Every time that i have tried this method my body was the one to roll. I depend on sleep paralysis for the vibration( it just does all the work for me) but i only end up lucid dreaming as i have never seen my body. Do you have any good videos to watch on how to do it rightly or book you can recommend?

But my two experiences...I had no choice.....I was a puppet. At times I think that there is sth big going on in the background which explains why I have less than 15 memories of myself below 8 years.....it bothers me a lot. I have friends today i have grown up with who tell me we were friends when we were from age 8 and below but I can't remeber ever seeing them I plan on using hypnosis to see if i can regain some memories

My interpretation was that all this while I have been in a cage that I can walk out of, if I wanted to because nothing is truly holding me back. I hope I don't end up growing old without living that mental prison to a higher level of consciousness. When my mind began to struggle between my experience of breathing under water and my scientific logical knowledge of its impossibility.....I kind of took that as the problem. I should not try to interpret my experiences from a logical standpoint but take them as they are.

For all who have experienced sleep paralysis, the one thing that we can agree on is that its one of the most terrifying experiences one can have. Waking up in a dark room unable to move any part of your body while simultaneously being forcefully dragged back to sleep is not an exciting experience. But what if instead of trying all you can to break the paralysis, you let yourself sink into the terror. That's what I did exactly. It happened to me at a time when I was studying the concepts of lucid dreaming and astral projection as well as the many ways in which to induce them such as visualization. Long story short, I wake up and I'm having a sleep paralysis moment. I'm freaked out and my first instincts is to obviously try to break it. But then as I am trying to shake my head ( I always start by visualizing shaking my head when breaking the paralysis) I suddenly have a rational moment in which i monologue that i have been through several of these experiences and that there was nothing to really be afraid of. So i calm myself down and start on a visualization technique for astral projection where i imagined i was floating on water then my 'spirit/astral/soul' self began to sink. And it worked. What sleep paralysis had done for me was it had taken me to a place i always intended to reach via meditating. I slowly began sinking and I could breath inside this water. I then out of the blues heard a woman's voice and she said "follow me." I couldn't see her, but I could feel her presence and I sort of felt comfortable and knew where to swim to. As i swam further down I began to see a bar-cage/cell then she asked me to look. I saw an old man with white beards inside who was a prisoner but I couldn't understand why he was a prisoner because the door of the cell was open. Then suddenly I knew that I knew that I was the old man in the cage. Once I became aware of this knowledge, My mind started to reason out what I was experiencing. I started thinking of how it was impossible to breath underwater, though I could breath perfectly, and the fear of drowning caused me to start swimming upwards. When I got to the surface I woke up. Since then I have been trying to induce sleep paralysis in order to meet this "woman" again and try to understand what she was trying to show me. What has been your experience with sleep paralysis?

I am very much excited about my experiences as well as the insight to reality they have given me. Like being able to see things in dreams in detail before they occur has made me believe that there might be a puppet master. I am trying to see where this all leads to because i have never really understood they "why" to everything that has happened. I also don't take any medication and i'm quite sane as well. One of the strangest things that has happened to me is in my entire childhood, I can only remember less than 15 memories from ages 10 and below with my very first memory being seeing a leopard/panther like creature walking towards me with shinning yellow eyes and i stood there frozen in terror. I couldn't move. I cried out my brother's name who when he came i suddenly was able to move and the creature was gone. He kept asking me why I was shaking and when I told him till this day he has never believed me. I plan to go for a hypnosis session soon, to see if I can recover my memories and understand what happened on that day.

Hello guys! This post is going to be a little bit long please bear with me. If you're familiar with David Icke's awakening or supernatural experience story, then you know what I mean by Thought-Form. If not, the information is available online. This is my story and personal experience that took place 6 years ago back in 2014. I would also like to point out that I am from Kenya in East Africa, but this does not in any way invalidate the veracity of what I am about to share with you. No exaggerations have been made, I swear its all true. I was in my final year in high school when i had this strange experience. It occurred for a period of three nights in a row and was the first time and last that i ever experienced sleep walking. On the first night I realized I was sleep walking, I opened my eyes hoping to wake up in my school bed when I found myself standing in front of a wall near the room i used to sleep in. I was a little bit surprised and strangely excited while still puzzled as to what had just happened. The second night when I came to, I found myself standing in front of the bathrooms which was a little bit far from my room. Now imagine that the design of the first floor where my room was, was the shape of the letter T with the bathrooms located at the horizontal upper part of the letter T and my room at the very bottom part. The distance from my room to the bathroom was about 10 other rooms. This time round i was a little freaked out and rushed back to my room. Its not every night that you find your body moved itself. So on the third night before sleeping, I tied my arm with a bedsheet to the double-decker bed post tightly. This time round when i came to I opened my eyes only to find my body walking. I'm not kidding you, my body was walking of its own will (or so I thought) in between the hall to the bathrooms and the bedsheet i had tied to my arm was being dragged on the floor. At this point I was fully conscious and awake but iI could only see and hear what was happening, nothing else. I tried to regain control of my walking body but i couldn't it was like how you can't move when in sleep paralysis. The exit to my floor was at the right side of the entrance to the bathrooms. When my body got to the bathroom it suddenly stopped. Then suddenly from the left side i heard clearly a voice that spoke to my mind and said, "turn to the right and run quickly up the stairs." I will never forget those words. Before I processed the information, my body had already turned and started running and after passing the exit I was stopped by a guard who was outside my floor (the first floor) on the stairs. He held me and started asking me who i was and where i was headed to. Firstly, i couldn't use my mouth plus i didn't know where i was going, I only knew my body was going up. I came to find out later it was midnight. At the same time coincidentally, the school director was going to his office and hearing the commotion came to where we were. The guard told him he had caught me going up so then he started to ask me where i was going and when i didn't respond, he thought i was being rude and started to slap me. I still didn't move and wasn't feeling a thing. Slowly the feeling sense on my face started returning when he was on about the 15th slap (He was really pissed off and yes we are still canned in schools). My senses on other parts returned as well and I began to block his slaps. He then dragged me to his office for more caning. I kept answering him that i didn't know where i was going and he thought i was intentionally being rude. let's say it was a terrible night being canned for something I knew nothing about. Here is the other strange thing though concerning the events that followed. The director, in his early 60s, for a long time was being treated for stomach ulcers. He had canned me on the wee hours of sunday morning. Suddenly the next day, Monday evening, we heard that he was rushed to hospital after falling very sick and was then diagnosed with stomach cancer. On wednesday he had a successful operation but then on thursday he mysteriously died because of complications. I was the last student he interacted with plus it has always struck me weird with how everything happened like it was scripted. I have never sleep walked again in my life since that last time. But his death saved me from expulsion. When I left his office, he called my Dad for the second time since my joining the school and told him that that incident was my last strike. My troubles were buried with him. CASE 2: My last thought form experience occurring the same year happened when i was crossing two roads near the place I used to live. I successfully crossed the first road without issue (by looking left and right...LOL). As I was on my way to cross the second one a thought form invaded my mind and said, "there are no cars coming from the right." It was very strange I came to later realize because of how it overrode my thinking process and my mind accepted it as unquestionable gospel truth. When i got to the road, as i was lifting my leg to make the first step, a pick up truck suddenly sped in front of me waking me up from the daze (it was like a day dream). The driver was honking angrily for quite a distance because had i landed the step he would have killed me on the spot. Conclusion: In both experiences I had no ability to break away from control. As in the second, if the originators of the thought forms/ voice planned to kill me, there is nothing I could have done. David Icke is the only one I can relate to and its why I am asking if any of you has ever experienced this or if you know what it means. I also dream things that come to pass in detail, too many number and words synchronicities and I often hear strange wing flaps but deeper than wing flaps on each ear at a time. Sometimes the wing flaps are stronger and at times they last for few seconds. Google has not been useful being that i don't even know what i have to search for. I always tell my experiences to make people understand what I mean. Any and all input is appreciated. A big shout out to @Grumpy Owl who advised me to post my story on the forum.

Hey Steph....I also almost always see synchronicities in time, numbers and words. I also hear often something like wing flaps, but deeper than wing flaps and it occurs sometimes when I become aware of the synchronicities. I see things before they happen in my dreams too with the most recent one being last week. In the dream my uncle was telling me to prepare myself as i was going to start internship, at the place he works, soon and in that dream I saw an aunt of mine i hadn't seen since last year sickly and coughing. So i wake up the next morning and casually ask my cousin when her Dad told her he heard the internship was going to start and she told me she had been informed the previous night i was going to start soon as my name had been drafted amongst the successful applicants. She told me she would get back to me concerning our Aunt's health which she later did. Turns out I was right, my aunt was suffering from a terrible cold. So much happens to me its like an adventure of which i am always excited to see what's next. It's like an invisible force is guiding my steps which is scary as I feel i'm not in control of my life. I will research on the Loa, though if it's voodoo that's in west africa.

I also thought so as well but the voice saved me in the first case. The school director was previously before the incident determined to expel me and had called my Dad twice. That sunday morning my Dad had been called to the school and i was given the final warning. My problems with the administration ended the day He passed away. I've been to all sorts of churches but no Man of God ever saw anything evil in me.
