I don't know but it's common in North Africa and the Arab world to have cranes nesting in towers. They often nest in ruined ancient sites in Morocco for instance..... I might wonder if in a sense it is because birds are creatures of the sky and as such, are better tuned to light, certain magnetic fields and such...... I have little doubt that birds are holier creatures than we are.

I used to get that when I meditated..... I think your spirit self is slightly disconnected from your physical self. Which is a good thing..... but it can be inconvenient if using heavy machinery.

Compare France to England, Mr Sickofthebollocks, In France every stretch of open water is swimable and no one is forbidden from swimming in ponds and lakes. In England you are not allowed to swim in ponds or lakes, and like I say, they fence off local ponds so no one can swim in them. When the weather is hot there is always the warning from the local TV news that you might DIE jumping into cold water on a hot day. They do this every year just to put you off. Haven't you noticed how hard to near impossible it is to actually be permitted to swim in fresh water in England? I noticed because I love swimming in fresh water on a hot day and in England it's virtually impossible.

I used to love swimming in the Loire in the massif central of France.... and any ponds or lakes I could find..... I find England is paranoid about water and the idea that the last thing you should ever do on a hot day is jump in for a swim.... I think it's some weird Victorian hangup or something. The idea that water is something dirty and dangerous and needs to be fenced off and kept away from the public lest they fall in and die like stray sheep. I've got the Indian Ocean where I am now....... the water is so warm now it's like swimming in the bath ...... I like to get in the pool afterwards to cool down.

Because YHWH was a man. It was common in the Middle East for men to be deified and represent Gods. Most of the Roman Emperors were 'Gods' for instance.... Interesting eh? It is true that God is all powerful, but God expresses that power in ways that it are hard to understand. God is like a rubber duck.....You force it underwater and it pops up quickly to the surface. In the same way, if you do evil, you are forcing the rubber duck underwater, the duck won't change into a crocodile and devour the evil doer, but what the duck will do is rise to the surface and attempt to make good from an evil situation. If God didn't do this, then the world would have ended a long time ago under the sheer weight of oppressive evil... This is also innate in humans, that we always try to see the bright side of a situation...except God is continually trying to CREATE the bright side...... If God was omnipotent in the way some people wish, that he could instantly stop evil then this world would be heaven and we would be in the light, but this world is not heaven and not intended to be..... in heaven and the realm of light there is no evil and God is fully expressed, but here in material creation we have been let 'off the leash' from God...... That's just the way it is....but God is always watching us and watching out for us.....
