wondering

Hello: I watched a documentary called "Cold Case Hammarskjold" last week which revealed a multi country government funded program back in the 1960's to spread the AIDS virus through vaccines in South Africa. The goal of the program was to eradicate the black population. I immediately wondered if that is how the Covid-19 virus is being spread? More far reaching than AIDS, Covid-19 seems to target all people of colour as well as the elderly of any colour. It has always struck me as very odd that Covid-19 seems like its being sprinkled around almost at will in different parts of the world. My second thought is, to wonder whether people who regularly receive the Flu Vaccine have not already been nano-botted and Covid is somehow being propogated in that way. Thoughts? Am I crazy or way off base in my thinking ?
