This might be a noob question but can a laptop's graphics card be replaced? Perhaps not since I think it is integrated with the CPU but I'm not sure.

My issue is I don't want to buy a desktop computer because I like to travel light. So while I've got a laptop with a decent real quad core I5 my graphics card is a 4gb Nvidia 1050. I know it's a hardly enough but finding a laptop with a decent graphics card without getting your pants pulled down and bent over for the price of it is near impossible... I've got the Lenovo Legion 520. I got it in a sale and paid about half the usual retail price. But the build quality leaves a lot to be desired and as with most Legions of the range, the hard drive is useless and slow hence my replacing it with the excellent Samsung 970 plus.

I think this is your interpretation. However it seems to me, more likely that by using a 'spirit box' you are allowing demons or aliens or whatever to access you. I fail to see any distinction between talking to ghosts/aliens and the definition for insanity. However I do not believe insanity is what we are told it is. Insanity is basically a loss of personal etheric protection from the malevolent discarnate dark forces of the universe. By wishing to talk to ghosts or demons or whatever you are willfully deactivating your own shield.
