  1. Organic minerals means that it is attached or bonded to a carbon atom, which is in itself is another inorganic element. If the body cannot utilize inorganic minerals, why then does it need the inorganic element of carbon to be effective? Furthermore for your premise to be correct, it would have to be assumed that plants have the ability to utilize inorganic minerals, whereas we do not. I do not believe that to be the case. All minerals are inorganic, even those with an inorganic carbon atom attached. Realistically, it makes no difference where you get your minerals. The most important factor is the size and the form they are in. Minerals are most effectively delivered in a water base fully ionized (in their atomic state) as in nature. A plant takes the inorganic minerals from the soil where it is growing. It then synthesizes them into a molecular size and form by uptake through the root where the minerals are combined with water and pushed through the entire plant. A mineral stream that is saturated with inorganic molecules of minerals derived from rocks processes them into ionic form by forces of nature but they remain inorganic. An ionic liquid supplement derived from the elemental mineral is essentially the same process but processed by man. Once ingested, one’s body knows intuitively what mineral is available and exactly what to do with it regardless of its source. Again, the important thing to remember is that it does not matter if you consume minerals from plant sources, water base, or solid pills or even dirt. What matters is how much time it takes the body to break down the minerals into their atomic (ionic) state in order to be effectively utilized at the cellular level.
  2. I used the government standard because it's the one most people go by, and it's the only standard I know of that's published. If you have another standard, feel free to post it. No, they are the same minerals and ratios that are found in your own blood and can be found in most sea salt. The difference is Himalayan Crystal Salt was formed 250 million years ago and sea salt today is highly polluted. Think of how much radiation is in the Pacific Ocean with Japan's meltdown. That may very well be true, but why do so many people buy supplements? Because they don't eat a well balanced diet. Additionally Himalayan Salt has the perfect structure and particle size that can be perfectly absorbed directly into your cells. This not only impacts your health and cellular communication, but it also means that it helps your body stay hydrated. How? Well when particles are so small and structure so perfect that the minerals can penetrate the cell wall, instead of being outside of the cell drawing water out of your cells, those minerals are inside the cell drawing water in. I've acknowledged before that I've heard of a detox program that uses distilled water but I don't have any experience with it. It may have some type of detox benefit, but since distilled water is stripped of everything, I would caution about using it for everyday water consumption. I would also question whether regular use of distilled water, over a long period of time would leach or strip the existing minerals from your body. Is that how it detoxes? I'm not saying it does, but that would be a question I would have if I were to drink distilled water over a prolonged time. What percentage of the people on this planet eat, or have access to a well balanced diet? Hell, they're getting ready to change our diet to BUGS!! How well balanced is that? ........ But yes, if you ate the right diet you could probably absorb most of these minerals thru food. What food sources, how much, and what proportions, I can't say. Who do you listen to, to actually know what a well balanced diet is? The Government? There is also the issue of structure. Himalayan Salt has a unique structure that is most easily absorbed by the body. The 84 minerals work together in synergy to process the sodium, and without those minerals, the sodium becomes toxic. 4. Speaking of frequency, one method of meditation I've been trying is to couple different frequencies from a cranial electrotherpy stimulation (CES) device and matching it with an identical audio frequencies from youtube using headphones. I clip the CES electrodes to my earlobes and choose an electrical frequency; find a matching pure tone or binaural beat frequency on youtube, put the headphones on and let er rip. The combination of electrical + audio stimulation in the same frequency gives an enhanced effect (to me anyway). I've had the the most success using 111hz and 7.83hz (Schumann Resonance Frequency of the earth), but other frequencies have their uses too. It may not be for you but when you mentioned "frequency", I thought I'd tell you what I do. This is the one I use: BOB BECK CES DEVICE BT-11 MAX BIO TUNER Interesting about "The Matrix" movie and "The Immortals". 6. Thanx Robin. That is a beautiful analogy. I hope you don't mind if I borrow it occasionally. I like what you say about 'wants' and 'needs'. I find that my needs are fulfilled without wanting or asking for them; while my wants, when acquired, are not as important as I thought they once were. My journey started quite some time ago and has been slow to develop. It started not long after 9/11. At that time I was gifted with a stronger intuition and insight, but I didn't attribute it anything spiritual although felt it was some type of awakening. I kinda threw spirituality and religion into the same basket. I remember rejecting religion at a very early age in Sunday school, and found myself in later years fighting the spiritual pull. Now at almost 66, I can finally embrace my spiritual side from within. Before replying to this post, I had to do what you might call, a navel gazing session. When I first started doing meditation about 12-14 years ago, I seen it as a possibility of looking within, but also viewed it as a chore. Now if I get too tied up with life and don't allow time for a session, I almost feel ill, and get an inner calling to take time for myself. It is these times when I experience the most intense visions and the flow is the heaviest. It's almost like a psychedelic trip without the drugs. I now look forward to my sessions. I don't know why it took me so long to open the door, but once it's opened, you can never go back .......... and I wouldn't want to. The peace of mind that I've gained thru this journey and what I've learned, is that I can handle anything that this life (or the elite) can throw at me; because even though at times it can be painful, I cannot be destroyed, and that I am an immortal soul having a brief human experience with many more to come. As Bill Hicks says "It's just a ride".
  7. You are right Robin. We can't force people to waken, they need to do on their own, but when their eyes do start to open, we need to be there for them. They will become some of the strongest supporters and the one thing we need the most is unity. We have been programmed to embrace the negative emotion of division. We need to do the opposite and enlist these people as allies with a positive emotion. It can only breed more positivity. In Lak'ech Ala K'in

  9. Why wouldn't these teachers take quantum physics into account when that is where manifestation takes place? It' about rewiring and reprogramming the very small; neuroreceptors, DNA, and the recoding of genes. That doesn't happen within Newtonian or classical mechanics. [email protected] above, "unless you are on a spiritual journey you will never manifest anything." You mention that there's as many ways to manifest as there are people, but I disagree. You seem to look at it as everyone is an individual, and I see it as we are all one; like a individual cell within a single body of trillions. In La Kesh - I am another yourself. In that framework, each mind works and manifests the same. The people that should be labeled as pseudo-scientists are the main stream scientists. Seeing their latest work, they could also be labeled as sorcerers. Not only do I see manifestation thru quantum science, but also healing and the activation of our so-called junk DNA; allowing for our repressed abilities to resurface. I even see the possibility of healing people that have been injured by the clot-shot by recoding the genes that produce the spike protein. We just have to remember who we really are. We can accomplish this thru meditation, by visiting and working the quantum field within ourselves.
  10. I think another reason "The Secret" isn't censored is because they are not giving us the whole formula in which to bend reality or create change. Intention and attention are only part of the formula. It has to be coupled with an elevated emotion. You have to feel whole before your healing; you would have to feel abundance before your wealth; you would have to feel awe before that mystical moment; and you would have to feel love before you find it. ~ Joe Dispenza What they do keep hidden is the Quantum entanglement that is necessary to create change and bend reality.
  11. Shouldn't it be obvious by now that money is a trap and no more than a control tool for TPTB? They control everything about it including inflation, deflation, the supply chain, the value of currency, interest rates, how much is in circulation, etc. Money makes you a slave and only creates inequality. They will soon be taking it to the next level when they introduce a UBI and their social credit system. Money IS the root of all evil, but there are other alternatives to distribute goods and services. This looming depression could also be seen as an opportunity to relieve us from our bondage by creating a moneyless world. We know what their plan is ............... they've already told us, so the ball is now in our court. In the end the decision is ours. Don't feed the beast by complying. Reject their system and let's create our own. https://freeworldcharter.org/en/more https://freeworldcharter.org/en/faqs “The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history - whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by the small elite." ~ TJ

  16. For me, I have shed all of my belief systems about everything. I'm' like Sergent Schultz in Hogan's Heroes .... "I Know Nothing". I do strongly suspect that Everything is a Lie and the history we've been taught more closely resembles propaganda or what they want us to believe. With our limited perceptions as humans in this 3D world, I don't think we have the ability to know; so I keep an open mind and view things in terms of probabilities and possibilities, leaving all answers on the table. I am content in not knowing which leaves me free to explore any and all answers for everything I cannot know. To me it's about realizing and accepting my limitations, because when I say "I know", it locks me out from all other answers or explanations and everything has to fit into this belief. I have posted this video before, and you may have seen it. It tries to answer the question "Were We Really Created by God", but can be extrapolated out to include any topic that we do not or cannot know.

  19. No, you wouldn't be overdosing because 1 teaspoon of sole contains 478 mg. of sodium and the recommended limit (according to the government) is 2300 mg. per day. 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt contains about 1,700 mg of sodium, compared to 2,300 mg in the same amount of white table salt. When I suggested not drinking distilled water, I meant over a long period of time or an everyday thing. I have heard of drinking distilled water as a detox on a short term basis, but I have never tried it. The sole also claims to detox your system along with providing all 84 minerals; and the minerals work in synergy to process the sodium. What makes white table salt so harmful is the lack of synergistic minerals to help the body process the sodium. Of course there are many variables to consider like food, activity, how much you sweat, etc.; so what is perfect for each individual varies. I sweat a lot, so I feel I can tolerate more. I drink 1 teaspoon sole with 8 oz of RO water as soon as I wake up (once a day) and get a little boost of energy from it. Not a speedy energy, but helps to shake the cobwebs like a cup of coffee. Mineral supplements are made by extracting them from natural salt (or sea water) and the by-product or waste is the poison white table salt ..... almost 100% sodium chloride. There is also a question of mineral uptake in supplements when isolated from it's natural synergistic source. Sometimes they have to trick the body to uptake certain minerals like calcium by chelating or bonding it to amino acids, whereas the body easily absorbs the trace mineral when from a natural source or sole. Natural salt also hydrates the body, while table salt does the opposite. One of the reasons for making a sole is so it's easier to dose. When pink Himalayan salt is supersaturated in water, it will stop dissolving and be at 26% solution. 1 teaspoon of sole is 478 mg. of sodium. As far as children, I've seen different recommendations but the most popular is : Here are the benefits of taking Himalayan salt sole on a daily basis: It Hydrates You and Boosts Your Energy Drinking a glass of Himalayan salt sole in the morning will give you an instant boost, and will make sure that you are well hydrated to start the day. It Improves Digestion and Supports Your Thyroid and Adrenal Function Himalayan pink salt aids your digestive system in absorbing essential nutrients from your food, and functioning effectively. This will especially help if you are trying to lose weight. The 84 trace minerals can also help to remove sediments in your body which could build up and lead to kidney or gall bladder stones, and various forms of rheumatism like arthritis. It Helps Regulate Blood Sugar Levels, Hormone Levels and Blood Pressure Taking sole every morning has been shown to contribute towards reducing blood pressure, regulating your hormone levels and it also acts as a boost to your blood sugar levels. When all three are in check, then you will notice an improvement in your sleep quality. It Helps to Reduce Muscle Cramps If you haven’t ingested enough salt, then it can be easy for your muscles to start to cramp up during exercise. Sole contains many essential minerals which will help to reduce muscle cramps during exercise, or just throughout the day. It Helps You to Detox Sole is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal by nature, so it will help to target any dangerous bacteria in your system that could cause you illness. The sole mixture is also effective in re-energizing your cells due to the trace minerals in the salt. Even heavy metals in your system such as lead, arsenic and mercury are broken down and flushed through your system with the powerful effects of the minerals. It Helps to Balance the pH Levels in the Body The acid/alkaline balance in your body is extremely important, as if it swings too far either way, then it can cause you health problems. Drinking a glass of sole every morning will help to balance out your pH levels and keep illness away. It Promotes Communication Between Nerve Cells The salt in sole generates electrical properties when it is ingested with water, and it generates hydroelectric energy in your body’s cells. This helps your nerve cells function and communicate effectively. It Aids Bone Health Sole is alkalizing by nature, and packed full of trace minerals, so it naturally aids bone health. There is a theory that Osteoperosis may be caused by the body stripping bones of their minerals and calcium to neutralize the blood. Sole provides both essential minerals in the salt, and pure water in an alkaline form (when digested). It is a Natural Anti-Histamine and Aids Sinus Problems Sole is a natural anti-histamine, and will help to reduce the effects of allergies such as hay fever, and pet allergies. The effects of the salt will also helps to clear your sinuses, and flush any mucous and phlegm through your system. It Helps to Maintain Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails There are a lot of minerals in sole, and each one of these helps to contribute towards the maintenance of a healthy body. Sole is a great supplement to take to control acne, and for hair and nail growth. It Reduces Varicose Veins Sole reduces the appearance of varicose veins, and spider veins which can appear on thighs and legs. The Himalayan salt also helps to maintain a healthy heart beat, and is beneficial for those prone to feeling lightheaded. How to Make Himalayan Salt Sole Making sole is very simple, and the first part of the process will only take you a couple of minutes. Firstly, you will need some Himalayan salt, here is a link to a great brand on Amazon. You can also pick it up sometimes in local health stores – but if you do, make sure that it is 100% genuine pink Himalayan salt! To mix things up a little, you can also mix in a bit of Celtic salt, and/or Real salt with your Himalayan rock salt. Both of these are great quality salts, and also contain many beneficial minerals. Ingredients Himalayan Salt Distilled, or filtered water (you can get a cheap water filter jug here) A glass jar A non-metal lid (like this one) A plastic spoon/stirrer The Process Pour your salt into the jar until it is about a quarter full (either Himalayan salt, Celtic salt, Real salt or a mixture of all three). Top up the jar with distilled/filtered water until the salt is completely covered. I normally clear the salt with water by a good couple of inches. Put your lid on the jar and shake it, or give it a stir with your plastic spoon/stirrer. Leave the jar overnight. If the salt is completely dissolved in the morning, then add more salt and leave it overnight again. The sole will be ready to use when there is salt left at the bottom of the jar. This means that the water is completely saturated, and it cannot take up any more salt. http://www.theorganicchoice.com/2016/12/26/himalayan-salt-sole/
  20. Wow ..... I mean Wow !! That makes so much sense and explains things that no theory I've heard of does. WOW! Thanx for posting this. I try to keep an open mind, but I always leaned towards the thermite theory because it seemed to provided the best explanation .... until now. I started out watching this sitting back in my chair, rolling my eyes; and by the end, I was sitting on the edge of my seat with my mouth hanging open ....... An ah-ha moment fer shure. I gotta get the book
  21. I would advise against drinking "scrubbed" water on a regular basis, be it distilled or RO water, because it is devoid of the needed minerals; however there is an alternative if you want clean mineral water. You can re-mineralize scrubbed or pure water by adding Himalayan salt through a sole (pronounced “so-lay”). It provides all 84 minerals and trace elements. I drink 1 teaspoon of sole mixed in a glass of RO water as soon as I wake every morning. What opened my eyes about the need for salt was the book "Water and Salt, The Essence of Life" by Barbara Hendel https://www.amazon.com/Water-Salt-Essence-Barbara-Hendel/dp/0974451517/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2PZEAB31KD59V&keywords=water+%26+salt+the+essence+of+life&qid=1657131163&sprefix=water+%26+salt+%2Caps%2C111&sr=8-1 White table salt is the by-product of salt, after they've stripped all of the minerals from it for making supplements. It is 100% sodium chloride. In order for the human body to process sodium chloride, the rest of the minerals and trace elements are needed and work in synergy to eliminate the SC. Without the minerals, white salt is a poison. In ancient times, pure salt was even used as partial payment for workers .... it's that important to life. It's not by accident that all life, plants, animals, insects, marine life, etc, contain not just the same minerals, but also the same proportions and percentages as the oceans from whence we came. Himalayan salt hydrates the body and aids in detoxification. White salt dehydrates the body and without the minerals, cannot eliminate the sodium chloride. Himalayan salt doesn't taste as salty either due to it's lower sodium chloride, and high mineral content. The sole gives me a mild boost of energy when I wake. It's not a dramatic boost, but I can feel it. I also use it as a nasal rinse. I use a Neilmed sinus rinse bottle, and mix .4 (note point 4) teaspoons fine grain Himalayan salt with 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda to cleanse my sinuses. I specifically rinse after going to the store or being around people that have been vaxxed. If I get a headache, I always try rinsing my sinuses first and more times than not, it usually helps. And yes, I use it as a gargle when needed, with a detox bath, in lamps and an inhaler. When you make a sole, the salt will dissolve until the solution is supersaturated to a percentage of 26% salt, when it will stop dissolving. You want to make sure there is always salt remaining in the bottom to make sure it maintains the 26% level. That way you know what dosage you are consuming. The hysteria about white salt is true and leads to health problems, but they never tell us about the benefits of natural salt. They tend to lump all salts into one category and mislead us that all salts are bad for us. Even when I consume processed foods, I add a little Himalayan salt to help process the white salt it contains. This may sound silly to most, but I also bless anything I put in my body that contains water by telling it "I Love You". Water is imprint-able and benefits from positive vibrations. “All of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea - whether it is to sail or to watch it - we are going back from whence we came.” ― John F. Kennedy

  23. I had never seen these before, but once I looked them up, I do remember hearing about them. They are claimed to have an uncanny ability to predict the staged events of the NWO. They are out of print now, are very collectable and pricey. Some of them even predicted the CV Plandemic, Jan 6th, and the rise of censorship. The ones below show 9/11 and were created 25 yrs ago; so the ones you posted very well may have some validity. Thanx
