It didn't appear in 2017 (16 Years). It didn't appear in 2020 (19 YEARS).

 

It appears to have started in WUHAN AROUND SEPTEMBER 2019 - THAT'S 6 + 6 + 6 (18) YEARS AFTER SEPTEMBER 11TH.

That 18 also represents the initials (taking A as 1 to Z is 26) of a mad Austrian with a little moustache who took over Germany and caused a war. (oops, Godwin's Law). 

 

Eighteen is also aligned to the economic cycle outlined in the Excellent Book called Boom and Bust by Fred Harrison, whick talks about the property cycle and how it drives the economy. Worth a read, the folks over housepricecrash.co.uk swear by it.
