They have changed all the own brand products (lowering the quality) then they changed the prices from normal prices with decimals £1.33 to £2 written in large letters ... perhaps they think that rounding it up looks fairer or "fair dincum" or something. Their quality has declined hugely and prices soaring. Aldi/ Lidl are 50x the quality and half the price ... the quality is far better and they are just more honest companies. You can't trust Tesco they have an army of food scientists destroying the quality and ingredients of the food in such a way as it's not obvious ... also shrinking the food. I noticed that they were one of the companies that went maximum retard in the Spring. Says a lot. They are taking the piss out of people and laughing all the way to the bank. I’ve always hated T E Stockwell and Cohen for their aggressive marketing techniques and greed. My supermarket of choice has always been Morrison’s as they cater for single people like myself and have proper buildings instead of metal monstrosities thrown up overnight. First they destroy the high street, and then they destroy the produce! By destroying the produce i mean that Sainsburys is phasing out the deli counter and the other man'ed stations! This goes part way to chainging the look internally and then on to not looking at the fresh meat one might buy so that THAT can change to fake meat. Itsa slippery slope. So give up now while you can! Shopping at Tesco is getting more and more like shopping in an Orwellian world and it’s got to the point now where I now shop at Lidl. Atleast at Lidl the shopping experience is more relaxed and normal for someone like me who suffers anxiety and panic disorder even though Lidl is also full of mask wearing zombies.
