Foods, how many meals a day, fasting etc, what suits you? For me I’ve been weight lifting since I was a teenager so it was 6 high protein meals a day, decent carbs and I personally went for high levels of healthy fats too. As gyms have been closed for most of the year I’m feeling it’s time to move on from this lifestyle. A freak injury was the final clear message from the universe. To be honest eating is the bane of my life, so I am tempted to try the 16/8 intermittent fasting, somehow cramming 3000 calories in and training during that 8 hour period. My aim is still to stay in shape and lean. Does anyone here also fit a workout around their diet?

There’s some people I work with who have received text messages saying that they are in a ‘risk group’ so they need to get their free flu vaccine this week. One of these women is pregnant and as anyone whose looked into it knows, a flu vaccine during pregnancy in particular is a big no no because of the toxins affecting the baby. Also when I talk about spiritual people, the people I know are into things like Wicca, paganism, tarot cards, connecting with spirit world, things like that. I’m not demonising it in any way and I know a couple of people who are what I’d call spiritual, who really get it. I just find it amazing that most people I’ve encountered still watch bbc news, and believe everything it says!

Just to add the final straw for me was when I was reading about how they are more than happy to take the vaccine for covid, I’ve done a lot of research into vaccines recently and if anyone wants any studies or documents then feel free to ask, but comments I’m seeing are like they will take the vaccine ‘so they are protected and don’t spread it to others’ ‘they don’t see why people are against them’ etc... it’s the very tool that is used to shut people off from spiritually by attacking the pineal gland with neurotoxins and frequencies from the nanotechnology, how is their intuition which you’d imagine is at an above par level not screaming at them that something isn’t right?

I can’t be the only person who has noticed this but almost all spiritual people I’ve met in life are totally asleep to what’s truly going on in the world, NWO agenda, depopulation, elite Satanism, non human entities etc. Even on a spiritual forum I sometimes read out of curiosity they are all fast asleep. Is this what the new age movement is about? ‘Raising your vibe’ ‘not looking at negative things’ etc meaning that it results in ignorance to what’s going on... has anyone else experienced this or got any explanations?

I see this as a steppingstone to a more ruthless authority, I don’t know what powers they have right now, but it can always evolve to something more aggressive as ‘cases rise’

Cheers, just checking the numbers they deffo have more nutrients, but about a third of the calories of normal beans, so a mix seems good to me. I don’t get how that guy can survive off 2 meals a week, like there’s the basic calories in vs calories out for energy. I’ve been doing bodybuilding for like 7 years so all this calorie counting is like ingrained in me, but I’ll check out that Patrick guy on YouTube brad suggested. It just seems impossible from the reality I’ve lived, but I’m sure it isn’t

Just reading up a bit more on this, it says there’s risk for food poisoning so cook 5-10 mins before eating im assuming? Also it doesn’t lose any calorie value in sprouting does it?

There will be many reasons that we incarnated on earth at this exact time, and I know for a fact I did not incarnate here to get slaughtered off in agenda 21, I did not come here to take bill gates’ satanic vaccine and I certainly did not come here to get turned into an AI robot, meaning that I and you if you feel the same came here for another reason. I’m sure most of us go through times where we feel we are doomed, but remember we didn’t come here for that reason, things will change for the better and we can all play our part if we choose to, in helping to wake people up and not being a part of this modern day nazi Germany. Obviously we know what’s coming, so there’s no excuses not to prepare for it, a shortage of food is pending... so you know what to do next, like i said at times it feels like we are doomed, but that’s not what we came here for
