"Policia" on the van is Spanish. The clip appears to show Police releasing hooded "protesters"(police) who will engage in violence... The king of Spain would not like the idea of his kingdom being diminished , so there is an incentive for the authorities to do this to move public sympathy away from the Catalonians ...
