What grabbed you about David's work that changed your thinking? Your "lightbulb" moment?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!  I really wanted to give everyone a voice as to what it was about David's work that changed things for you.  Was it by a talk on YouTube or a 20yr old used book on a Book Exchange Shelf.  I find it fascinating because our thinking completely shifted upon hearing this truth!

For me, it was when he said the world was a digital matrix.  I read in a psychic's book 15 yrs ago and she said God speaks in 1's and 0's!  I thought that was weird at the time, but it totally syncs with what David said.

Then I've read where scientists have found 1's and 0's on the fabric of the universe? (I can't remember where I read that but it was 3x yesterday), and I was flabbergasted!

Everything is backing him up and I have no doubts about his truth.   This is all stuff I had never even believed possible 1 year ago.  Back then I was I only down the Missing411 rabbit hole.  It's all been such an interesting ride that I pretty much only listen to podcasts and alternative news site videos, while giggling at the blatant msm manipulation.

I have found that, as the Wisdom of the Crowd phenomenon is real, that most people wake up in time to help us.

I'm old enough to remember David Icke as the bloke who used to present sports stuff on the BBC. As a kid, for me he was the guy on 'Grandstand' or presenting the snooker championships and stuff like that.

I vaguely recall the Terry Wogan 'era' and him joining the 'Green Party' as a spokesperson.

Quite a few years ago, I came across some of his stuff elsewhere, about lizards and stuff, I can't really recall now but someone introduced me to it. At the time I thought it was all a bit 'weird', but did watch a couple of videos to pique my interest.

It wasn't until some time after that, maybe about four years ago now, something happened to me and I can't remember the exact circumstances, but I starting 'scrabbling around the rabbit hole' looking for answers to why things in the world were the way they were.

I read Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty-Four" and Huxley's "Brave New World" on my Kindle while on a holiday in the Canary Islands. I read a few other books after that, and then somehow found myself with David Icke's "The Biggest Secret".

It was an astonishing read for me. What really grabbed me was that I already had lots of 'loose threads' running through my own mind for several years, that 'something was wrong', so I actually found myself reading this book with things starting to make a little more sense.

Confirmation bias? I don't know really. But there were some dots that started to get connected.

Looking back, I suppose the real 'turning point' was booking tickets for a show he did in Birmingham in April 2018. Although I live in Birmingham myself, the show was for a Sunday evening, and the location was only to be revealed the day before. Out of sheer 'blind faith', I bought a ticket, and as it happened the show was at Birmingham City FC's St Andrews stadium, a short bus ride from where I was living at the time.

I can look back now and while I can't remember exactly everything he spoke about, he did actually warn about what is happening now.

And that is why I don't act the same way as everybody else seems to be doing. I knew this was coming, was I prepared for it? Maybe not, I didn't think this would happen in my lifetime, but here we are in 2020. And it is happening.

Quote

You’re never truly free until you no longer give a shit about what other people think about you.

He closed that show with that quote, and that was what really stuck with me. And I live to that even now. For years, I used to be 'concerned' about what other people thought about me and my opinions, so I used to keep my mouth shut. The shy 'quiet' one, who sometimes didn't say much.

I speak out now, and members of my family have suggested that I am 'far right' 🤣 or some 'conspiracy theorist'. They express their own 'concern' because I am not complying with the official narrative.

I hold fast to my own beliefs because I KNOW I will be vindicated eventually.

Well, i always was intrested in personalities that the majority of puplic seems to demonize and look up what he is saying and how they even came to this conclusion.

For instance, i didnt know about David Icke at all until recently(7 months), but because people seem to assosiate a guy that talks about lizard people, i got intrested.

Not because lizard people made sense, but because how he wanted to seriously explain that it makes sense.

Until now i have yet to see him speak about lizard people (he might have had, but maybe not) and instead he talks common sense on everything that is going on right now, also pointing out that labels were given to him, which he never used. For example the label to support terrorism and  the like.

So it came true what i already expected. The media writes some headlines and the majority thinks thats what the person is like. Most people do not read any further or research if all those claims even are true. Its enough if you write big headlines with big letters and thats it.

However, Icke said what i knew for a long time anyway. It isnt something new, its just that he has a certain way of transporting information, which i find fascinating.

9/11 for instance (which i first hand lived through) never made sense to me and there is plenty for reason for it. But it wasnt until the Syrian War where i could connect the dots for myself. It was to me just US policy and their strive for military control on the planet, circling arround russia.

Russia has 3 abroad military bases, the Us has 1000. Alone those numbers should make you think.

Anyways based on 9/11 we have all these justifications for the wars in the middle east and since then the word "terrorism" is in peoples mind as it never was before.

But lets not get into details about it, its a long list to go through regarding this matter, but there is plenty of information on the web about this topic.

I highly advice Corbet from the Corbett report, as he provides all sources to his claims and not just throws information out there.

Point is, Icke is not a personality wildly know in germany, as it might be in the Uk (we have other people talking about the same topics). Its just the way he speaks and brings it together with spirituality which i find fascinating.

My "lightbulb" moment WRT what I read in Mr Icke's was the concept of 'heirarchical compartmentalism' and their networks. It all made sense to me, beause it is IMO a good explaination of how millions of people came be controlled and manipulated.

I first remember David Icke from the Wogan Show in early 1990's, but it was  after 9/11 when I started to seek more understanding on what was happening in the world that I saught him out (among others) to get another slant on things. I think it was the youtube videos of him at the Oxford Union a few years later that really sucked me in. His research and how he 'dot connected' was eye opening. Ever since then, I have kept aware of what he has written and talked about. More than anyone else he has made sense of this world and what is happening in it and even his most 'outlandish' theories (as others may describe them) are things I would try to understand, as I always felt David had/has real integrity and intelligence.

It was a little while after 9/11, I remember walking past W. H. Smiths and I saw this book in the window with a picture on the front cover of the World trade center hit, which I thought looked interesting. so I bought it, I couldn't put the book down, little did I know it was David Icke, so I ended up buying all his books. It was one of those moments when a book shouts at you.

It came to me much later than all of you. This year, while doing research on the virus scam, I came across with this video fragment, by pure synchronicity:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vJXMDsOmX4

It hit me quite hard when I saw it. I knew that people's minds are conditioned by education, media bs and all that, but that video made me connect the dots. That's when I wanted to know more about this Icke's work and research. Some parts blew my mind, some other helped me to have a better undestanding of topics I had some previos knowledge.

I came across David by pure synchronicity. The day before, I remember hearing a sudden huge ringing in my right ear, which now I'm associating with synchronicities. Maybe it had something to do with me about to find out such a huge source of information?

This video which was David ickes most watched video on YouTube is the one that made me connect dots I never knew existed, the one about agenda 21. I stumbled across it when a friend got me to watch Jim Marrs, Jim Marrs is good but at the time it didn’t resonate with me, David Ickes presentation did

It was the old forum that actually grabbed my attention.

I have always been an alternative thinker and never quite fit in with societal conditioning. The paranormal, unsolved mysteries, psychic phenomena and disciplines such as astrology have always grabbed my interest.

I don't know exactly what triggered my descent into the rabbit hole, but I had a strange internal experience in 2012 (just alone in my flat minding my own business) which perhaps could be described as some kind of download. And then about 5 or 6 years ago, I developed a deep interest in conspiracy theories and naturally started out with the obvious stuff like 9/11 and Princess Diana's death. I had come across some of DI's videos on Youtube but didn't know much about him at the time and focused on other content. The documentary 'Everything is a Rich Man's Trick: From JFK to 9/11' was key to connecting many of the dots for me.

Then, when Jo Cox MP was killed, my intuition told me that something was not right. I googled whether it may have been fake / staged and the old forum came up in the search results. It was like coming across a treasure trove of knowledge on pretty much every subject conceivable, and I was amazed at the quality and depth of much of the content. It was great to find a place with like-minded, deep thinking and intelligent people after having felt "different" for so long. I became even more addicted to the search for truth.

Obviously being the DI forum, I was led me more into DI's work. At this point, I was ready for it. It often seems that things come to you when they are supposed to.

So, for me, it was a more gradual evolution into DI's work rather than there being a specific lightbulb moment. But the old forum was the catalyst into making me delve deeper into his brilliant work.

My experience is that I began to wake up in 2005,when circumstances gave me the opportunity to look into 911 which although I naively believed the narrative at the time (propaganda was something only Russia did!)but I had an urge to look into it.

This led to various rabbitholes from 2012 to False Flags etc

and I remembered DI as a snooker commentator who had  been vilified for his views so I watched many of his yt videos and things began to make some kind of sense.

I don't blindly accept everything he says:I don't believe any one person has the full picture but he is one who has a large piece.

The only thing I do know for certain is,as he says,"the mind is like a parachute...

...it works best when it is open"

Mr. Icke is spot on correct about everything he addresses -- and he furthermore warned us years ago that this horrific chaos would occur. That man has suffered every caliber and type of brick bat thrown against him and he always finds the strength to continue on. I am very VERY thankful for his work.
