Collating info on the negative effects of mask wearing

In a UK supermarket the other day when it was warm I noticed the air inside was stuffy, even tainted. I sensed a contributory factor might be the many mask wearing shoppers breathing through their probably well-used, germ-laden face masks. I suggest that numerous people like this in an enclosed space may create a very unhealthy air environment.  24-48 hours later I was prone to sneezing.

On a more positive note there seem to be slowly increasing numbers of people without them.

"Changes in face recognition performance and alteration in the processing of partially occluded faces could have significant effects on children’s social interactions with their peers and their ability to form relationships with educators. Previous research in adults has already demonstrated the detrimental effect of reduced face perception abilities on one’s level of social confidence and quality of life."

In the NHS, they've taken down the plastic barriers and removed the social distancing stickers off the floor. They stopped the masks for approx 3 weeks. They've removed the hub they put up, the glorified huge ward in a tent taking up all the parking for patients and visitors.

So why have they brought just the masks back?!

I enjoyed this article from Russell Blaylock, written in May 2020, sharing the studies on the ineffectiveness and also the harms of masks.

The saddest thing now (in Australia at least, I can't speak for other countries) is you still have quite a few morons wearing masks voluntarily in public, even after the mandates have been dropped. They look so pathetic, these poor deluded sheep. Then again, I have no problem with it on principle. If you want to voluntarily be an idiot, then you should have that right. I only object to things being forced upon people.

I quite agree. I also notice that without the Chinese wearing masks, barely anyone would be, but you can rely on them to.
