It is not correct, because just to give an example, the main hospital in Turin - Italy -, on the basis of a video posted on facebook, seems to be almost empty. My Italian is not great for writing. I can understand and speak near fluently. Never have much occasion to write. Plus Italian grammar is difficult for me because I have never been formally taught.
