Knowledge, if you have knowledge and can provide evidence, you can really make people question their perspective, learn the mechanics of law of the land, sea and air. Learn history, learn about all religions and pretty much anything you can to gain a greater perspective of. I'm sorry you are struggling to connect with people, I cannot help you with that as I've been an extreme introvert my whole life but I am aware that most people do need connection with others, you know you can still connect with people through hobbies and interests. I had a breakdown and then things got better over time the more I studied and became aware of things, I'm still a little angry at people sometimes but overall things are better. Give it time, you'll get perspective.
