do you do when people ask you how you are, say they care about you.. But as soon as you tell them, they ignore you or tell you to get over it as they have bigger problems in life. Why ask? To look like the caring friend, who deep down is an arse? Helping one another - another thing that seems to be lost for some many people. I could go on, but humanity has lost it. Don't get me wrong, not everyone is like this. There are lots of great people still out there. It's just something I'm noticing more and more. 2
