    As a fanatic bodybuilder for about 7 years I can tell you my mans not bench pressing 400lbs, like I say if he is that’s mutant strength or something else. I wouldn’t believe he could do it even if he said he was on steroids. I’ve only ever come across a few meat heads who were that strong. Genetics does play a big role for if you’re naturally strong or not, I don’t want to turn this thread into how much can he lift, but prime Ronnie Coleman could bench press 500lbs, there’s a huge difference between him and Steven, for starters Ronnie was a genetic freak, along with proper diet, insane heavy training and drugs. Like I say I’m not convinced in the slightest haha, and if he is lying, what else is he lying about...

    I gave Steven Greer’s valutainment a listen in the background earlier and the guy claims he can bench press 400lbs (180Kg), I don’t care how much shite he talks about aliens, that has to be his biggest bs claim. If he can bench press 400lbs then he isn’t human. This is a sign of a compulsive liar

    Looking at the device he’s using it only picks up to 3.5Ghz range I think, based on the amazon description. This is a problem not just for humans, but animals and plants too, whether you believe in them or not, as David Icke talked about, they want to bring in an archon world of total destruction, Libya is a great example, before and after America took over Gaddafi

    I don’t know when the 60ghz will be activated, as for testing I’ll try and quickly sum up the scam of testing. Firstly the safe level is 1.6 w/kg heating of a cell, all non thermal effects are ignored despite thousands of independent peer reviewed studies showing that non thermal, non ionising radiation is causing health problems. The industry has a trick in testing called averaging, so for example they test the radiation from a WiFi router for an hour, if they don’t like the results then they average that hour over a new time frame, 24 hours for example, where the router is off for the other 23 hours, meaning the result is now much lower. It’s like me speeding at 200mph, and me saying well I only did 4mph cuz my car has been sat in my drive all day. They can skew any test to claim it’s ‘safe’ when in reality it’s far from safe. Another trick is that they don’t give enough time for testing, for example the top uk scientist who tested the safety of the tetra systems should have had about 10 years to do a proper long term study, he was given an hour to do 2 studies, clearly not long enough to see health effects. This is just off the top of my head and if you need more detail then let me know, Barrie Trower is a great source of info

    Not many people seemed to have picked this up but a few years back Ofcom inexplicably freed up part of the spectrum 59Ghz - 64Ghz, they could have charged millions, if not hundreds of millions but gave it up for free? (I smell corruption) The particular focus on at the 60ghz frequency. The perfect frequency that affects the rotation of oxygen molecules meaning it struggles to attach to our blood cells, making us oxygen deprived. This is potentially one of the most dangerous parts of the spectrum and Ofcom opened it for free and are promoting the use of it. This is why they are banning anyone making a covid link to 5G. As we all know 5G DOESN’T cause covid 19 but it causes respiratory issues that will get classed a strong covid 19. Ofcom will have blood on their hands and they are trying to cover their tracks.

    I couldn’t agree more, they want to stop us connecting with the above, there’s an increased effort through gmos, heavy metals in vaccines, fluoride, emf etc because for whatever reason, we are naturally beginning to reconnect like never before, and when we do the games over for the satanic elite

As for doctors big pharma pays for their med school, they get taught what big pharma wants them to know. Some break out the system and get ridiculed for it, that’s who you know is likely to be a well informed doctor wanting to do their best

    This is more aimed at people who are new to this stuff, welcome. 

     

    First of all its important to understand how the human body works, our tonsils invites viruses in to create antibodies against it. That’s why kids put things in their mouths, the tonsils want to create antibodies to build up the immune system. We get ill when the immune system is weak, either through a vitamin/ mineral deficiency (lack of vitamins D from sun in winter) or we live in a toxic environment (emf radiation, gmos, toxic chemicals in chemtrails etc). This will cause us to experience symptoms when creating antibodies against the illness, a severely weak immune system will result in extreme symptoms or even death. Most of the time we will catch an illness, create the antibodies to fight it and never even know we had it, thanks to a strong immune system. We have a natural immune response system, the tonsils and gut, at no point in human evolution or design, were we meant to inject viruses into our bloodstream, but does it work? 

     

    The answer is we don’t know, there is an overall lack of science when it comes to vaccines. There isn’t a single long term double blind study to show that vaccines work, or that they are safe. Plenty of medical journals say that they don’t work and that they are not safe. Vaccines are considered to have eradicated childhood diseases, another lie, most childhood diseases were eradicated because we improved our immune system through better food, water and hygiene. I’ll attach a graph at the bottom showing the decline of illnesses and when the vaccines were introduced, you’ll see vaccines played no role in the reduction of cases. 

     

    Another thing the media loves to lie about is that vaccines don’t cause autism, they do! There is an epidemic in autism among young people, not old and Amish people who have no vaccines have 0 cases of autism. In America where they have the most aggressive vaccine schedule, 54% of the kids have a chronic illness. 

     

    Whats causing the autism? Various neurotoxins like aluminium and mercury, plenty of medical journals and studies to prove this, but all swept under the carpet by the cdc and media. There’s even an Italian case in 2014 of a boy who got brain damage and autism from a vaccine, the court concluded that aluminium and mercury caused the brain damage. It’s been proven in a court of law. Other chemicals that can be in a vaccine are extremely dangerous and toxic, which lowers the immune system! Vaccines are also attributed to the dramatic rise in auto immune disease because the toxins from the vaccine attach to elements of our body, which the body then sees as a threat and attacks itself. 

     

    The big problem we have is that vaccines are liability free products, so if anyone is damaged by a vaccine, big pharma don’t pay the compensation, the government does (tax payers) and big pharma then make money treating the damage the vaccine caused. This is why they are targeting the kids because then they become customers for life. 

     

    Recently we have bill gates wanting to vaccinate the world except himself and his own kids. His vaccines have caused thousands of deaths and gbh in India and africa with vaccines he knew were dangerous as they were phased out in America before he used them. It got to the point where with the DTP vaccine, the vaccine was killing more kids than DTP itself. In Kenya they found anti fertility agents in the vaccine. All covered up by the WHO, which Gates funds. He openly says he wants to use vaccines as a method of depopulation and now wants to vaccinate us all against this covid 19, do you really think it’s a good idea to take it?

    Temporary Alien Thread

    For anyone wanting to know a quick summary about the alien agenda, these are just my views after 7 years of research, I’m always keeping an open mind but here’s a quick summary 

     

    Top of the power hierarchy are the Anunnaki, involved in the creation of modern day humans, Sumerian tablets go into good detail... some believe Anunnaki are reptilians but I disagree, in ancient history the reptilians were depicted fish like humanoids to represent their scaled skin, they were not allowed to depict the ‘gods’ so represented them like this... you’ll notice some ancient Sumeria representations of reptilians or fish humanoids but there’s also depictions of giant human like beings, I conclude they are the anunnaki - today even though they are at the top of the power pyramid, they let the other below them do the work

     

    Reptilians - all ancient cultures describe these reptilian creatures, some in a positive way helping humans, most in a way that says they are bad news for humans. They come in various forms, like the alpha draconians are tall white winged beings, the reptoids are more green, blue or brown coloured with no wings, most if not all are hostile. They played their part in history dividing humans and creating wars. They are infamously known to shapeshift, through our history they have killed people in power and assumed their identities for fantastic control of society. Today the reptilians reside either in deep underground military bases, or in a different dimension, with total control over world events wanting to create chaos and depopulation. They are clearly hostile, whilst there might be good ones about, they could be deceiving you. 

     

    Arcturians/ Nordics/ Tall Whites - these aren’t as well known but they can pass for humans, usually tall, athletically built, blonde hair and blue eyed. Whilst history might show evidence of the Nordics at war with the reptilians, today I think there is collusion going on, and are not to be trusted by any means. If aliens were to reveal themselves to ‘save humanity’ these are the most likely to show up, do not trust them 

     

    Greys - the most well known greys do the dirty work in abducting and performing genetic experiments on us. Some say they’re biological AI with no soul, created by the reptilians or Nordics, either way the greys are like the workers to the reps and arcturians. There are some people who say that the grey skin is a second skin and another creature is on the inside, as it’s not used to climate on earth. I don’t know about this though, but heard it from multiple sources. 

     

    The last I have heard are the mantids, these are humanoid praying mantises, they seem to observe what’s going on and might use greys to do genetic experiments on us. 

     

    All of these aliens have disconnected from spirituality, the divine, source consciousness etc through their addiction to technology. A dangerous road humans are heading towards. A saviour for humans would be these beings reconnecting with the divine realm, a potential way we can do that is by praying for this to happen. Praying is good for the immune system so let’s do it as we have nothing to lose. 

     

    Some, more from a religious background believe that aliens and demons are the same thing, whilst I have an open mind I’m no so sure on this. All I can say is that there’s evidence of creatures with insane technology that come in various forms, anunnaki, reptilian, greys etc. And there’s creatures that feed off negative human energy (dark energy), imo they aren’t the same but there’s a relationship between aliens and demons, perhaps as aliens drifted away from spirituality, they fell into the hands of the original demons, the fallen angels who turned away from the divine realm. Their goal is to turn humans into synthetic robots where AI does human thinking. This ones a bit out there but I believe this is so the AI mind can always emit negative emotions, feeding the dark spirits, as it’s a synthetic robot that doesn’t age like a human, it’s an eternal source of food. Praying is a solution. 

     

    If anyone has anything to add or question what I’ve said then you are more then welcome to. 

     

    Finally I think by 2030 we could see aliens, either a staged alien invasion (project bluebeam) which will have the goal to create the NWO, or the aliens will reveal themselves to ‘save’ humanity, this is likely to be the Nordics who show up, like I said question everything and do not trust them. You only have to look at the stream of films about aliens and recent news reports about UFOs to notice we are being prepared for something, stay alert, pray and we will be fine

    Same on his social media, many comments deleted but he still gets hounded if he does any new posts, I’m sure many people are seeing those as for example on twitter he has 50 million followers

    Something positive, there’s a guy who I follow on Facebook who is into his gym and fitness having over 700k followers. I dont want to say his name and draw attention to him. He loves to train and is obviously not happy about the gyms closing. He’s seeing through the bullshit and making short videos to his followers about the numbers and how insignificant they are. The guys showing the facts, no one can argue with him and quickly scanning over the comments, people agree the situation is bs, some going further into what’s really going on. Considering he has 700k followers, it’s certainly a positive in the right direction, people into their fitness is a mixed audience so will be waking new people up, which is the inevitable ?
