cop from todays press conference stated the music played from the van was..... Downtown by Petula Clark www.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DZx06XNfDvk0 this whole thing gets stranger. cop also stated the van had cctv cameras at the front pointed at the rear mirrors nice straight road, 1am ish. could it be a remote control RV with a deadman / dummy at the wheel?
