Mass testing revolution: EVERY resident of Liverpool will be offered a Covid test as first major step for Operation Moonshot - as PM pledges that blanket checks on whole cities will help beat coronavirus by spring.

From Friday Liverpool's 500,000 residents will be asked to go for regular checks
If successful, city-wide approach expected to be rolled out to cities nationwide
Tackling cities will drive down infection rates by breaking chain of transmission.

"Offered" or coerced? The army being deployed "to help"- what's to bet that they won't have soldiers going round knocking on people's doors to "escort" them to "testing centres"?

This is very sinister and worrying.

My question is what will the soldiers do when you tell them NO on your doorstep. Will they leave you alone, drag you out or what? This needs to be explained and made clear, but pigs might fly!

It seems, indeed, that Liverpool is only the beginning.

Are there any plans to get the public on board?
The documents show that there have been discussions over how to incentivise people to be tested. They point to enforcing testing “via a sanction-based model” or through “offering individuals opportunities/access from being tested,” such as being able to attend events.

There we have it: enforcement through sanctions. Because who in the right mind wants to go weekly and  have a huge long cotton bud forced down their nose and into their throat which hurts the delicate nasal passages greatly and makes them retch and many would even throw up? It can't be good for the nose to have weekly assaults like this and probably would cause damage to the nose lining and nose bleeds, especially in the elderly and children.

There is no way I'm letting anyone do that to me. If I ever get "symptoms" I'll just stay in and that's it.

What is a digital passport?
Testing for access to certain spaces features heavily in the documents, with reference to “immunity/virus free passports,” likely to be available through an app. The plans say that testing could be used to “give people assurance that, at least for a limited time, they are unlikely to have the virus and are at low risk of transmitting it to others.”

They say, “A negative test result (or potentially a positive antibody result) may inform not just whether you could attend an in-patient appointment, but if you go to work that day, access a venue, get on a flight or visit an elderly relative.” The documents also point to a “significant expansion” of testing funded and delivered by the private sector, such as in football stadiums to allow access.

There we have it again. The beginning of digital control. Get rid of your smart phone folks! Either have a landline as I do, or a cheapo mobile phone that hasn't the capacity to download apps and it's just used for phone calls ( my  elderly father has one of those as do I).

What reason does the government give for Moonshot?
The documents state that the objective of the mass testing programme is to “utilise the full range of testing approaches and technologies to help reduce the R rate, keep the economy open and enable a return to normal life.” They say that Moonshot has been described by the prime minister as the “only hope for avoiding a second national lockdown before a vaccine, something that the country cannot afford.”

Also how on earth can this create the "back to normal living" the government cite? Weekly vile nose assaults resulting in fake positives, having to be confined to the house and often off work? It will cause disruption and shortages of staff in important service jobs.

They can FECK OFF!

People being exposed to small amounts of a virus on and off over a period of time helps build up immunity. It's always been that way. The 1918 flu pandemic ended because enough people got immunity. The elderly and vulnerable should be shielded from the Wuhan flu and the rest of us need to learn to live with it, and build up immunity. Eventually it will weaken and evolve into another cold virus as what happened  with a cold virus in the 1880s.

@itsnotallrightjackGreat response! As for the digital passport, the main organisation that seems to be pushing it Tony Blair's group (1) (2). They have been pushing the Covid digital tracing agenda in a massive way. (3)

@itsnotallrightjackAnother one from Tony's group (9th June 2020):

Quote

"By making use of commercially available tools and technology, it’s already possible to screen people for Covid-19 and to restrict access to buildings accordingly. There’s already talk of some businesses and independent schools developing their own private testing regimes, so that when they re-open people on the inside can go back to how things were before Covid-19... There’s still time for the government to get a grip on delivering a comprehensive containment infrastructure. If it did, then a pretty close approximation of life before Covid-19 would be within reach for everyone. This comes down to a handful of things: regular, mass testing; protective measures like masks, shields and hand washing; effective contact tracing; and a widely used digital ID."

The only way to extend these sorts of benefits to everyone is for the government to provide the digital identity platform on which the rest of a universal system would be built. Common standards so that risks and restrictions are managed consistently; interoperability so that people only have to carry one digital ID app on their phone; and legislation to ensure people’s privacy is protected and the new rules are fair and proportionate.

I do not have a smart phone, so they can FECK OFF.

Everyone needs to bin these things! Without the bloody things they cannot enslave us in their digital control freakery.

Cut up your sim cards NOW!

Australia. Same thing. This bloody 'CovidSafe' app they are trying to pressure everyone to download. Only a matter of time before it is mandatory. https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covidsafe-app

People need to get rid of smart phones NOW. If NOBODY has one then their plans are scuppered.

I’m trying to get a picture of what is happening in Liverpool but nothing so far. I’d like to know if they are:

1) expecting people to use the existing few test centres

2) setting up loads more single shipping container test centres in car parks

3) using van labs and parking up in neighbourhoods to conduct testing

Since I'm in Merseyside I'll keep you all posted on what I observe. I will tell you this though. I have only encountered 4 people ( since March) who told me they had the virus, and perhaps someone in my building who had a bad cough in March ( not sure if she thought that was COVID or not).

Queues as Liverpool's city-wide coronavirus testing begins

most of the images look a bit nightingaley.

What sheeple! I saw on a neighbourhood site people posting how good they had been by doing what they are told and going for these "tests." Disturbingly I found that they do credit and ID checks and they want you to download the app to your smart phone.

People are just dumb. But last week I was in Tescos and a lad working there knew about The Great Reset. He's been trying to tell his colleagues where this all heading, but the dumb girls had not been listening to him. I told the colleagues they need to read about the Reset and learn about what is being planned.

People should not go for these "tests" as they will bring them out in the whole country and have the army wandering about everywhere, progressing to knocking on doors I bet. Very sinister.

Broadgreen school in Liverpool to have the Army enter the site and test all pupils on Monday. Pupils found to be positive will be secured.

"Each child and adult will be identified with a unique barcode to ensure personal identification of test and subsequent results."
