  1. No, I just asked you to copy and paste the actual link where you got that picture from. A well seasoned point made by someone with nothing to dear re: the veracity of their point will welcome the chance to provide evidence (a copy pastad image isn't evidence, especially if you "googled" it). Given you're getting in a strop and using the default reddit tier argument of ITS NOT MAH JOB TO EDUMACAYKE TOU!!!! it kinds speaks volumes. Kiwi Farms can do better.
  2. JFC dude the edit button exists, double posting shits up the thread. And I tried, but nothing came up for that username on any social media sites. I was going to find the OP and archive it, because clearly nobody had thought to. I was asking for further info so I could find that. And Google? LOL no. They filter results and cherry pick stuff. There are way better SEs out there.
  3. See, that's the thing I did "google" it (I don't use Google because they filter and edit results, DDG is good, Bing are surprisingly not terrible and Yandex is interesting if you want an East centric view, not a west one) and I also looked for SM accounts of the person whose name is given on it, and there's nothing. This place could take a few leaves out of the book of Kiwi Farms RE; archiving, citing and crediting sources. No wonder people don't take this seriously. And edited to say: Google? Really? No thanks. I'd rather go to the library and use index cards :) All I asked for was the link to where this is from, it's not a hard thing to provide, an image can be manipulated, and the quality of an image on it's own without context or citation is pretty poor. It's amazing to me how many people on here are annoyed at people not taking any of this seriously when that is the benchmark for evidence.
  4. What's the link for this? I'm not trying to be nitpicky, but anyone can knock stuff up like this. Was it Twitter or what? If it's twitter or Instagram, it's always worth using an alternative front end like Nitter or Bibliogram, as people who aren't members can then see those pages.
  5. Nope, but if you find it will you please link it and archive it? And if it's been memory holed then I stand by my point: archive *everything*. Not just screenshots, but archive it using one of the sites available online.
  6. I mean, not even the Government are calling them vaccines, are they? They're calling them "jabs". When I was a kid, I had terrible anaemia. Really bad, so I would have B12 jabs. Once got told off (well, not told off, more corrected) by a GP for mistakenly calling it a vaccine. This isn't a vaccine, they're not even calling it a vaccine they're calling it a jab. A jab is when they inject you with a medicine or something else, a vaccine is a vaccine. How this has affected me, is the burning hatred I had for nearly everyone has intensified to a huge extent. There is so much about people I loathe, from grown goddamn adults who teeheelololol about how pigignorant they are about politics and the law, who wear their stupidity like a prized badge of honour, to the fat disgusting gluttons who have sat at home, rotting their brains, destroing their bodies and pigging on crap food because their lives are shit and meaningless, to how people are going on with this because the get their miserable pittance of a paycheque and they can watch the state sanctioned dreck on the telly box then go on their cretinous social media accounts to post photos of themselves in masks and bragging that the ratted out a neighbour for having a mate over. I genuinely did not think I could harbour such a deep resentment and loathing for so many people, but well, here we are. I guess only time will tell on all of this, but personally, I would urge everyone to archive fecking everything they see online about anything to do with this, because it's all gonna be memory holed to feck once the truth comes out. And they are relying on people not remembering or archiving. I don't just mean screenshots, I mean stuff like archive.it or archive.is, then save them in a browser as favourites, plus the screenshots in a document as well. If nothing else, nothing more, the sweet, sweet vindication of being right and having the evidence is (at least to a gigantic, massive curmudgeon like me) the best feeling.
  7. Awesome, thank you! That said the bit about "It's estimated only 10% of total reactions are actually reported" is scary enough on it's own.
  8. Is this the running total thus far or just for the week? I'm not trying to nitpick, but numbers without context are meaningless, in the same way "X number of positive tests" means nothing without saying "numbers of tests done vs actual positives vs actual negatives vs false +ves and -ves + those asymptomatic+ those with mild symptoms+ those ill enough to go to hospital+ those who died with+ those who died of". I'm not trying to be belligerent, but numbers on their own are nothing, proper context is everything and even if those are running totals that's bad, but it's nice to have them in the proper context.
  9. That would be awesome, thank you very much indeed!
  10. I mean, so long as you don't tolerate true perversion like those who put milk in before hot water before making a brew? Some things are just truly inhuman and unconscionable.
  11. Was that the one where he uses terms like [email protected] and n1gger way too freely? I know the one you mean if so.
  12. I *really* like the term "reality theorist". I'm gonna pinch that, if I may, I think it's fantastic. And thank you! I don't agree with lots of stuff I see on here but I love that people can say it and there's genuine, civil discussion.
  13. Hello! I am late doing this, so hop me up onto the naughty step. I'd known about Mr Icke for several years, but just kinda pottered on with my life. Had an interesting few years, won't PL as no1curr, but last year just shocked me. I mean it's one thing to read of this, another to live it all. Mostly I'm here cos I can count on the fingers - not including the thumb - of one hand places on T'Internet where free discourse actually exists and I was probably gonna lose the last shreds of my mind if I didn't find other people who don't just guzzle down the MSM.
  14. Gyms in UK are due to reopen on 12th April, but I think you're right. The moron in chief will shut things down again when vaccine uptake isn't as rapid as he wants it to be. By winter at the latest. That's the plan, right? Edited to add: DePfeffel has said pubs will be exempt from the "freedom passports". Someone needs to Mussolini the feck out of him and his Government, in Barbie Pony Adventures, obviously.
  15. Thanks for all the solid advice ladies and gents (don't wanna assume anyone's gender!!). Much appreciated. And yup, Chief was one of my favourite characters. Dunno how people feel about TV shows and series and such but Ratched on Netflix (ahem or the bit torrenting site of your choice, ahem) is well worth a watch if you like OFOTCN. And body building is a good shout. I've lost fat, lots of, but am noodly and all legs and arms. I need to start with that, muscle mass is sweet as heck to look at and I am told it is excellent for mood.
  16. Not to worry, I have literally zero intention. I've been broke as feck last year or so - no sitting about binging on deliveroo and watching Sh!iteflix for me, ta - so I am now not in an aged risk group and am underweight a little for my height (oh woe is me, hand me a spoon and some more tiramisu). I've gone from 30 a week on cigs, 10kg overweight, miserable, unhappy and constipated (oh the joys of a good dump) to 3kg underweight, not smoking and off ADs. Happiest and healthiest I have ever been and totally not concerned about the cough. Your GP is coercing you and even if they stop, how many have they duped and lied to in the meantime? It warrants a complaint and further investigation. I'm lucky, my GP has dropped it, in spite of my going in for other routine stuff, and my regular GP has said he respects my decision and will leave it now. But how many are they pressuring who don't have the skills or capacity to advocate for themselves? Edit: A word, an then to
  17. How on Earth do you guys cope? I don't mean that in a nasty way. I mean it in a "nearly everyone is a complete moron, how do you all keep your sh!t together on a day-to-day basis?" way. Any suggestions, books, I'll try anything, even religion at this point. But I feel like they're getting to me and I'm honestly just losing the plot. Any pointers would be really welcome. Again, apologies, if this is in the wrong place and there's a thread for "n00bs having meltdowns", tell me and I'll punt this into there.
  18. It is, but it's frustrating and difficult to do so because they make it so to put you off. If you don't feel up to it, put it into writing you want a family member to deal with it on your behalf. Or complain to your MP, because feck only knows they're paid enough to listen to you complain at them. I'm a big fan of chewing the ears off my elected representatives.
  19. I've had this. My GP surgery are useless, I'm now the thinnest I've been in years, (yay, poverty) and so low risk for coof it is a joke. GP didn't update my weight, contacted me to ask if I wanted the vaccine. I said no, told them to update their records. They did and in all fairness to my GP I've not heard anything from them about this since, just a reminder to book for a routine blood test. Nothing vaccine related. But, a few weeks after telling them "LOLNAW" I got a message from the NHS central vaccine service. Called them to ask when my details were given to them, when did I consent, to tell them to feck off and leave me alone but they were no help at all. I got fobbed off a lot, told to email one person, they bumped me off somewhere else. So, might be worth doing what I did. I got in touch with my GP surgery. Asked them to tell me when my details were passed to the NHS centralised vaccine service - pre or post me refusing the vaccine? At what point did I consent to my details being shared with them (anyone who has ever been referred to a specialist team knows you have to give consent for your GP passing on your records, right? Why wasn't I given the chance to consent?? I've had this with dermatology and neurology and podiatry) and if they passed on my details after I refused, why did they choose to do this? My GP surgery got back the same day saying they will look into this and get back to me in 5 working days, also apologised for the delay cos of the long weekend. But I'm looking forward to their response, if I'm honest. Might be worth a try if anyone wants to know why the NHS central vaccine service has their details?
  20. Anyone know any women who have had any of the vaccines? If they're pre menopausal, ask them about their periods since the vaccine. I know four women who have had it , and their periods have stopped. Younger women, pressured into it through work (all work in different fields, one in the USA) and they've all had dysmonnorhoea. The media are framing it as "ehrmehgerd yoo guise, lockdown be making hormones go craycray!!" but that's a lie. Anyone heard of this at all?
  21. Oh, I assumed it didn't exist because I see so many people over so many threads double posting. Thanks though! Edited to add: 1. Love your avi, Floki is awesome and 2. That's even better you can cross post from different threads! Thanks a mill!
  22. Multiquote feature so you can add posts to this, then add them to a post. Stops double posting and people clogging up threads with successive posts making different points (that said there is an edit button and copy pasta is a thing). Button on the side of threads that instantly takes you back to the top of the thread. Makes it easier to use. And I do agree, reading the bottom post about editing being used for disingenuous purposes - when we quote a post, does the quoted text stay as it was even when an edit was made? If it doesn't, that's maybe worth looking at. Preserves the original post you were replying to, makes it harder for people to change posts in bad faith. Ability to change site aesthetics for users, so, say,a light and a dark mode. Beyond that I'm good, these are just observations I've made myself based off comparing here to other forums.
  23. In the USA, yes. You would be an idiot extraordinnaire if you tried to cite "the Constitution" in the UK mas we do not have a single codified document that makes a constitution. I just keep in mind the UK Government advice that nobody, even the Police has a right to ask you to disclose your medical history or you reasons for not wearing a mask. I keep it friendly, polite and neutral in tone, and I'm careful with my body language, using open and non-aggressive gestures and posture. I have found that this really helps with getting branch covidians to back off. Either because they're taken aback by how pleasant I am to them or because they start shouting, realise they've lost control of the interaction and they sod off because they're looking like a histrionic moron.
  24. As someone rightly said upthread, I am not into conspiracy theories, I am into the truth. I think for me it is a range of things. Firstly, David Icke. He has bee saying this stuff for a long time and so much of what he has said has come to pass. He has been pilloried, mocked and is essentially a persona non grata, a by word for rebel and deviant thought. The effects this has had upon his life have been tangible and real, and yet he still keeps on voicing his opinions, speaking his truth and doing what he does. And while he is smeared, thus far they've not found a way to totally silence him or shut him up. That to me, made me think, well there's some truth in this. The other thing was this: Just how slavishly people follow the "truth" espoused in the MSM. How people blindly and devotedly follow it. How any opposition is shouted and REEEEEd and screamed down. If people are secure in the truth of their beliefs, debate is never an issue. These people, they're not secure in their beliefs, which is why they have such a pathological aversion to debate or discussion unless you are spouting the same dreck they are. Probably trite but last year, I checked out from everything for a few weeks. Stopped watching the news or consuming any media except for listening to a lot of music, and I might have indulged in a lot of green and leafy things. And it gave me a real chance to properly think things over and give them a lot of thought. What I realised then really changed how I see everything and a good chunk of my now former friends. I cut ties with a few people who are just real Branch Covidians because their whole world view was so negative and soul destroying, everything came back to that and their crippling fear of dying of "OMG GUISE LITERAL AIRBORNE EBOLA AIDS!!!" and their blind acceptance of everything they were being told. The thing that lies and truth have in common is that, the longer both go on, the clearer they become. The piles of bodies and ten gorillion dead has not come to pass, therefore there must be truth in what we are told are conspiracy theories and insanity.
