Nimrod is such an ancient, almost mythical figure.... who existed in pre-history and not long after the flood that I find it impossible to believe any trace could remain of him.... Additionally if he had a tomb it would have been looted and destroyed thousands of years ago..... Even most ancient Egyptian tombs were looted completely not long after they were sealed.
