so i guess there are two possibilities:

 

1. there has been manipulation

2. there hasnt been manipulation but the editor has pulled it perhaps due to pressure from somewhere?

 

if there has been manipulation i wonder if it is of such a  nature that the study itself isn't correct? It doesn't specify

ah so it was the same study....does it say in the CDC site any of the specifics about why the study was retracted?

Not sure, I cant find any trace of the article, I downloaded that about 5 months ago from a private source so cant remember.
