Did you have to post the whole article?   Anyways I think abortion should only be legal in certain extreme circumstances. Abortion is murder and the argument of "its my body" is wrong its no

The government has banned the abortion in the case of deformed fetus. Who will take care about a severely damaged human being destinated to do a shitty life? Do all those anti-abortion take care of

If you were a woman who was raped or suffering ill health or the fetus was severely deformed and  you'd have to give birth to a still born or a baby so handicapped it would die shortly after you might

Are you not aware of the history of "Femen". Do you need me to dig up some links for you?

A single 'Femen' protestor in Ukraine did not fund or organise the (now) 100 city / town Polish protest.

What is your issue with Women having the Right to say what does and doesn't go into / out of their body ?
(so called illegal drugs / vaccines / abortion etc...)

I suspect the "Femen" organization is involved in these Pro-Choice protests in Poland. The bare breasted protester are their sign. The evidence will come soon enough.

I have no issue with women doing things to their bodies. I have an issue with women murdering unborn children.

Yeah so you see even from this thread how “hot button” issues can distract attention away from the bigger picture:  the erosion of all rights!

Why the Polish government chose now to do this is as clear as why the US chose to do the George Floyd psyop.  They knew it would rile up the left, who delight in taking to the streets and making a fuss.  Headlines are made, then everyone goes home and the masses are further distracted and confused.  Visuals of unrest, chaos and violence have an intended psychological effect on the population.

So the Polish government makes this provocative decision.....now what ?

Sit at home and say nothing while they continue to take peoples personal freedoms away ?

Naw, I just think this is meant to overshadow and discourage further lockdown protests  like the one a few days ago.

But okay, good they were able to mobilize and run nekked for abortion rights.  Hope that has some effect on the legislation. 😀

killing the unborn is a freedom? (agree with certain circumstances stated by a poster earlier in thread).

I read that if if a pregnant woman is murdered - the killer is charged with homicide and feticide - 2 crimes - emotive issue for sure.

True. They want young Polish girls to get groomed at Euroweek by sickos.

Not sure if I want to talk about that rabbit hole on this forum though. Poles need to resist the liberal bs at all costs if they don't want to share the same fate as Western Europe.

Don't let your guard down, Eastern Europa!

The only dog l have in this fight is l don't believe the State has a right to dictate what we (men / women) can put into or out of OUR bodies.
lf we own nothing else in this Realm, we own the meat hanging on our very bones that we inhabit..

Broadly in agreement, but here Poland faces a demographic crisis -and  whilst i dint agree with the law - I can understand why Polands leadership may swing that way.

Of course half the problem could have been avoided (and  everywhere else in Eastern Europe) had open borders not been automatic joining the EU.

When they joined the EU pumped large amounts of aid in - but at the same tome many left and headed to Western Europe.

This undermines the aid as theres now a lower tax base and leads to further over crowding in the West.

What should have happenned is aid for 5 years - so its had time to take effect - then open borders - and encouraging eastwards not westwards migration.

Eastern Europe is one of the next big targets for the culture war. Look how the MSM treat Poland, Belarus and Hungary at every opportunity. They seek to destroy any hint of tradition or self-determination. They must comply to the progressive globalist faith or pay the price. This is a whole lot bigger than abortion.

Yes, it's clear what your opinion is. My opinion is you can't murder an unborn child. It's murder. And anyone participating in this horrific practice should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.

If you were a woman who was raped or suffering ill health or the fetus was severely deformed and  you'd have to give birth to a still born or a baby so handicapped it would die shortly after you might think again about that.

I don't think women ought to use abortion instead of contraception, but  abortion should be allowed for situations such as I stated above or if she is mentally  or physicality unfit to have a baby.

Women had to resort to very dangerous back street abortions in the past, and many died as a result. We must  not go back to that.

In the first few weeks it is just a collection of cells and not a sentient life.

ls that right ?
Neat little pigeon holes you have there..

Agreed. I'm neither left nor right but support women having the choice to legal abortion if they have been raped, the fetus is deformed and would not survive for long ( conditions like Anencephaly ) or she suffering ill health and being pregnant could endanger her life.

It's easy for men to say a woman MUST continue with a pregnancy no matter what- but it is not that simple. What if the pregnancy would kill her and she already has young children and a husband? Should she die and leave her husband grieving and her children motherless?

Sometimes people suddenly get a medical condition so you can't just say "Oh well she shouldn't have got pregnant then" and sometimes contraception fails!

And what about a 16 year old brutally gang raped and forced to have the assaulter's child? Imagine that child growing up knowing how he/she was conceived and knowing his/her own mother is disgusted and traumatised by that.

A severely deformed fetus that would result in  birthing something that would die a few hours later? Why would you think that is a good idea? This is very traumatic for a woman.

Are we supposed to take the side of these murderous harpies who want to slay their own unborn children?

For once a government gets something right. Makes a nice change.

No they do not want to "slay unborn children" but have the right to abort severely deformed fetuses that would die a few hours after birth. There is a big difference between these:

Truly gruesome and heartbreaking.

This is a very brutal graphic example of exactly what is being argued / protested over in Poland..

Yes, and I felt I had to post that to illustrate what women in Poland are protesting about. They are not saying they want to abort a healthy almost full term baby but something that is so deformed that it cannot live anyway.
