Genuinely didn't know about that chemist, I wonder how many Israeli's were shitting their pants after hearing about what he found. Also many concentration camps at the end of the war were leveled and all documents destroyed so it wouldn't surprise me if some fishy shit went on.

Secular in that they come across as non-practising and also atheist. But yeah, I could be wrong and many could be occultists which likely means their secularism would be a code word for anti-Christianity.

I would say that it is deeply ingrained in their ideology from the torah and others. They do particularly hate Christianity though, in the talmud they speak about Jesus in hell burning in boiling excrement (not joking) and they don't see it as a religion, they see it as a cult. They also saw anyone who converted from Judaism to Christianity as the number one enemy of Jews.
