    An incredible situation here.

    What was extraordinary was the part that fans and players played in alerting the medics. The players were lined up for a corner, but the sheer volume made by fans to get the players' and referees' attention quickly underlined how serious it was and brought the game to a halt.

    I could see someone administering heart massage in the stand, and Eric Dier raced over to the bench to make sure a defibrillator was delivered as soon as possible.

    The players will now come out to play the remaining seven minutes of the half.
