3. Extraterrestrial Races Outside of the Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex
On February 20, 1954, a delegation of ‘human looking’ extraterrestrial races met with the Eisenhower administration in an unsuccessful effort to reach an agreement on the US’s thermonuclear nuclear weapons program. [65] The apparent stumbling block was that these extraterrestrial races were not willing to provide technology that might be used by the military-industrial interests that dominated the Eisenhower administration and set the tone for subsequent extraterrestrial – human dialogue. The principled opposition of this group of extraterrestrials to being co-opted into an emerging military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex (MIEC) marks an important indicator of a large grouping of ‘human’ extraterrestrial races who lie outside of the web of interlocking interests that make up the MIEC in the U.S. and elsewhere on the planet.
This second category of extraterrestrial races is primarily ‘human’ and can easily integrate with human society in the manner described by Dean and others where they can be indistinguishable from the rest of humanity. [66] These races are described to be from star systems such as Lyra, Vega, Pleiades, Sirius, Procyon, Tau Ceti, Ummo, Andromeda and Arcturus who have provided some of the genetic material for the seeding of humanity on Earth. [67] According to Alex Collier, a total of 22 extraterrestrial races have provided genetic material for the ‘human experiment’. These include Reptilian, Gray and Anunnaki races described earlier as well as those races in this second group which Collier describes as ‘benevolent’:
That we, as a product of extraterrestrial genetic manipulation, are possessors of a vast gene pool consisting of many different racial memory banks, also consisting of at least 22 different races. Because of
our genetic heritage, and because we are spirit, the benevolent extraterrestrial races actually view us as being royalty. [68]As a result of this genetic linkage, the extraterrestrials in this group outside of the MIEC apparently view humanity in much the way a protective parent might view an adolescent son/daughter in a dangerous environment. [69] The vital interests of races in this category are to ensure that global humanity evolves in a responsible way without endangering both itself and the greater galactic community of which it is part.
There are two parts to this grouping of extraterrestrials. The first are ‘extraterrestrials’ that have historically inhabited the Earth’s subterranean dwellings, and are described as remnants of ancient human civilization that followed a separate evolutionary path to surface humanity. The second are extraterrestrials that have ‘off-world’ origins but have humanoid features to the extent that some of them can easily intermingle with the rest of humanity without being easily identified.
Telosians
The subterranean ‘extraterrestrials’ are described to be remnants of previous human civilizations on the Earth’s surface such as Lemuria and Atlantis and are thus genetically related to humanity. The most famous description of one of these ancient races is found in the posthumously published ‘diaries’ of Admiral Richard Byrd who describes a secret expedition to the North Pole where he was taken into the subterranean dwelling of an advanced race with Nordic physical characteristics. He was shown some of the wondrous technology of this society and also met the leader of this advanced subterranean race who allegedly said:
'We have let you enter here because you are of noble character and well-known on the Surface World, Admiral' … you are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth…. Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here. Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the "Flugelrads", to your surface world to investigate what your race had done…. You see, we have never interfered before in your race's wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist. You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral.' [70]
While there continues to be controversy over the veracity of Admiral Byrd’s diaries, there are a number of reported encounters with representatives of an advanced subterranean human race. A large subterranean city called Telos is argued to lie below Mt Shasta, California and has been described by individuals who have either physically traveled to this city and witnessed it, or those who claim to have telepathically communicated with the occupants of this city. Prominent UFO researcher, William Hamilton, claims to have met representatives of Telos who described to him the advanced technology and structure of Telos and their connection to the former civilization of Lemuria. Hamilton described a Telosian, ‘Bonnie’, and her family as follows:
Bonnie, her mother (Rana Mu), her father (Ra Mu), her sister Judy, her cousins Lorae and Matox, live and move in our society, returning frequently to TELOS for rest and recuperation. Bonnie relates that her people use boring machines to bore tunnels in the Earth. These boring machines heat the rock to incandescence, and then vitrify it, thus eliminating the need for beams and supports. A tube transit tunnel is used to connect the cities that exist in various subterranean regions in our hemisphere. The tube trains are propelled by electromagnetic impulses up to speeds of 2500 mph. One tube connects with one of their cities in the Matto Grosso jungle of Brazil. They grow food hydroponically under full-spectrum lighting with their gardens attended by automatons. The food and resources of Telos are distributed in plenty to the million-and- a-half population that thrives on a no-money economy. [71]
According to the Dianne Robbins, who claims to have telepathically communicated with the Telosians, they are the remnants of the Ancient Lemuria who made Mt Shasta their home after the destruction of their continent. [72] Originally numbering 15,000, this Lemurian remnant has apparently flourished in the underground caverns of Mt Shasta and grown to a population of 1.5 million where psychotronic technologies, involving crystals and the highly developed mental abilities of the Telosians, are used to maintain an incredibly advanced society that interacts with extraterrestrials from a number of star systems. The Telosians are reported to specialize in maintaining human longevity, and integrating harmonious technologies and belief systems for surface based humans. The Telosians and other subterranean ‘extraterrestrials’ seek to curtail the most damaging aspects of human-extraterrestrial technological agreements while assisting in the evolutionary growth in human consciousness. The main activities of the Telosians can be inferred to be in helping surface humanity learn of its ancient Earth history, restore human longevity, changing unhealthy belief systems and protecting the environment. The global solutions provided by the Telosians include: environmental protection; promoting bio-diversity; restoring human health and longevity; and recovery of lost historical knowledge.
The ‘off-world’ human looking extraterrestrial have been claimed to have provided some of the genetic material for human evolution, and that many of these extraterrestrials have allowed some of their personnel to incarnate as ‘star seeds’ on Earth in human families. These ‘star seeds’, ‘star children’ or ‘star people’ are described by Brad and Francie Steiger as individuals whose ‘souls’ were formally incarnated on the worlds of other star systems and then traveled to Earth and decided to incarnate here in order to boost the evolutionary development of humanity. [73] Most of humanity would consider this group of extraterrestrials to be ‘benevolent’ as described by ‘contactees’ such as George Adamski, Orfeo Angelucci, George Van Tassell, Howard Menger, Paul Villa, Billy Meier and Alex Collier who each explain the nature of their voluntary interactions with these human looking extraterrestrials. [74] These contactees often provide physical evidence in the form of photographs, film and/or witnesses of their contacts with extraterrestrial races. The most extensively documented and researched contactee is Eduard ‘Billy’ Meier who provided much physical evidence for investigators. These off world human extraterrestrial races appear to have different ‘specialties’ as a result of unique histories and planetary migrations due to galactic upheavals and conflicts. It is worth exploring the main activities of each race to understand how they either currently interact with humanity or how they may better interact with humanity to address global problems.
Lyrans
It is appropriate to begin the discussion of these ‘off world’ extraterrestrial races and their main activities by focusing on a star system that has been described as the source for the spread of human civilization in the Milky War galaxy, the constellation of Lyra. One of the first ‘contactees’ to describe Lyra was Billy Meier who received much public attention as a result of his alleged visits from Pleiadians/Plejarans from 1975 to 1986 which he supported with material evidence that continues to confound those skeptical of Meier’s claims. [75] Comprehensive investigations by a number of individuals and organizations found that Meier’s evidence was not fabricated and therefore constituted significant support for his testimony of extraterrestrial contact. [76] Due to the amount of physical evidence he had provided over the years, Meier has gained great credibility, and the consistency and coherence of his testimonies suggest that he is indeed an important spokesperson for an extraterrestrial race.
Meier was told by his Pleaidians [Plejadians] contacts of the star system of Lyra and its human inhabitants:
The "Swiss" Plejadians have described their ancient ancestry, and consequently ours, as originating (before the Plejades) in a far sun-system in a star group near what we now know as the Ring Nebula of Lyra, for which we have called them Lyrians in the same manner as we refer to the human beings from what we call the Pleiades. These early Lyrians in their numerous migrations in their great Space Arks went to many other star systems and found suitable habitations, and put down colonies, such of which flourished and eventually launched their own space travelers. [77]
Meier further reported of a physical contact with a Lyran ship in 1977 where the Lyrans described their world and the other star systems with whom they cooperated. [78] Alex Collier describes the start of the Lyran civilization as revealed to him by extraterrestrials from Andromeda:
Based on the age of the Suns and the planets in our galaxy, it was decided that the human life form was to be created in the Lyran system. The human race lived there for approximately 40 million years, evolving. The orientation of the human race in Lyrae was agricultural in nature. Apparently, we were very plentiful and abundant, and lived in peace. [79]
The Lyrans posses Nordic features and are quite possibly the ‘Elohim’ described in religious traditions both on Earth and around the galaxy. Due to the Lyrans role in the genesis of the human presence in the galaxy, the Lyrans can understandably be argued to have the most detailed understanding of human origins and galactic history. They can be described as the ‘Galactic historians’ for the human species. It can be inferred that the Lyrans help in disseminating the truth about the evolution of human races in the galaxy, and have a deep understanding of galactic human culture and of the ‘human spirit’. The Lyrans have been further described as follows:
Those from Lyra have an affinity for origins and ancient histories. So they would be useful to you to understand the past in order to transform it. As you understand your past and your origins you may be able in consciousness to go back, pattern by and pattern, peel off the layers of the onion, and find your true nature. They would be excellent guides in this process, this psychological process for humanity, of understanding its motivations and its history and how it came to be. [80]
In conclusion, the Lyrans’ main activities are in disseminating the unique history of the human race in the galaxy, and assisting in understanding human motivations and potentials. The global solutions the Lyrans provide include accurate information about human history, understanding galactic history, discovery of the human essence, diplomacy and conflict resolution, and global education.
Vega
According to Billy Meier, another race of extraterrestrials that physically contacted him were from the Vega star system within the constellation of Lyra. [81] The Vegans were a darker or ‘blue’ skinned group of humans, and were likely the ‘blue race’ of advanced humans mentioned in various Vedic texts, and from whom the Hindu gods Vishnu and Krishna derived. [82] The Brazilian contactee, Jefferson Souza, claims that he met the Vegans of Lyra, who he described as looking very similar to natives of India. [83] According to Alex Collier, Vega was the first star sytem in Lyra to be populated by humans. [84]
In addition to the Nordic looking humans from Lyra, the Vegans played an important colonising role throughout the Galaxy.
The first extraterrestrials who came to Earth were … humans from worlds that exist within another dimension in the area of the Lyra and Vega systems. The first Lyrians, together with the Vegans, came to Earth initially 22 million years ago. Their stay here was very brief and they continued their travels to other star clusters and planets. Their history is largely obscure, even though assault groups occasionally continued to return to Earth. Approximately 389,000 years ago, several million Lyrians and Vegans again left their native worlds, entered our order of space and time in this dimension, and came to Earth where they mingled with the Earthlings. [85]
Significantly, the results of the Vegans and Lyrans interbreeding with humans paralleled events described in the Book of Enoch where the ‘Nephilim’ intermarried with humans and produced a race of giants that eventually died off. [86] Meier describes these events as follows
They procreated in the normal manner and through the manipulation of genes by genetic engineers. The results of the genetic engineering produced beings that were part human, part animal, and included giants, titans, and other creatures. In the course of hundreds and thousands of years these creatures were displaced once again, and eventually died out because they could not reproduce or because conditions for their life forms proved fatal for them. [87]
Further parallelling events described in the Book of Enoch where the leaders of the Nephilim were punished for their activities on Earth, Meier describes how the ringleaders of the Vegans and Lyrans were responsible for numerous transgressions against the native peoples of Earth and other worlds:
The many millions of Lyrians and Vegans, who had left their native worlds, were headed by 144,207 leaders and sub-leaders, etc., who reigned over their followers in a rather hierarchic manner. The leaders also transferred this behavior to Earth humans with whom they had intermingled in the past to create human descendants of various types. These 144,207 leaders and their subordinates were, indeed, the ringleaders who were essentially responsible for the misdeeds, false teachings, and false religions which were absorbed and imitated by humans on Earth. Not everything the leaders brought to Earth was evil, false, or criminal, however; many valuable items and ideas were presented to the Earthlings with regard to crafts, professions, philosophies, ways of thinking, medicine, technology, and many other things. [88]
According to Lyssa Royal, the Vegans and Lyrians were strategic competitors when it came to the colonising of other worlds, and eventually began a devasting civil war in the Lyra constellation – the Lyran wars. [89] Alex Collier also refers to a devastating galactic war in Lyra but its cause was external rather than an internal civil war between the Lyrans and the Vegans. [90] According to Meier, the Vegans returning to Earth in the present era, are attempting to assist humanity, atone for past mistakes and to assist Vegan starseeds. [91] Like the Lyrans, the global solutions the Vegans provide include accurate information about human history and the Vegan heritage, understanding galactic history, discovery of the human essence, diplomacy and conflict resolution, and global education.
Pleiadians
Billy Meier further described how the Pleiadians, descendents of the Nordic looking Lyrans, had migrated between a number of star systems before finally settling in the Pleiades constellation:
The ancient history of the early Pleiadian ancestors in another home sun system was also described and how they came to travel to the Pleiades. A much earlier migration to this solar system is also described and how and why it failed. The one third survivors of the Pleiadian ancestors' original planet, after its devastation, evolved a new technology, and designed and built the great-spacer evacuation arks in just 900 years, and began to launch them everywhere for many hundreds of years more. The extraterrestrials visiting Switzerland are the descendants of one of those space arks which occupied one of the three planets engineered for human habitation, in one of the sun-systems in what we call the Pleiades today. They have experienced great gains and great losses many times over since that time. In a very real sense, we are descendants of their earliest colonists attempting to settle in this solar system, together with an assortment of aborigines and human exiles from a number of places. [92]
The particular star system from which Meier’s Pleiadians originate is Taygeta and the main planet is Erra. [93] The Pleiadians from Taygeta identified Meier as one of their chosen ‘representatives’ with a mission to bring the truth of the extraterrestrial presence to humanity. [94] Semjase, the Pleiadian female who made contact with Meier, described the Pleiadians as follows:
We are neither guardians of Earth beings nor God-sent angels or similar. Many persons suggest we are watching over Earth and her beings and would control their fates. This is not true, because we only perform a self-selected mission which has nothing to do with supervising or regulating Earth fates. Thus it is wrong to expose us as superterrestrial messengers and guardians. [95]
The Pleiadians identified a key aspect of their mission is to warn humanity of the Grays which they described as follows:
33. There are also different life forms that have acquired much knowledge and have freed themselves from their environment. They travel through space and occasionally come to Earth.
34. Many of them are rather unpleasant creatures and live in a type of barbarism that frequently is nearly as bad as the terrestrials.
35. You should be aware of them because they often attack and destroy everything that gets in their way.
36. Many times they have even destroyed whole planets or forced their inhabitants into bondage.
37. It is one of our missions to warn the people on Earth of these creatures.
38. Let this be known to the Earth people because the time is approaching when a conflict with these degenerate human creatures [Grays] becomes unavoidable. [96]
According to Collier, the Grays and Pleiadians are involved in armed skirmishes in the solar system and other systems such as Sirius B. [97] Other key aspects of the Pleiadian mission according to Meier, are to assist in the uplift of human consciousness and to promote the unity of religion. [98] Significantly, the Pleiadians were dismissive of the claims of many other contactees such as Adamski, and thereby implied some exclusivity in relating the truths and dynamics of the extraterrestrial presence. [99] Interestingly, Collier claimed that some Pleiadians groups such as those from Alcyone operate with ‘hidden agendas’, while those from Teygeta (e.g., Meier’s Pleiadians) are described as genuinely assisting humanity. [100] Despite the possible ‘hidden agenda’ of some Pleiadians, most testimony and evidence points to Pleiadians in general having positive interactions with humans, and that they do much to assist in the elevation of human consciousness and assisting humanity in finding freedom from Gray/Reptilian influence. [101] In conclusion, the main activity of the Pleiadians appears to be helping humanity find freedom from oppressive structures through education and consciousness raising. The Pleiadians can assist in find global solutions such as universal human rights, participatory democratic systems, the evolution of human consciousness and global education.
Nordic Rigelians
One of the many human space colonies spawned by the Lyrans was eventually established on planets in the Rigel solar system in the Orion Constellation. At some point in its history, Rigel with its Nordic population presumably underwent a destructive civil war and was taken over by Grays. According to George Andrews, a Nordic from the star system of Procyon, Khyla, revealed much information about the Rigelians, Procyons and Grays to a human contactee whose information was consistent with other sources and Andrews concluded was credible. [102] The contactee described Khyla as follows:
Khyla looked like a tall handsome human, slender but muscular, masculine yet ethereal. He appeared either naturally or artificially to have black around his eyes, almost like kohl [coal]. His face was close to exquisite, but definitely masculine. He had a gaunt face with high cheekbones and piercing cobalt-blue eyes. He had fine blond hair that was almost shoulder-length. He had a muscular neck. His skin was pale flesh color, with a whitish overtone. It is hard to gauge his exact height because of the circumstances under which our encounter occurred, but it was somewhere between six and seven feet. [103]
Andrews writes about the history of Rigel as revealed by Khyla to the contactee:
The ancestors of the short Grays were once tall Blonds. The Great War took place…. Before the great war, Rigel was a vast empire, which had been the source of most galactic seeding. All Rigelians were tall Blonds. A colony had already been established on Procyon. The Great War was a civil war of Rigelians versus Rigelians, and lasted the equivalent of three Earth centuries. A group of Rigelians who realized that the Great War was about to break out took off for the Procyon colony in crude, clandestinely built ships. … They were the only Rigelians to escape the cataclysmic devastation. All those who had remained on Rigel were transformed into short Grays. [104]
It appears that Rigel underwent a planet wide nuclear war and environmental collapse that led to life in underground shelters. It is very unlikely that the transformation of Nordic Rigelians involved them becoming ‘short Grays’ whose genetic material is generally accepted as inferior to human races such as the Nordics. The genetic mutation process would have taken much longer than the three centuries mentioned. It is more likely that the surviving Rigelian Nordics were incorporated into a planet wide genetic hybridization program by ‘short Grays’ from a star system such as Zeta Reticulum who had covertly infiltrated and undermined Rigel prior to and/or during the Great War on Rigel. The short Grays most likely succeeded in genetically engineering the ‘Tall Grays’ using genetic material from the Nordic survivors who were to weak to resist the Gray hybridization agenda. These Rigelian ‘tall Grays’ subsequently play a key role in diplomatic initiatives by the Grays and serving as a genetic model for new human-Gray hybrid races that allegedly represent the best of both species.
Procyons
Most of the Rigelians who fled their planet traveled to the star system of Procyon to restart their civilization. Procyon is a binary star system about 11.4 light years from Earth, and it was apparently the fourth planet in this system that the Rigelians established their new colony. [105] According to Andrews, the colony of Procyon flourished until it became embroiled in sinister effort by the Grays that now populated Rigel to subvert Procyon. Khyla described the process adopted by the Grays in their subversion of Procyon:
The Grays began to visit us, first a few as ambassadors, then as specialists in various domains where their expertise could be useful to us, as participants in different programs that involved mutual collaboration, and finally as tourists. What had begun as a trickle became a flood, as they came in ever-increasing numbers, slowly but surely infiltrating our society at all levels, penetrating even the most secret of our elite power groups…. Just as on your planet they began by unobtrusively gaining control over key members of the CIA and KGB through techniques unknown to them, such as telepathic hypnosis that manipulates the reptilian levels of the brain, so on Procyon through the same techniques … they established a kind of telepathic hypnotic control over our leaders. Over our leaders and over almost all of us, because it was as if we were under a spell that was leading us to our doom, as if we were being programmed by a type of ritual black magic that we did not realize existed. [106]
Khyla went on to describe the eventual take over of Procyon by the Grays and the enslavement of most Procyons that did not escape. Using advanced time travel technology which involved ‘multidimensional consciousness’, something which the Grays apparently could not duplicate due to their degraded genetic bodies, a significant number of Procyons were able to escape and began a liberation war from the ‘remote corridors of time’. Significantly, the Procyons describe how some of their resistance techniques would be relevant to the situation on Earth:
… it would be suicidal to attempt to fight the Grays directly with the weapons now at your disposal. One must be rational in attempting to fight back, and understand the proper way to proceed. Your own consciousness is the most potent weapon that is available to you at the present time. The most effective way to fight the Grays is to change the level of your consciousness from linear thinking to multi-dimensional awareness…. They have the technology to throw your planet out of orbit, but there is one key ability that you have and they do not have: the ability to hold in mind imagery that inspires an individual to realize his or her direct personal connection to the source of all that is… That is your key to victory. [107]
According to Alex Collier, the Procyons have recently liberated their world from Gray influence and he describes the Procyons as currently “gung ho” when it comes to dealing with the Grays. [108]
In conclusion, the Procyons main activity is in effectively resisting the extraterrestrial subversion by developing a ‘multidimensional consciousness’, using mind imagery to protect oneself from extraterrestrial mind control, and monitoring unfriendly extraterrestrial activity. The global solutions that the Procyons can assist in include exposing extraterrestrial subversion, helping end global secrecy of the extraterrestrial presence, promoting multidimensional consciousness, deprogramming mind control, promoting universal human rights, and developing the internet and global communication.
Tau Cetians
Other human populated worlds are apparently the star systems of Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. The researcher, Frank Crawford, interviewed a number of individuals who had physical contact with the Tau Cetians. [109] The first and most significant was an alleged whistleblower who participated in crash retrievals of UFOs; a live occupant was captured and interrogated by U.S. national security officials from a crash near Phoenix, Arizona in 1961. ‘Oscar’, the pseudonym used by the whistleblower, described to Frank Crawford the origins of the captured extraterrestrial who was nicknamed ‘Hank’
It was later confirmed by Hank that the stars of origin of his people were Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. In later sessions Oscar discussed some reasons for the presence of the aliens. He said the[y] do not like the situation with some of the small grey aliens. He corrected us when we used the term 'grey' and said that they are actually white. The Tau Cetians feel that the abductions being carried out by some of the Greys are a great injustice to humanity. ‘They are a parasitic race that has and is preying on human civilizations throughout the universe, Oscar relayed. He added that our government's involvement with the grays is very dangerous and out of control….The Tau Cetians have been preyed upon by these aliens before and they are working with other races and communities that were also victims…. (Oscar) wants people to know that if they are contacted by the Tau Cetians (humans such as he described) to not be afraid because they are here to help. [110]
The revelations by ‘Hank’ suggest that the Tau Cetians are present to help deal with the covert strategies and activities of the Grays. They in particular are very concerned about the nature of the agreements reached with them by the U.S. ‘shadow government’, and in helping individual ‘abductees’. According to ‘Oscar’ the Tau Cetian, ‘Hank’, was tortured and that this nearly caused an incident with other Tau Cetians who wanted to militarily intervene on behalf of their captured colleague. [111] The events described by Oscar are consistent with the main activity of the Tau Cetians as described in the following telepathic communication: “One of the races is from Tau Ceti. They're specialists in intrigue and determining motivations of cloaked societies. They understand the ways that subterfuge can cripple a system. So they would be excellent contacts for undercover work.” [112]
The second individual who had physical contact with Tau Cetians was an abductee, Jill Waldport, who described to Frank Crawford how she had been contacted by two sets of extraterrestrials, the Grays and a human looking race that attempted to help her in dealing with the Grays:
Jill informed me that the aliens told her they didn't like what some of the aliens were doing to her without her consent. They had come to help her learn how to overcome the DECEPTIONS of the Grays and to protect herself. They explained that she needed to psychically build a shield around herself, like a brick wall, when they came for her. This would help keep her from being deceived by their MIND TRICKS. She tried it the next time the Grey's came or her and it 'seemed' to work. [113]
Crawford then revealed how Jill described the origins of the benevolent extraterrestrials as Tau Cetians:
At this point the correlation counter in my mind was working overtime, so I decided to go for gold and ask her if they told her where they were from. Believe it or not she replied, 'Tau Seat-eye, does that make any sense?' Later I mentioned to Oscar that I was investigating a case that involved intense interaction with Grays and Tau Cetians showing up to help. He asked where the case was from and I told him near Springfield, Illinois. He rattled off a very accurate description of Jill and said he was aware that she had been contacted. [114]
In conclusion, the Tau Cetians main activities lies in raising awareness of how to deal with the subversion of societies by extraterrestrial races, identifying corrupt elites and institutions, uplifting human consciousness, and developing strategies for negating advanced mind control techniques. The global solutions they can assist in include exposing government/financial corruption and elite manipulation, monitoring extraterrestrial infiltration, deprogramming mind control and implant removal, promoting multidimensional consciousness, diplomacy and conflict resolution.
Andromedans
Those ET’s from Andromeda are also described by Alex Collier as having been direct descendents of the Lyrans who experienced some difficulty when first leaving the Lyran system due to predatory extraterrestrial races, but eventually settled in the Andromeda constellation in the star system ‘Zenetae’. Collier describes the nature of the Andromedans as follows:
Everything that they create technologically is used for the advancement of their race. It is for educational purposes only. But, it can be used in defense. No, they do not have a military, per se, they are scientists. What they do is send their children to school anywhere from 150 to 200 years, in our linear time. They teach their students all of the arts and sciences. They are literally masters at everything. Then, at that point, they have the choice in what it is they want to do, and they can change their minds anytime and do something else. So, they are given all the tools. Everything is for education. Nothing is for distraction. They would never conceive of creating television as a distraction. Never. Everything is to help them evolve, and their science and their technology can be used for defensive purposes -- mostly the holographic stuff. [115]
The most significant feature of the Andromedans is that they are instrumental in the Andromeda Council which is a grouping of approximately 140 star systems who deliberate upon Earth. In a 1997 Interview, Collier described the Council’s deliberations as follows
Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don't know everything about all those councils, but I do know about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody. Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occured that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earths moon and Mars. Those three places. The very first meeting the Andromedan council had was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with what was going on here. According to Moraney, there were only 78 systems that met this first time. Of those 78, just short of half decided that they wanted nothing to do with us at all, regardless of the problems. I think it is really important that you know why they wanted nothing to do with us. We are talking about star systems that are hundreds of millions of light years away from us. Even some who have never met us. They just knew the vibration of the planet reflected those on it. The reasons why they wanted nothing to do with us is that from their perspective, Earth humans don't respect themselves, each other or the planet. What possibly can be the value of Earth humans? Fortunately, the majority of the council gave the opinion that because Earth has been manipulated for over 5,700 years, that we deserved an opportunity to prove ourselves - to at least have a shot at proving the other part of the council wrong. [116]
Another contactee who mentions the Andromedans is ‘Adrian’ who was extensively interviewed by researcher Sean David Morton and found to be credible. Adrian’s testimony was supported by extensive photos, film and witness testimonies. [117] According to ‘Adrian’, the Andromedans play an important role in forming councils that deliberate on Earth’s future thereby independently confirming Collier’s testimony. The Andromedans are one of the main extraterrestrial races most responsible for crop circles. He argues that the crop circles are intended both to inspire humans with the possibility of extraterrestrial communications, and to warn negative extraterrestrials of the consequences of their actions to control and manipulate humanity.
The Andromedans’ chief activity appears to be facilitating decisions of the Galactic community in dealing with difficult problems such as the current Earth situation, innovative strategies for resolving conflict, the education of youth and inspiring humanity with the possibilities of extraterrestrial contact. The global solutions they promote include assisting the growth of psychic/crystal/rainbow children, peace education, exposing elite manipulation, promoting improved global governance, and diplomacy and conflict resolution.
Sirius A
Now the next group of extraterrestrials are described as coming from Sirius which is a binary star system that allegedly harbors advanced life around its two main stars, Sirius A and B. Sirius A is a blue white star that is approximately 8.6 light years from Earth, twenty times brighter than the sun, and is the most brilliant star in the night sky. [118] In contrast, Sirius B is a white dwarf sun that ranges between 8 to 32 astronomical units from Sirius A in a highly elliptical orbit. Collier, describes the extraterrestrials from Sirius A as follows:
There is a race of beings on Sirius A, the humans there are called the Katayy. They are considered benevolent. … Many of the human races there are red-skinned. Their ancestry is some of the first Lyraens that escaped with the women and children during the war. In their oceans they have whales, octopus and sharks. They are a race that is artistic. They have music and are connected to nature. They are builders and not very political. Their governments are based on “spiritual technology,” which uses sound and color. [119]
The racial characteristics of the Sirians suggest that they were originally colonists from Vega. If the Sirians were originally Vegans escaping some cataclysmic interplanetary war in the constellation of Lyra, then it might well be understandable how they developed an interest in building, since the building of a new civilization on new world in the relative young star system of Sirius A, would have been an urgent requirement.
Collier refers to the Sirians using sound and color as a kind of ‘spiritual technology’ which suggests that they specialize in terraforming planets and making them suitable for the evolution of life by altering the ‘bio-magnetic energy’ grid. [120] The following telepathic communication provides more information on the Sirians as builders of new planetary structures in terms of altering the ‘bio-magnetic energy grid’ that assist the evolution of humans and other life forms:
They are the original builders of your grid, the architecture on which your planet was based. So therefore they are useful in discerning the sacred geometry and discerning the physical laws of your home world. They can help you also in constructing the new grid, in constructing a new system that is appropriate for your next challenges. So we would say that the Sirians are excellent allies in the strategic design work that lies ahead. [121]
Alex Collier claims that the intervention of the Sirians A is due to mistakes made by those from Sirius B in terms of technology transfers and other forms of assistance given to humanity:
“My understanding is that those from the Sirius A system are trying to be beneficial and assist, because they feel responsibility in that those who colonized Sirius B system were originally from Sirius A.” [122]
In conclusion, the main activity that can be attributed to those extraterrestrials from Sirius A is to assist in building a suitable ecological system for (human) evolution on Earth by altering the ‘bio-magnetic energy grid’ of the planet. Those from Sirius A can assist in global solutions such as environmental protection, promoting biodiversity, assist in consciousness raising; and evolution of the biosphere.
Ummites
The Ummites are described as extraterrestrials from the planet Ummo which is claimed to be 14.6 light years away, and possibly located in the star system Wolf 424. [123] They played a significant role in disseminating scientific technical literature and objects through Spain and then relayed to the rest of Europe in the 1960s and 1970s from a hidden base near a small town in the French province of ‘Basses Alps’ (Lower Alps). The Ummites contacted a select number of individuals and distributed to them detailed technical information on different technologies and revolutionary theories that would expand scientific knowledge beyond the prevailing orthodoxies. The only physical contact the Ummites had with anybody, aside from phone calls and sending technical information by regular mail, was with a hired typist who described how he worked for and eventually discovered the identities of the Ummites:
Between 1967 and 1975 the members of the Madrid group [Spanish UFO researchers aware of the Ummites] received a letter from a man who claimed to be the Ummites' typist. Apparently, he had advertised for work in a newspaper and had subsequently been visited by two tall, fair-haired respectable dressed men. They told him that they were Danish doctors and asked if he could type out scientific material for them on a regular basis. Initially all went well, until the day he read the following sentence: 'We come from a celestial body named Ummo which is 14.6 light years from the Earth. - He took this at its face value and questioned the doctors - eventually they admitted that they were not Danish doctors at all, but extra-terrestrial visitors. To prove their identity they produced a tiny sphere just an inch or so in diameter, which one of them placed in mid-air before the typist. He looked into it and to his amazement saw a scene that had taken place in that same office on the preceding day when his wife, fearing that the Danish doctors might be spies. [124]
There was however a well recorded public event in the form of an Ummo spacecraft that landed near Madrid on June 10, 1967 that was announced by the Ummites several days before to a select group of UFO researchers. [125] The Ummite’s approach appears to be one of helping scientists develop innovative technologies and theories that assist in addressing global problems that require technical solutions. In 1973, due to the uncertainty over a nuclear war on Earth, the Ummites terminated their residence on Earth and departed. They subsequently sent the following message in 1980 to Dr Antonio Ribera, one of the Spanish UFO researchers that had taken up their case:
For 30 years we have studied your science, your culture, history and civilizations All this information we have carried from your Earth to Ummo in our titanium crystals codified with data. We HAVE DEMONSTRATED to you our culture and our technology in purely descriptive form - so you cannot convert them or realize them practically. We have done this because we note with sadness that you employ your sciences primarily for war and the destruction of your own selves, which cont[inue] as your principal objective. You are like children playing with terrible and dangerous toys which will destroy you. WE CAN DO NOTHING! A cosmic law says that each world must take its own path, to survive or to perish. You have chosen the second. You are destroying your planet - annihilating your species, and contaminating your atmosphere and your seas until now this is irreversible. With sadness we contemplate your insanity, and understand that the remedy is only in yourselves. We can not look forward a great distance into your future because your psyche are completely unpredictable and capricious bordering on paranoia. As your elder brothers in this cosmos, we urgently desire with all our hearts your salvation. Do not destroy your beautiful blue planet, a rare atmospheric world that floats so majestically in space, so full of life. IT IS YOUR CHOICE. [126]
While it cannot be known exactly how influential the Ummites assistance has been since it was largely covert, it certainly appears to have been significant in sparking innovative scientific initiatives by range of technically competent professionals and private citizens. It can be concluded that the Ummite’s main activity lies in sharing technical information, transforming scientific culture, and global education. The Ummites can assist in global solutions surrounding the transformation of scientific paradigms, development of environmentally friendly technologies, and educational reform.
Alpha Centaurians
Another extraterrestrial race that appears to be playing a significant role in human affairs is from the Alpha Centauri star system. Alex Collier claims the Alpha Centaurians are one of the races visiting the Earth. [127] The most compelling testimony supporting the presence of the Alpha Centaurians is Elizabeth Klarer who had high level responsibities within the British military to monitor UFO reports. [128] Klarer was apparently contacted by the Alpha Centaurians and eventually taken to Alpha Centauri for a few months to have a child fathered by the Alpha Centaurian, Akon. Klarer’s description of the Alpha Centaurians gives a vivid account of how technology can be wisely used to benefit both humanity and the ecosystem. The Alpha Centaurians were argued to be benevolent and genuinely desiring to assist humanity in dealing with its evolution.
An alleged former employee of the covert Montauk and Philadelphia projects, Al Bielek, discussed a number of extraterrestrials including the Alpha Centaurians. Bielek’s testimony is perhaps one of the most bizarre and controversial cases in UFO research yet his testimony is coherent and consistent, and according to an independent investigator, John Quinn, Bielek is very credible and there is much evidence to support his claims. [129] The Alpha Centaurians, according to Bielek, apparently provide a form of sanctuary and protection to humans that desire assistance in dealing with the repressive polices of the shadow government. Bielek stated the nature of this agreement with the Alpha Centaurians in an interview:
AB [Al Bielek].There are shuttles regularly from this planet to Alpha Centauri 4 which by agreement is a safe haven for people wanted by the U.S. Government. There's a treaty. It takes about 12 hours to get them. Apparently they took all of their family which meant sisters, brothers, father, mother, whatever, with them. As far as I know they're still there.
SS [questioner]: Who runs the shuttle?
AB: Presumably the Alpha Centauri Government, but I don't know. But it's on a regular basis twice a week. The landing point I have no idea where it is. Of course they guard it secret.
SS: What is their body form like?
AR: Alpha Centauri? Like humans, exactly the same. There's a much lower population on their planet. They're not overpopulated. They're an advanced civilization, a little ahead of us - not a great deal, but somewhat ahead of us. They don't like things like government headbashing and that sort of thing and they way they treat some of the government agents they no longer have any use for or whatever, if they are approached, and I don't know how it's done, if they are approached and asked for asylum, if they issue the card, you just get on the shuttle and that's it, you're there. Beyond that I don't know. I haven't seen them since. [130]
This role of providing sanctuary to humans threatened by the shadow government indicates that the Alpha Centaurians are very interested in social justice and helping in the transition of Earth towards a more trusting and nurturing global society. This is a theme elaborated upon in the following telepathic communication from an independent source: “Those from [Alpha] Centaurus have an open society, a trusting and loving one, so they would be useful to you as you begin to design the social rules for an alternative to a combative or competitive social structure.” [131] The main activity of the Alpha Centaurians can therefore be inferred as promoting social justice and human freedom, and the responsible use of advanced technology. The Global solutions that can be promoted by the Alpha Centaurians include social justice at a global level, creating zones or peace or peace sanctuaries, human rights and sustainable development.
Arcturians
The final extraterrestrial race to be examined due to their significance are the Arcturians who are described as once having seeded the Earth with their members and presumably peacefully coexisted with other races. According to Andrews: “In antiquity this planet was divided into sectors among four different groups: Blonds, Grays, large lizard-like beings from the Capella system, and beings from the Arcturus system.” [132] Andrews goes on to describe the Arcturians as currently playing an observer role in the current battle between extraterrestrial groups over Earth and her population. Collier describes the Arcturians as also being one of the races interacting with the Earth and that they are “trying to help.” [133] According to the contactee ‘Adrian’, the Arcturians are the extraterrestrial race most responsible for crop circles. [134] He argues that the crop circles are intended both to inspire humans with the possibility of extraterrestrial communications, and to warn negative extraterrestrials of the consequences of their actions to control and manipulate humanity.
A more detailed description of the Arcturians is given by Collier:
This group of beings settled in the constellation of Arcturius. These races of humanity are very private, and for very specific reasons do they get involved with Earth. They think of themselves as healers. They carry a strong pride of technology in the arts of physical healing, and emotional and spiritual bodies. They have been known to intervene in the ancient past to help resolve very serious conflicts in our area of the Universe by sharing their unique ability to show others how to integrate their belief systems and feelings to resolve conflict. They can be very silent, and can and will keep very much to themselves. They as a group, have done much to help raise the overall levels of consciousness in our Universe. [135]
Most information on the Arcturians comes from those claiming to have telepathically communicated with them. For example, Dr Norma Milanovich in her book, We, The Arcturians, describes her communication with the Arcturians through a form of computer aided automatic writing. [136] She claims the Arcturians are here to:
… assist Earth as it enters a New Age of spirituality. They cannot interfere with the free will or decision-making process of any Earthling, but are here to educate and help raise the vibrations of all who choose to journey to the new dimension the Earth is entering. [137]
The Arcturians are described as having a highly developed spiritual culture and technological sophistication that gives them great influence in the galaxy. Another individual who telepathically communicates with the Arcturians claims they have the following mission on Earth:
The Arcturians are the overall guides or administrators of the contact experience. They have a desire generally to see this go well. To see you learn as much as possible by this process and to assist you in any way they can. However, their affinity is to the future of the planet as a whole and they tend to have a hands-off approach as much as possible. They will tend to do the least amount of work for the greatest effect. You'll find them to be efficient and quite creative in this. They may be useful to you in learning how to play, how to wait for the right timing, and how to do the very few important things that you must do to succeed. [138]
The Arcturians’ main activity therefore appears to be one of integrating spiritual values with advanced technologies, in providing strategic advice in transforming planetary systems, and inspiring humanity with the possibilities of extraterrestrial contact. The global solutions the Arcturians contribute to include transparent and accountable global governance; integrating global financial, political and societal systems; helping humanity coordinate effectively with all extraterrestrial races, and diplomacy and conflict resolution.
In conclusion, the main activities of the Arcturians and other extraterrestrial races that lie outside of the Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex can be summarized as follows in Table 2.

2. Extraterrestrial Races Cooperating with the Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex
Short Grays
The extraterrestrial races in this group include the ubiquitous Grays from the star system Zeta Reticulum and the Orion Constellation who are described in most of the abduction research and who figure prominently in reports of UFO crashes. Robert Dean included the Grays as one extraterrestrial described in NATO’s Assessement. [16] Col Phillip Corso who served in the Eisenhower administration and later headed the Foreign Technology Desk at the U.S. Army’s Research and Development Department, claims to have witnessed the body of a dead ‘Gray’ retrieved from Roswell in 1947. What he saw fit the classic description of a four foot tall extraterrestrial with a large head, large black almond shaped eyes, thin torso and spindly arms and legs. [17] A classic description is by Travis Walton who had an abduction experience with the Grays:
They were very short, shorter than five feet, and they had very large bald heads, no hair. Their heads were domed, very large. They looked like fetuses. They had no eyebrows, no eyelashes. They had very large eyes – enormous eyes – almost all brown, without much white in them. The creepiest thing about them were those eyes. Oh, man, those eyes, they just stared through me. [18]
Prominent UFO ‘abduction’ researchers such as Dr David Jacobs, Budd Hopkins and the late Dr Karla Turner have provided detailed case studies of the abusive aspects of UFO ‘abductions’. [19] These researchers found disturbing evidence of abusive treatment of individuals taken into UFO craft, of women being involuntarily subjected to a genetic program aimed at producing human-extraterrestrial hybrids, and of adult hybrids performing humiliating sexual activities on female abductees. Many researchers agree that the Grays are deeply involved in developing a hybrid human-Gray race that would be a suitable vehicle for the next step in human evolution. Researchers such as Jacobs believe this is a cause for alarm and poses a direct threat to human sovereignty. [20]
According to Col Corso, the Grays were involved in agreements with the Eisenhower administration that military officials saw as a form of ‘negotiated surrender’, where the Grays gained permission for abducting civilians and ‘expanding’ their biological program. [21] Clifford Stone distinguishes between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ extraterrestrials, and refers to the Grays as part of the ‘bad guys’ committing egregious abductions and that the U.S. government is unsure how to disclose this to the general public:
“The good guys [ETs] are, well, I like to refer to them as being nomadic. What you're talking about, about the non-intervention with other intelligent life forms is a universal law. The nomadics go along with that. The greys violated the universal law…. I think there is the effort for the good guys to make contact with the people within our government, but I think now what is happening is that the U.S. government learned in 1983 or thereabout that they are NOT dealing with the good guys, but really don't know what to do about it. [22]
The Grays are very active in human abductions, genetic experiments, monitoring humans through implants, mind control/programming, cloning and creation of hybrid humans. These contribute to systemic global problems such as humans traumatized by abduction experiences, genetically modified humans, implants for monitoring humans, and an overly passive population due to hypnotic mind control/programming.
Tall Grays/Tall Whites
The second prominent race in this group of extraterrestrials are the ‘tall Grays’ described by Robert Dean as “a very large group, I say large, they were 6-8 maybe sometimes 9 feet tall and they were humanoid, but they were very pale, very white, didn't have any hair on their bodies at all.” [23] Tall Grays are described to originate from the Orion constellation, and according to Dr Arthur Horn play an overseeing role vis-à-vis short Grays:
The short greys are overseen within their own ranks by the taller seven to eight foot tall greys. These greys are the ones that actually carry out "diplomatic" missions, such as secretly negotiating treaties with heads of human governments. As mentioned the greys in general, and the small three to five foot greys in particular, have been likened to mercenaries. [24]
Support for the diplomatic role played by the ‘tall Grays’ comes from William Cooper, former Navy Intelligence Advisor, who claims he saw classified documents where the ‘tall Grays’ did negotiate agreements with the Eisenhower administration in meetings beginning in 1954.
Later in 1954 the race of large nosed Gray Aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic agreement was reached. This race identified themselves as originating from a Planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion which we called Betelgeuse. They stated that their planet was dying and that at some unknown future time they would no longer be able to survive there. [25]
The meeting at Holloman Air force base in New Mexico has reportedly been the site of subsequent extraterrestrial meetings with tall Grays. In 1972-73, for example, the producers Robert Emenegger and Allan Sandler, had allegedly been offered and witnessed actual Air force film footage of a meeting involving tall Grays that occurred at Holloman Air force base in 1971. [26] It can be inferred that this ‘tall Gray’ race is a hybrid race that represents a fusion of human looking extraterrestrials and ‘short Gray’ biological material
When it comes to the abduction phenomenon, Dr David Jacobs concludes from an exhaustive analysis of sixty case studies in Secret Life that the tall Grays play an overseeing role in these. [27] The tall grays were found to be present in many abductions that Jacobs examined through hypnotic regression of abductees, and were in command of the short grays who peformed most of the abductions
Recently a former U.S. Air Force serviceman published his memoirs where he disclosed extensive interactions with a variety of ‘tall Grays’ which he called ‘tall Whites’ due to their very white chalky skin and white hair. [28] Hall was was stationed at Nellis Airforce base from 1965-67 where his duty was to use weather balloons for the Air Force from the Indian Springs location on the base. He describes his interactions with 'Tall Whites' beginning in 1965 and how he and other servicemen coped with their disturbing presence. Hall described a catalogue of incidents where the ‘tall Whites’ terrorised other military servicemen who didn't understand them, surprised them or threatened them in some way. Hall for example describes one ‘tall White’ who wanted to kill a military servicemen who accidentally hit her child with a stone and broke her arm. [29] The incident led to the ‘tall White’ threatening the servicemen with death if he didn't leave immediately and promise to never return
Other servicemen had similar negative encounters with the 'tall Whites' where their lives were threatened if they frightened ‘tall White’ children or didn’t follow orders to the letter. [30] Significantly, these dire consequences were given approval by the Pentagon which monitored the tall Whites interactions with Hall and other military servicemen. Only Hall was spared this kind of intimidating treatment since he had the intelligence and courage to interact with the ‘tall Whites’ in a friendly way. Furthermore, he had apparently saved the life of a ‘tall White’ child and this led to him being befriended by the ‘tall Whites’ and incorporated him into a project to study human-tall White interaction. [31] This is where the Tall Whites display more positive qualities such as friendship and superior technical knowledge in their interactions with Hall
Significantly, the ‘Tall Whites’ began to be seen in the Mojave desert area in 1954 indicating that they were associated with the agreement(s) reached between the ‘tall Grays’ and the Eisenhower administration in 1954. [32] Hall further describes regularly seeing them in the presence of Airforce generals and other senior officals who recognised the ambassadorial status of the Tall White leader. [33]
The ‘tall Grays’ and/or ‘tall Whites’ represent a working model of how ‘human’ and gray biological material can be combined, and therefore play a lead role in assisting the short Grays in ‘interacting’ with humanity to develop a suitable hybrid species. The ‘tall Grays/Whites’ initimidate humans in a variety of reported interactions, and behave in an almost clinical manner reminiscent of a medical doctor conducting an experiment. The tall Grays/Whites are most involved in genetic experiments, creating a hybrid human-Gray race, mind control and diplomatic agreements with the ‘shadow government’. Global problems that are influenced by the tall Grays/Whites include genetically modified humans, implants for monitoring humans, an overly passive population due to hypnotic mind control, influence over elite decision makers, the infiltration of national security agencies, and human rights abuses of civilians and military personnel
Reptilians
Another prominent extraterrestrial race in this group is described by Dean as humanoids with Reptilian characteristics that are 6-8ft tall. [34] Reptilian extraterrestrial races have been described to be both native to Earth, and also from other star systems. R.A. Boulay, has extensively analyzed a variety of historic sources and argued that there is sufficient evidence to support the conclusion that an ancient extraterrestrial race of Reptilians inhabited the Earth and played a role in the creation of humanity. [35] According to Thomas Castello, a former security official at, Dulce, a highly classified underground facility involving a number of extraterrestrial races cooperating with a number of U.S. national security agencies and corporations, Reptilians indigenous to Earth work side by side with humans and other extraterrestrial races
… some 'reptoids' [Reptilians] are native to this planet. The ruling caste of 'aliens' ARE reptilian…. They were an ancient race on Earth, living underground…. Reptoids rightly consider themselves "native Terrans." Perhaps they are the ones we call the Fallen Angels - maybe not. Either way, we are [considered] the 'squatters' on Earth….Since I was the Senior Security Technician at that base [Dulce], I had to communicate with them on a daily basis. If there were any problems that involved security or video camera's, I was the one they called. It was the reptilian "working caste" that usually did the physical labor in the lower levels at Dulce. [36]
According to Castello, the lower levels of Dulce involved extensive human rights abuses on captive civilians by joint extraterrestrial-human project leaders. William Hamilton, a well respected UFO researcher, researched both the Dulce base facility, and Thomas Castello’s claims and credibility, and found them to be highly plausible:
It may be unpalatable to digest or believe Thomas' story. In fact, it seems like part of a living nightmare. There is evidence that something strange does go on at Dulce. Does Thomas have the answer? There may be a terrible truth hidden behind the continuing phenomena of UFO sightings, abductions, and animal mutilations. Our government intelligence agencies have had an ongoing watchful eye on all UFO activities for many decades now. This extraordinary phenomenon must have an extraordinary explanation. We may be only one outpost in a vast interstellar empire. [37]
In addition to Hamilton’s conclusion about Castello’s claims and credibility, I have written an extensive report of the Dulce base and found the evidence is very consistent with Castello’s claims concerning human rights violations involving various extraterrestrials, U.S. national security agencies, and corporations. [38]
Linda Moulton Howe, an investigative journalist and UFO researcher, interviewed a ‘contactee/abductee’ by the name of Jim Sparx who claims to have met with a number of Reptilians indigenous to Earth. [39] According to Sparx, indigenous Earth based Reptilians have their own unique culture and have interacted with humanity for millennia, and both assisted humanity and used it as a resource. Sparx was told by the Reptilians that they have reached a number of secret agreements with national governments. [40]
Sparx’s claims are very consistent with the experience of another ‘contactee’ Ole K., who claims to have met with a female Reptilian, Lacerta, and interviewed her on a number of occasions and distributed the interviews as the ‘Lacerta Files’. According to Lacerta, Reptilians who have evolved on Earth are distinct to ‘off-world’ Reptilians who periodically visit the Earth. [41] While there is some debate over the credibility of Ole K, the testimony is coherent and consistent with Sparx and other research on the Reptilian species, and worth considering to better understand Reptilian activities. [42] According to Lacerta, the Reptilians disposition towards humanity is cautious since they view humans as a primitive species that is the ‘property’ of other extraterrestrial races that seeded the planet. The Earth based Reptilians, according to Sparx, ‘harvest’ humans in a way that does not challenge the human presence on the planet. This suggests that the Reptilians are following agreements ‘imposed’ upon them by more powerful off-world extraterrestrial races mentioned by Lacerta
In sum, according to the whistleblower and contactee testimonies discussed thus far, it can be concluded that the indigenous Earth based Reptilians are involved in activities such as manipulating human elites and financial institutions, influencing religious belief systems, militarism and altering the history of human civilization. The systemic global problems the (indigenous) Reptilians contribute to include covert human rights abuses, elite corruption and domination, control the media and corporations, divisive religious dogma, historical amnesia and a culture of violence.
Draconians
The most controversial ‘whistleblower’/’contactee’ reports concern an off-world ‘master Reptilian race’ described as the Draco-Reptilians who are claimed to originate from the Alpha Draconis star system which is 215 light years distant and was formerly the pole star. [43] According to Alex Collier, the Draconians or Dracos have two main castes, the first of which is a warrior caste that are in the 7-8 foot range, who are apparently feared throughout the galaxy for their fighting abilities. [44] The second caste are a ‘royal line’ of Draco Reptilians that he describes as ‘Ciakars’ which, because of their alleged size, psychic ability and alleged wings, might be confused as the proverbial Dragon if Collier is correct:
The Draconians are a very large reptilian race, otherwise known as "the Dracs". There is royal line of the reptilian race called the Ciakar. They range from 14 to 22 feet tall and can weigh up to 1,800 pounds. They do have winged appendages and they are awesome beings. They're extremely clairvoyant and extremely clever, and they can also be extremely sinister. [45]
Collier claims that according to the Draconian world view, they were the first intelligent species in the galaxy and seeded many worlds with their biological off-spring. [46] The Draco Reptilians therefore see themselves as the natural rulers of Reptilian ‘controlled’ worlds such as Earth, and view humans as an inferior species. The Draconians are interested in harvesting the Earth’s resources while ensuring that these resources are efficiently exploited.
There appears to be a strict hierarchy involving the Draco-Reptilians and other extraterrestrial races so far described in this group. According to Thomas Castello, Reptilians from Alpha Draconis, the ‘Dracos’, are in command of the Earth based Reptilians. [47] Earth based Reptilians are in turn in command of the ‘tall Grays’, who are in command of the short Grays. Interestingly, Castello also describes the Draconian ruling caste as Ciakars who are winged and therefore could be easily confused as dragons. Jefferson Souza, a Brazilian UFO researcher confirms the existence of a hierarchy involving the Grays and a Master Reptilian race. [48]
All of the extraterrestrial races described above appear to have a number of interlocking agreements between them that have a common interface in the agreements between U.S. national security agencies and the Grays. The Draconians form the (hidden) apex of the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex (MIEC) that controls information and technology related to the extraterrestrial presence. The Draconians appear to be very active in controlling human elites, institutions and financial systems; promoting militarism; creating a climate of scarcity, struggle and insecurity; harvesting humans and manipulating Grays and other Reptilian races. Draconian activities contribute to global problems such as concentrated wealth, corrupt elites and institutions, ethnic/religious violence, human rights abuses, a culture of violence and terrorism, and the drug trade and organized crime.
Sirians from Sirius B
In addition to the above extraterrestrials, there are a number of human looking extraterrestrials from Sirius B which is part of a binary star system. Alex Collier describes extraterrestrials from Sirius B as follows:
The cultures around Sirius B have a very controlling vibration. Some of the humans are red, beige and black-skinned. The planets around Sirius B are very arid and generally occupied by reptilian and aquatic-type beings… The society is more obsessed with political thought patterns instead of spiritual attributes. [49]
Amazingly, an African tribe called the Dogon, had an intricate understanding of this elliptical orbit of Sirius B around the main star, Sirius A. This knowledge was apparently given to their ancestors by advanced extraterrestrials from the Sirius star system. [50] The Dogon described the Sirians as Amphibians from a planet around Sirius B, which is consistent with Collier’s claim that one of the planets around Sirius B is “generally occupied by reptilian and aquatic-type beings.” [51] The racial chateristics of the humans from Sirius B suggests that these are descendents from the star system Vega which will be described later.
Preston Nichols claims to be a ‘whistleblower’ who participated in a clandestine project at Montauk that involved a number of extraterrestrial groups. An independent investigator found Nichols “to be a very reliable and solid witness and that for myself, his information checked out across the board--right down the line; to the extent that it was at all possible to verify particular information.” [52] The humans from Sirius B, according Nichols played a role in providing exotic technology such as time/inter-dimensional travel to clandestine government agencies involved in both the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project. [53]
Alex Collier explains the role of this group of extraterrestrials in technology exchanges with national security agencies: “those from Sirius B have come here and really messed with our heads, and they are the ones who originally gave our government the Montauk technology.” [54] This exotic technology was provided for the purpose of encouraging national security agencies to develop offensive military capabilities vis-à-vis possible extraterrestrial threats. This technological assistance even involved biological weapons research according to Collier who claims: “the biological material that has been added to the Ebola [virus] was given to the government by the humanoids from Sirius B. I don't know if if was one of their viruses that they picked up somewhere or whether it is actually from them.” [55]
According to Daniel Salter another whistleblower with long military service which included a period in the National Reconnaissance Office, extraterrestrial related issues drive human-extraterrestrial cooperation in a clandestine organization in the National Security Agency called the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO). [56] According to leaked information from an alleged whistleblower on a popular website called the Wingmakers, information which Salter affirms to be accurate, ACIO is cooperating with a consortium of extraterrestrials to develop sophisticated time travel technologies for future extraterrestrial threats. [57] According to the Wingmakers website:
Blank Slate Technology or BST … is a form of time travel that enables the re-write of history at what are called intervention points. Intervention points are the causal energy centers that create a major event like the break-up of the Soviet Union or the NASA space program. BST is the most advanced technology and clearly anyone who is in possession of BST, can defend themselves against any aggressor. It is, as Fifteen [leader of the Labyrinth] was fond of saying, the freedom key. Remember that the ACIO was the primary interface with extraterrestrial technologies and how to adapt them into mainstream society as well as military applications. We were exposed to extraterrestrials and knew of their agenda. Some of these extraterrestrials scared the hell out of the ACIO. [58]
It is likely that this consortium of extraterrestrials includes those from Sirius B who allegedly provided some time travel/inter-dimensional travel technology for the Montauk Project, and assistance in researching biological weapons.
The Sirians do not appear to be closely connected to the Gray or Reptilian groups that have been the main extraterrestrial groups involved in technology transfers. The Sirian interaction with the shadow government appears to have been an independent initiative designed to provide an alternative source of extraterrestrial technology. Nevertheless, Collier’s description of humans from Sirians B co-habiting their worlds with Reptilians suggests a deep historical experience with Reptilians. This suggests that concern with the Reptilian/Gray technology exchange agreements may have been a major factor in the Sirians efforts.
In conclusion, this human extraterrestrial group from Sirius B is mainly active in technology exchange programs that have assisted the government in the acquisition of various technologies that have had military applications. This appears to be aimed at promoting military cooperation to potential extraterrestrial threats against Earth, both through subversion and external intervention. The global problems that the humanoids from Sirius B have contributed to include: covert weapons research, use of exotic technologies, and abuse of civilians used in time travel experiments.
Anunnaki
Finally, there is reported to be a race of giant humanoids who have played a role in seeding the Earth with humans, and who periodically return to the Earth to determine how effectively Earth’s resources have been utilized by humanity and those extraterrestrial races playing a role in ‘managing’ humanity. These are described by the Sumerians as the Anunnaki from the world ‘Nibiru’ in the extensive cuneiform texts translated by Zecharia Sitchin. [59] These giant humanoids apparently form the chief ‘founding’ extraterrestrial race that were the gods described in ancient mythologies and religions. [60] According to the accounts of the Sumerians, the Anunnaki’s chief god is Anu and the pantheon of Anunnaki as described by Sitchin form key figures in the hierarchy that secretly oversee management of humanity and the planet Nibiru which periodically returns to the vicinity of Earth. According to Alex Collier, this is how the Anunnaki or ‘Nibiruans’ originated as a species:
A very long time ago, colonies on Sirius B and the Orion Group were having trouble with each other. In order to bring peace, there was a marriage between members of each group. The woman came from the Orion Group, where the hierarchy includes a queen – the matriarchal paradigm. The male was from Sirius B. Both members were considered royalty of their respective line. When these two came together in marriage, their offspring had the genetics from both lines. Because of these genetics, the new race that was created was given the name “Nibiru”, which I am told by Moraney [Andromedan Counselor] in the Orion tongue means “divided amongst two”. This is who they literally are – a cross between those from Sirius B and a race from the Orion system. They formed a new “tribe” which has continued to flourish for at least hundreds of thousands of years. So, they are a tribe that has become a race. [61]
It appears that the Anunnaki’s mode of operation is to leave ‘primitive’ species such as humanity to flourish on the planet’s surface while more advanced races such as the Reptilians form a kind of ‘planetary management team’ to harvest humanity in a way that serves the long term interest of the Anunnaki who return periodically to assess their ‘human experiment’. It therefore appears that the Anunnaki form a kind of regulatory agent to ensure that the Earth’s resources, and humanity in general, are responsibly ‘managed’.
The Anunnaki have a relationship with the Earth based Reptilians based on whatever historical agreements they reached over humanity will be managed. It is also likely that the Anunnaki have some form of agreement with the Draconians over how the latter intervene in worlds where the Anunnaki have established ‘human experiments’. Finally, it is also likely that some members of the Anunnaki have remained secretly on Earth and therefore have played a role in the creation of elite human organizations to manage human affairs. [62] These ‘agreements’ and/or secret control of human elite groups indirectly make the Anunnaki a part of the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex.
According to Sergeant Dean, the Anunnaki are major players in human affairs and this is likely to become more significant as their home planet, Nibiru, returns to the vicinity of Earth. [63] It is the apparent return of the Anunnaki that appears to be a wild card that concerns national security agencies that are unaware of how this race of extraterrestrials will impact on global humanity and the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex that has been created to manage extraterrestrial affairs. [64] The main activities of the Anunnaki are to influence the long term human evolution through elite groups, systems and institutions, and by influencing human consciousness. They appear to be in competition with the Draconians for control of Earth. The main global problems they contribute to include elite domination, religious fundamentalism, a patriarchal global culture, and a culture of violence.

Typology of Extraterrestrial Races according to Alex Collier and the Andromedans
One of the most difficult areas for those researching the extraterrestrial phenomenon is the large number of extraterrestrial races that appear in the testimonies of a variety of whistleblowers/contactees/abductees and other sources. Differentiating between these extraterrestrial races in terms of physical appearance, motivations and activities is essential for all wanting to fully comprehend the extraterrestrial phenomenon. What follows are extracts from the writing of Alex Collier who had numerous contact experiences by an extraterrestrial race allegedly from the constellation of Andromeda. All right. I want to start off by reading some information given to me by Vasais. In short, who the Andromedans are is that they come from the region of the Andromeda constellation and from a star system in that constellation they call Zenetae. They are a telepathic race, although during the last 30 years I have tried to teach Moraney the English language. He has taught me how to "read" their telepathic communications, which are holographic. It's been an interesting situation. Now, when I write down what Moraney says, I write it down exactly as he says it. When you go to the Leading Edge Research Group web site and you see that, it isn't that it is mis-typed, but it's exactly the way they say it. I have made a promise that is the way I will present it. They are a race with light-blue skin. They were on Earth some 62,000 years ago for a period of 62 years. My connection to them is that at that particular time, I was one of them that was here. I volunteered to come back here and be here for this process, raising third density up into fifth density. I've asked to see the "fine print" on my "contract", but they have yet to produce that. Val: So, they must know whether or not, and when, the 10% threshold is reached.
AC: Well, it will be reached no later than August 12, 2003.
Val: So, relative to any world government "games" relative to Jerusalem and the emergence of the Maitreya scenario toward the end of 1996, wouldn't that paradoxically contribute toward the movement toward a 10% threshold?
AC: Yes, it will. The regressives are going to mastermind their own undoing. But, for some reason they are so desperate to try to maintain control of us, and for some reason they don't want to let our particular solar system and the other 21 go.
Val: What could that reason possibly be?
AC: I don't know, but there is a reason. There is more about us, as humans, that I don't know, than there is that I do know.
Val: Do you have a particular perception of a relationship between HAARP and the Montauk projects?
AC: No, but I know that the Andromedans are very concerned about Montauk, because the humans who are working with this technology are being given specific coordinates in space, and the regressives that are here can use that same technology and leave here. The whole point is to track where they are going, so they do not continue to propagate their belief systems.
Val: If the universe itself is being "jacked up" several frequency levels, then it doesn't matter where they go to try and get away. They will be stuck in the same boat.
AC: Well, this is true. But, my understanding is that the idea is to limit the damage they do.
Val: Does this have to do with this 357 year period of tyranny which the Andromedans are trying to prevent.

Val: Are they interfacing with the Earth groups dealing with this technology?
AC: No, they are totally isolated in very rural communities. They are over 1,400 human Et's here who are only observing that will be apparently leaving in the next couple of years.

AC: Yes. Many of the planets in the Andromedan system have water. Some of them are totally covered by water, and they live on the surface of the water and below these oceans. The dolphins that we have now on Earth are apparently a cross between a mammal from the Sirian system and one from the Cygnus Alpha system.

This group of beings settled in the constellation of Arcturius. These races of humanity are very private, and for very specific reasons do they get involved with Earth. The Draconis race is probably the most misunderstood. I have witnessed a deep respect for this race which is generated out of admiration and fear. The Draconans are the oldest reptilian race in our Universe. Their forefathers, somewhere in our most ancient past came to our Universe from another separate Universe and/or reality. When this actually occurred no one really knows. The 11 have said that the Draconans themselves aren't clear how or when they themselves got here, but what is interesting is that they declare and teach to the masses that they were in this Universe first, before humans beings, and that they are the true heirs to this Universe and, as such are all royalty. Most, if not all, human races don't recognize this claim as truth but, none the less, they don't debate the issue with them either. Alpha Draconans have colonized many star systems and have created many races by genetically altering the life forms that they encountered.
The most densely populated area of sub-races of Draconans is the constellation of Orion, Rigel, and the star system known as Capella. Here lies a very dangerous part of the Universe for human beings. The mind set or consciousness of the majority of the races in this region is service to self and as such they are always subverting, invading and manipulating less advanced races using their technology for control and domination. This is a very old and ancient war with the peace that does exist always being tested by these beings that believe that fear rules and love is weak, that the less fortunate are meant to be slaves. This belief system is created at birth in the reptilian races as the mother, at the time of birth will hide the young and then abandon them to fend for themselves. Most of the time they are cared for by the warrior class that uses the children for games of combat and amusements. They believe that in their ways that if the young ones survive they were meant to and in the process they have had to fight all the way and at a young age they are full warriors, used to depending on no one.
Alpha Draconans are very suspicious of all life forms including their own, but not of course to the extent that they would be of humans. They are taught that Draconan history of the Great Galactic War. The version or opinion that the humans were at fault for the invasion of the Universe and how we selfishly wanted the Draconan race to starve and struggle for the basic materials for their society to exist. Therefore they are brainwashed at a young age just like we humans have done to our younger generations by all human races in the galaxy.

There are two schools of thought in our galaxy. There are the regressives, who are races that carry fear and because of that want to control others. The hierarchy of the regressives starts with a group from Alpha Draconis. The Andromedans have no idea where the Alpha Draconians came from, but what they have learned through interaction with other dimensional races is that somebody brought the Draconians to this universe and "dumped" them in the Alpha Draconis system, where they had the highest probability of survival. According to the Andromedans, the Alpha Draconians have had space travel for 4 billion years. They are an incredible race and have achieved great things, but they are bullies. They are jerks, and that's a judgment - I'm taking that judgment myself. That's my judgment based on what I know about them. The Draconians do not like human beings. The Andromedans say that Draconians believe that this universe was here for them - that their history teaches them that they were left here to rule it. But, when they started traveling, they ran across other races. They were able to conquer many of those races through genetic manipulation.
Now, our government, the United States government, the New World Order - whatever you want to call it - wants to implant everybody. From the Andromedan perspective that means ownership. Extraterrestrial don't want to bother with that stuff, since that is not permanent. Extraterrestrials value genetics. What they do is they come in, conquer a race and genetically alter it. From that moment on, that race is genetically altered. The genetic changes alter the frequency, sound and thought patterns of the race if they move into a physical form. Does everyone understand this?
Q: Could you give us an example of this?
AC: The best example I could give you concerns the Greys. Apparently, the Greys were much more human-looking at one time. What happened was that they, as a race, were captured 891,000 years ago while leaving Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 to go off and do their own thing. This is very common, and it is how Earth became colonized. What happened is that they got captured by a group in Orion that was already genetically altered and under control of the Alpha Draconians. According to Moraney, the first thing this Draconian- altered Orion group did was slaughter almost all of the females of the captured race in order to control the birth process. They then genetically altered the remaining females, so that all the children born after that were genetically altered. The males were enslaved, made to work in mines and slaughtered by the Draconian-controlled Orion group, who had absolutely no regard for life. Val: Another question that has been put to me to ask you is the following. If withholding love leads a race to regression and devolution, due to the absence of expressed emotion, then why is it that the Alpha Draconians are two billion years old and have not yet become extinct? Second, what is the average life expectancy of the Draco?
Alex: The average life span of the Draconians extends from 1,800 to 4,100 years of age. The ones that live as long as 4,100 years are the royal line of the Draconians.
Val: The winged Ciakars.
Alex: Yes, because their genetics have been kept totally intact. Now, as far as them being regressive, yes they are, but what is interesting, Val, is that they are not regressive with respect to their own people, only against other races. So, what you've got is that you have this race of beings that are very regressive toward other races other than their own.
Val: It sounds like a super-model of imperialism.
Alex: They don't turn on their own people and have continued to evolve within their own race.
Val: One of the recent themes in orthodox media, especially movies, is that reptilian species have a penchant for pituitary and adrenal type substances, and that they try and get these substances any way they can, even to the extent of ripping somebody's brain out of their head in order to acquire these hormones.
Alex: Well, these hormones, in essence, hold emotion. The brain and spinal fluids hold emotion. It is what nourishes the nervous system and the brain.
Val: So, is this media portrayal have any accuracy at all? Do reptilian humanoids have to supplement their own internal production of adrenal hormones from outside sources? If so, what does this contribute to them physiologically? If this process does exist, as has been inferred before, is it a function of a need or just as cosmic joyride for them?
Alex: Well, they don't make the same type of spinal fluid as humans do. As far as their physical needs, I don't know. I do know that they get a "rush" from hormones from other species that have been in terror. For example, if they capture a human being, they will not usually kill the person right away. What they usually do is terrify them as much as possible in order to jack up the level of emotion and hormones. Then, when they consume the physical body of that psychologically terrorized being, not only are they feeding themselves but the hormones impart a physiological and psychological "rush" which they enjoy. It's essentially a "drug high" for them.
Val: So, they couldn't use hormones from animals, because they don't have the emotional range of embodied spiritual entities...

AC: The Draconians are the force behind the repression of human populations everywhere in this galaxy instilling fear-based belief systems and restrictive hierarchies. I asked Moraney about them, and he said, "the Draconian race is probably the most understood race of beings. I have witnessed a deep respect for this race." The Andromedans consider the Draconians the "ultimate warriors," in a negative sense. Moraney continues, " the Draconians are the oldest reptilian race in our universe. Moraney continues, "it is engrained in them never to trust a human. They are taught the Draconian version of the history of the 'Great Galactic War', which teaches that humans are at fault for invading the universe, and that humans selfishly wanted the Draconian society to starve and struggle for the basic materials that would allow them to exist."
AC: Now, there are some real similarities there. The expression 'Draconian thought' is an expression on our world. I would suggest you research that.**********

The Greys made contact with a world governmental body for the first time in 1933 in Germany. However, they were turned away by the German government because it had already committed itself to involvement with the Giza intelligence. A renegade group of human extra terrestrials that were headquartered under the Giza plateau in Egypt. They were predominantly Pleadians. They were on their own, doing their own thing. Ashtar, Commigal, and even Jehovah were a part of the group, for some time. They came down here and played God with us. People worshipped them because they had technology which they used it as their power, big time.
During the 1930's, the Germans were building rockets and starting a space program due to their contacts with the extraterrestrials of the Giza intelligence. The technology developed however, was used to create weapons because the German governmental body involved were concerned that there was going to be an alien invasion. The Giza intelligence had told them that the Greys were here to invade, but this actually did not occur. Plans for weapons such as sound devices, lasers, neutron bombs, particle beam weapons, etc. were designed. Although many of these weapons were not created until much later in history, a lot of other technology was shared with the Germans, by the Giza Intelligence, like how to do: anti-gravity, free energy, etc.
The United States was the first to open its doors to the alien race known as the Greys. I have been told of only one contact in 1934, where the Greys made their presence known to the U.S. government, in the state of Washington. I don't know the particular details but somehow the government knew that the Greys were there. It wasn't until 1947, that actual contact occurred with the aliens and United States officials. The first face to face contact was due to the shooting down of an alien craft, namely the Roswell incident. This pressed the Greys into a contact earlier than they had actually anticipated doing themselves. After the crash in Roswell, the United States, the Soviet Union, and the British, at the very highest levels, became blood brothers. By the way, none of these governments knew what Germany was really up to. The Germans were very, very secretive about their contact with the Giza Intelligence.
The Roswell incident created more of an urgency to develop a true space program to defend the earth. The United States and the Soviet governments thought that this alien presence could be a threat, because these aliens were so technologically more advanced. But the Greys in their own fashion, really back doored these governments through deceit. The true space program, this underground program that we are just now beginning to hear about, was originally financed by members of the Club of Rome. Now, you'll need to do some homework, to find out who those members are. And don't be surprised at who you see. We will talk more about that later, when we discuss the moon. Prior to this, in the 1850's to the 1950's, a hundred years, there had been some utilization of cattle and humans in experiments by the Greys. The NSA, which was created in the 1950's learned that the Greys were responsible.
In 1952, the U.S. government prepared itself for the realization of ongoing alien contact when our military radar system started to down their craft. The Greys knew that in order to perform their experiments on such a large scale, to save their race, they would need the cooperation of a high political body. In other words, they had to come to terms. A select politically structured body, created secretly within the United States Government, was designed to be the liaison between the Greys, the technological gods, and the earth humans. The military was very enthusiastic for communication with the aliens, in hopes of exchanging technology for raw materials. This liaison group, this political structure, is and was the NSA, the super secret National Security Agency. For contact and study of the aliens was it's original purpose.
In May of 1954, at the Holliman Air Force Base, the United States Government made a formal agreement with the Grey alien race. Some of the terms of this agreement were the exchange of technology, of anti-gravity, metals, alloys, and environmental technologies to assist the earth with free energy and medical application regarding the human body. All the Greys asked for in return, was to be allowed to study the human development, both in the emotional consciousness makeup, and to reside here on earth. This single act of signing a contract with an extraterrestrial race was the most significant act in human history because it launched us in a direction we were never intended to go in the first place and it thrust us into a role that we were not prepared for either. Being hosts to an alien race.
Essentially, what this contract has also done, has handcuffed the Andromedan council and those benevolent extraterrestrial races from being able to take a more active role in the earth's evolution. It has placed the burdens squarely on the shoulders of humanity to enlighten itself of the facts, and to consciously create ascension on an individual basis. Because this particular treaty was agreed upon between the aliens and the "ULTRA" units in the NSA, which actually is a government unto itself, they in affect turned away help from outside benevolent races that we could have obtained before.
Now pay close attention, because this is the first time I've ever mentioned this. The particular document and original exchange material may be found today in the NSA facility, called Blue Moon, under Kirkland Air Force Base in New Mexico. It's exact entrance is in the Monzoni Mountains. This location houses the private department of energy technological labs. Currently, the building of free energy devices for use in space and on the moon and Mars is ongoing, in this particular area. Much of the alien technology has been reconstructed and sent via a connecting tunnel to Los Alamos and an area located underneath the cliff sides of Los Alamos canyon, where huge vaults are built into the earth. This facility is twenty-nine thousand square feet in size. There are also laboratories equipped to study light, thought and pure energy there. This facility is also used as a jail for aliens captured by the black (secret) government.
Corporations that are currently assisting the aliens and the black government are Standard Oil, Lockheed, Northrup, McDonald Douglas, AT&T, IT&T, The A.A. Matthews Construction Company, The Robins Company, The Utah Mining Company, and numerous more. The NSA is exempt from all laws in the United States unless the NSA itself is specifically mentioned in any creation of law. This is due to its interaction with aliens and it's sometimes necessary infringements of civil rights and constitutional rights of the American people. In other words, to make it exempt from breaking any laws and hurting anybody here, they made it completely separate. And it is completely separate, even though your tax dollars pay for the running of it. There was also a great deal of private money used by the NSA to build the alien technology and to keep humanity under control. The status quo secure. Even the CIA doesn't know much about the Ultra or Blue Moon units of the NSA. These are the two highest units the NSA has that deals directly with alien technology and information.Now realize that the Greys are genetic engineers, though not the only ones. Most of the aliens from off planet are genetic engineers because they value life forms as opposed to gold and silver. Genetic's, life forms and things of that nature is their wealth. A lot of the genetic engineering and experimentation is going on here, on earth and on Mars moon Phobos, by the Greys. They are using this opportunity to try to satisfy their own agenda, which is to create DNA and genetic stock that is clean enough to foster new physical life forms that are capable of regeneration and birth for their race. As of right now, the Greys are most interested in female genetic stock because all family lineages follow the female rather than the male. Why? Because you always know who your mother is, you may not always know who your father is.
Many new races have been created this way throughout our galaxy. It's not something that's new going on here. This has been going on for a very long time. Few races today have actually remained as pure genetic stock, with the exception of two races that the Andromedans say are really genetically clean. That is the Reptilians from Alpha Draconis, and the other is what we call, or know as the Elohim, which are a very ancient race of humans that survived Lyra. All other races are a varied degree of hybrid or mixture of races of different genetic stock.
Another point is that, the Greys themselves would like to be free from the Orion empire. They will have no chance of survival themselves if they do not create or match their body type or genetics with ours. You see, time is quickly running out for them and we as a race is also evolving at a tremendous rate. On a spiritual conscious level, we are evolving dramatically, making our genetics harder to use while they are dying out like there's no tomorrow. And they are very aware of this fact. So, even though what they're doing is wrong, they really are caught in a very tough position themselves. Because what they're doing to us has been done to them. I'm just trying to draw parallels. I'm not justifying it in any way. By the way, when any of the aliens give birth to a child, they take that child outside of the earth's atmosphere so the child is born fully aware of its reincarnational history, so it realizes who it is, and it doesn't carry the veil. Why is this? Apparently, there is some kind of agreement; if you're born within the earth's atmosphere, you've got to be veiled. It's just part of what comes with being born here.
The Greys masters assigned agenda, is to create a slave race which is currently in full swing, for the purposes of control, physical services, labor and, sexual energy. Now I will explain this. The acts of feeding, war, anger, psychic energy, genetic experiments, hybrids as a food source, genetic and biological materials. The Greys and their Masters feed off this, our energy. As examples: If two people are fighting, they create a lot of emotional negative energy. And this is why you will find, that whenever there are wars going on, there's a lot of UFO activity. Negative energy! They just feed off it. It's liken to when your making love to your man or to your wife, and you reach that moment where you are both at the same place at the same time, in a loving benevolent way. That's how it feels for them regarding negative energy release. The energy of fear, that rush of adrenaline, young teens on a battlefield running around scared, this is what they crave, all of the negative emotional aspects.
They have also been doing extensive research on the human brain and its capabilities as well as study of the soul. Many people who have been implanted by the Greys, those who are aware of it and those who still aren't, must become aware of the fact, that they have actually been on a kind of machine and are being shown and trained to do something. According to the Andromedans, the Greys are training us to fight their war against the Draconians (One of there masters) when they get here, because they are going to use us as their soldiers. Just like when our military sends in the infantry and marines, those implanted will be the first ones on the beach. While the Greys sitting back on board their ships drinking champagne or having a gin and tonic, and wondering how the battle is going. And they have chosen our world to be the battle ground.
At the same time they are still going about preparing the earth for its new owners. Apparently, the Greys are going to make this attempt, but the inevitable truth is that the Reptilians from Alpha Draconis are on their way here now. And this has very serious implications for us. Now, honestly, I'm not here to promote fear. I don't believe in it. But I'm telling you what I've been told to tell you. We have boxed ourselves into a corner and the only way we can change the outcome is that we have to consciously become aware of what our world is really about, what's really going on here. And we have to create a space of love. Folks, that's the bottom line.
By creating a space of love, the Greys, the Draconians, the Orions won't be able to handle the vibration. They have got to leave, or we're going to have to ask for some serious intervention here. In which case, there's going to be war in the heavens as the Bible has predicted. It will be all about saving us! You know, this talk about ASHTAR coming down here to save you. Ladies and gentlemen, it isn't going to happen. It's just another belief system. Or how about Commander Hatton, who is saying we will take you to Mars. No thanks! I don't want to go to Mars, it just isn't going to happen that way. Nobody is going to save you, because according to the Andromedans, if you're sitting here waiting for a savior, you're not doing the work yourself. And who would come down here to take you off the hook? For what purpose? You will only recreate the situation again someday. If you haven't permanently evolved to that level of becoming your own savior, your own messiah, then you haven't learned your life's lessons. And this is what the Andromedans strongest message is. You have got to do the work yourself. You are only responsible for yourself. Nobody is going to take you off the hook. Matter of fact, if they do end up intervening on our behalf, they are not going to stick around afterward and baby-sit us.
That means we have got to get it straight. That we as a race, have got to come together and decide what it is that we want and how we want to live. How are we going to raise our children? What moralities, what laws, etc. Not to be told by somebody else out there, what is best for us. Folks! It's never worked before, and it isn't going to work now. Most human beings would rather die than live being a slave. That's just our nature, our soul, to be free. We're at that point again. What will we choose?You see, the Greys are currently monitoring the brain waves of those they have implanted. They have done this for the better part of a hundred years on earth. So generations of family members have had implants. The cloning of human beings, of life forms and the art of subversion was taught by the Greys to the NSA. On the two highest levels of human interaction with the Greys within the NSA, there exists cloned human beings and humans so heavily implanted, that according to the Andromedans, they do not consider them human beings anymore. They have joined the group mind of the Greys. They have lost free will. They are clone robots! Their soul is trapped and they are no longer considered compassionate human beings.
The Greys clone their own race into a cast of slaves, just like ants. They all basically think the same things at the same time. Their minds are like radios. If there are no radio waves, they don't do anything. They have computers which transmit the radio-like waves, telling them what their jobs are, their functions that they must carry out. If the computers, their group mind, were shut down, the Greys would no longer know what to do for themselves. They do not possess individual intelligence like us, although they would very much like to create us to be like them. The Greys also consider what we call God, a mind, like we think of our own mind. They have completely detached themselves from their spiritual essence, so long ago, that their physical existence and personality has become pure ego. The Draconians are pure ego, as well. Many other races genetically altered by the Draconians, are also experiencing the separation from their own essence too.
Now, I don't understand the process or exactly how it works, but the Greys no longer believe themselves to be spirit, to be in essence. They're trapped mentally, emotionally, physically in a physical existence, therefore, that's all they see. They literally disown and fractionalize themselves away from their spiritual essence. It's no longer a part of them. Human beings have also been known to do that themselves, as well. You know we can fractionalize ourselves into many different personalities. The Greys are pure ego!
They are very sophisticated in mathematics and energy sciences. It has been said, that our military at the time of the Holloman Air Force meeting, that there was an exchange of personnel. Our military gave the Greys sixteen military personnel and that were supposed to be taken to the Greys' point of origin and that they left us one or two guys or something of theirs along those same lines. Well. according to the Andromedans, it was really a hundred and nine human beings that were taken at that particular exchange. They have not returned. As a matter of fact, they did not go to the Greys's point of origin, which was Zeta Reticuli 2, rather they went to the motherships and Phobos where they were experimented on.
The Greys gave virus technology to the NSA, which then was handed on to lower levels within our military complex. In Africa, we find the testing ground for the AIDS virus. There's a reason for this. This virus technology was given by the Greys to the biological unit in Ultra within the NSA. One of NSA's underground facilities is underneath Fort Mead in Maryland. At that location there are nineteen acres of underground caverns, with some of the most highly technological and sophisticated super computers in the world, that were built and designed inside the facility. They have never seen the light of day. This area, and the one in Mt. Hood, Oregon are engaged in massive surveillance of the world's telephones, telegraph, telex, fax, radio, television, microwave communication, NORAD and also space radio waves. The complex in Mt. Hood is where our military is cloning human beings and aliens. I don't know what alien races.
Jumping back in history a bit. In the late 1950's, the Greys also approached the Russians regarding the signing of treaties and mutual exchange. The Russians, however, already at the time, were included in the proceedings of the NSA, chose not to sign this independent treaty because they knew full well that the Greys would try to pit the United States against the Soviet Union. It is in fact the Soviet Union that informed JFK of the Greys presence, during the Cuban missile crisis. The Andromedans have stated that the Russians were trying to blackmail the U.S. into sharing the alien technology, thus the Bay of Pigs. That's when they put the missiles there pointed at the United States. The Russians became increasingly aware that the NSA and the CIA were developing incredible technology and were not sharing it, as was their agreement, shortly after the Holliman agreement. Apparently, JFK asked the CIA three times if the Russian allegations were true. The CIA lied twice to the president, even though nuclear weapons were only eighteen minutes away from striking the U.S. They just flat out lied to him and said, "No. They're nuts." This prompted JFK to want to scatter the CIA to the winds. This is one of the more important reasons the "black" government found JFK as a threat and had him make a physical transition prematurely. It was JFK's desire that some of this technology would reach the common people and be used for the betterment of mankind and that it be made known to the American people that the alien presence was upon us. This is one of the reasons why he successfully launched a civilian space program so that all Americans and people of the world could share in the discovery.
In 1953 satellites and radars showed large objects coming towards the earth. They were Grey motherships. These time traveling space crafts were the same crafts seen near Venus in 1787, 1788, 1789. In 1645, it was reported that a large moon was seen near Venus. For other times, as well in the same year, it was seen coming and going. The last time it was reported was in 1767. The same type of occurrence happened around Mars, on November 25, 1894. A large ship was seen illuminating part of Mars. The same occurrence for Mercury in 1799. The same large planetary body crossed the sun on August 26, 1859 and this same body today, that's still there, is called Volcan. It's a mothership. It isn't a planet. During the total eclipse of July 29, 1878, astronomers saw two large glowing planetary bodies, about the size of Venus, between Mercury and Venus. According to the Andromedans, these were Pleadian and Andromedan motherships that had gone back in time. They were observing the Greys orbiting around the sun. They wanted me to share all these dates with you. I don't necessarily know why,but here are some more. In 1783 and 1787, huge bright lights were reported on the moon. They were mistakenly reported as volcanoes, at first. But then they moved and lit up the dark side of the moon which cause a noticeable glow around the top portion of the moon. In February of 1894, a comet was apparently photographed striking a huge dark object in our solar system. It happened to have wings and, according to the Andromedans, this was a Draconian mothership. The same phenomena occurred in April 4, 1892 and it was about one third the size of the moon, six to seven hundred miles in diameter. As it crossed astronomers thought that it was a bird, but its wings didn't flutter. Again, this was a Draconian mothership. This was observed again on January 27, 1912. A ship two hundred and fifty miles long, fifty miles wide, resembling a crow, was sitting on the moon. According to the Andromedans, this again was a craft from reptilian Alpha Draconis.
Many operations have been created by the Greys over the past five hundred years for the purposes of manipulation and control of our religious belief systems. I don't want to offend anybody, but I'm going to tell you just the way it's been presented to me. All you have to do is listen. If it doesn't feel right for you, then dismiss it. If it does feel right, and you get the chills, then maybe you should start paying attention to it.
To have us morally and spiritually compromise our free will to a savior-like image, the Greys by allowing us to compromise ourselves under these false pretenses, they are absolved from the creating any Karma for themselves. Instead, they let us create the Karma to ourselves. It really is such a set-up. The power of belief systems can be used as fuel for the game of seducing people into believing that certain things are true. By the power created by the conscious thoughts, we can literally make these things occur and come true, whether they benefit us or not. These are real spiritual dynamics at work here and they're being used against us. Our physical matter (physical body) is the embodiment of ideas or belief systems. Our Universe consists of ideas and thought systems, condensed and turned towards itself, inwards. We turn it towards ourselves to create and originate spirit and energy. Now if I need to say it again I will. This is our definition again, word for word. Our physical matter is the embodiment of ideas (belief systems). Our universe consists of ideas and thought, condensed and turned towards itself, inwards. To create and originate spirit and energy. In other words, we really are gods. We really can do anything we want to do.
We, of earth, have evolved only in technical and material sciences. Our spiritual evolution, for the most part has been suppressed from us by a group of extraterrestrials, and now the black government and its plan for a New World Order. Because upon learning these spiritual truths, the NSA and the black world government, realized that everything that they have been trying to do can be swept away. According to the Andromedans, and their exact words were, "Could be swept away in a day, should humanity become enlightened." If a billion people come to the realization and a decision that we no longer want this reality, it can literally change with the setting and the rising of the sun. But, they stress, we need to be clear of what we want, which is part of the decision, and our responsibility factors. That is ours. In other words, if we're going to create it, we take responsibility for it.
The shroud of Turin. According to the Andromedans, this is one example of the extra terrestrial manipulation or assault of our belief systems. This holographic image on the shroud was created by the Greys to strengthen a belief system in a savior or messiah. This belief system assists their plan for control because humanity would love to give their power away to someone that appeared to be a true and legitimate messiah, because we've been taught to do that. The Greys know that few people truly want to accept responsibility for their own evolution. Most would rather be told what to do, than to realize the situation and take the appropriate action necessary to free themselves.
To further realize the Grey manipulation on a belief system level, there is also a plan in development to play out a staged second coming. This will occur shortly after the destruction of the world economy, maybe six years, tops. This being will be a clone human being, a biological, who will holographically be imprinted with everything from spiritual truths regarding information about all religions, metaphysics, and he will come out speaking about all of these great wonders. He will strongly profess the Hindu philosophy. Why, I don't know, but this is what they're saying. The intent is evil; this being will not have a soul. He is not spirit. He is robotoid, a clone, a robot, a synthetic. The Greys have this kind of ability to stage this kind of action using their technology. He will be the image of the man on the shroud of Turin.
The Anti-Christ will not be the evil soul portrayed in the Bible. The Anti-Christ will truly be someone who tried to express the truth on the true matters and seize the United States government as the cause of all this evil. This is what they've said. Now, I have to add this, in defense of that belief system. The Vatican, in 1960, admitted that there were fourteen plagiarisms in the New Testament. They refused to say what they were, but they said that there were fourteen. That means you can't believe by it as gospel, so to speak, because they changed it. It wasn't God who wrote it. The church changed it and they admitted it. So, you do with that what you want. But everyone is believing it has to happen, and by us believing it has to happen, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to create it! We're going to make it happen, and they're sitting up there laughing at us, saying look at those idiots. Look what they're doing to themselves.
The Greys were responsible for the Fatima episode in Portugal, where the Virgin Mary supposedly spoke to the children. This was a holographic image of a woman who professed to be the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ. The sun supposedly fell from the sky and miraculously healed people. Using Grey technology, these somewhat miracles did occur., But they used light and sound, which they beamed from their ship to the various people affecting these cures in their physical bodies. Now, this is technology that has been here on the earth, at least the last hundred years or more. But it is against the law now, in most places in the United States because it works. And that's color and sound, And the reason for sound work, is because the entire universe is a holographic projection turned inside of itself. It's all a holograph. Virtually all the people present were implanted during the missing time phase of this episode. A large mothership positioned itself in front of the sun to create this occurrence. The reasons this is not a true is because the biblical Jesus is a composite character. And as such, is an allegorical myth. The Virgin Mary is also a composite character and these composites were made for the purposes of uniting the religions of the ancient Roman Empire so that their resources were not being used to constantly stop religious wars between different factions.
In the 1950's the so-called meetings of the Jason society were triggered by information given to the Ultra unit in the NSA by the Greys about the world's situation regarding pollution and population. It was at this particular time that the Greys offered little assistance or sharing of technology regarding environmental issues. This has persisted even today. The Pleadians have in fact, offered more solutions than any other group to date, but they were turned away by the NSA. This prompted the first of three alternatives that have been discussed in UFO circles already. These alternatives are in fact, and were in fact, a reality. That's alternative one, two, three and four. The New World Order is in a major predicament. The Greys are twenty-five hundred years ahead of us technologically. The black government is afraid to tell us the truth concerning this reality because they fear a revolution, overthrow, and desire self-preservation form the people who will want their scalps.Two large motherships are on the planet right now, hiding in the oceans. One is in the Pacific Ocean, below the equator and the other one is in the Atlantic. I don't know where. I don't know whose they are, but they're here. My sense is that they're benevolent because the government has actually talked about implementing alternative four which was creating a controlled pole shift. The Andromedans have said no way would they allow this to happen. So my sense is that there are benevolent ships that are anchoring the planet on its axis. That's my opinion. The military know that this is why they're testing sound in the oceans, especially in the Pacific.
Aliens have been attacking us more openly in space. It started with the Russian Phobos probe when it was destroyed. The Mars observer was captured by Reptilians on Mars. It isn't going to come on-line. It's gone. Also, closer to home, in December 1993, a Landsat satellite disappeared in orbit, just vanished. In August of 1993, the European space agency lost two communications satellites, again, they literally just vanished from orbit. The Canadian Telstar was destroyed in our atmosphere on January 15, 1994. It was seen crashing to earth. This was shot down by the Greys. Again, I don't know why. A NASA Satcom 3 communications satellite vanished in May of 1979. It was just taken. Two Soviet Millennia satellites were also taken. They just vanished from our orbit, from our atmosphere.
Here's our scenario. The benevolent races have told the world governments that they would help us but world governments have to dismantle their nuclear weapons. The earth governments did not want to do this because they don't know who to trust. They created this situation and they do not know who to trust now. However, the world government is so desperate to get rid of the Greys, that they apparently have put a call out for help, using satellites. The Andromedans say there is a group that has offered to help our earth governments with the problem of the Greys, even by giving us weapons to fight the Greys. Re-enter, the Reptilians from Alpha Draconis, the only real enemies the Greys have, and that humankind has. The Reptilians from Alpha Draconis have answered the call. But the Greys actually work for the Draconians. It's all part of the set-up. When we invite them in here there will be no battle. And once they're here we'll never get rid of the Draconians.The Pleadians are assisting the Andromedan Council in attempting to quarantine our solar system from invading forces, namely the Orion group and Alpha Draconis. The quarantine line, the defense line, is between Uranus and Pluto and consists of a mixture of benevolent races, both physical and non-physical. There are Pleadians, Andromedans, Arcturians, Syrians from Syrius A, Reticulin, Accordance and Umonians from Umo. This line of defense is really like a last resort. Apparently, two huge Grey motherships have already been turned back that were on their way to Earth and Mars. And apparently there were casualties on both sides in the exchange of turning them away.
Please realize that currently, there are fifteen thousand Greys underneath the United Stares. The Greys (Dows) are in fact, a renegade group of Reticulans. They are not from Reticuli and haven't been back there for hundreds and hundreds of thousands of years. They have been travelling through space in their arc's. Before they came to Earth, they were residing on Sirius B. That was their originating point before coming here. There are approximately eighteen hundred and thirty-three Reptilians living beneath the United States. Their habitat is from one hundred to two hundred miles beneath the surface of the earth. They generally live in caverns and the ancient tunnel systems created hundreds of thousand of years ago. The are not benevolent. And, every once in a while, they come up for a contact. They have been seen in New York City, Missouri, Chicago, and in the southwest United States. These area's happen to be the largest areas where missing children occur, numbering in the thousands. The Andromedans state that thirteen thousand seven-hundred and twelve children have been taken by these Reptilians over the last twenty-five years. In Linda Molten-Howe's book, "Alien Harvest", there is mention of human body parts seen in underground bases. The Andromedans confirm that we are being used for food. The Greys use our blood and it is the Reptilians that consume the live human flesh. Their favorite food is children because they lack nicotine, caffeine, and other environmental pollutants. Like we eat veal, they eat us.
The Greys are searching for walk-ins for they want to learn about spirit. I'm speaking about benevolence and not satanic possession or that kind of stuff. Walk-ins are necessary at this particular time. They are higher evolved souls. Seventy-two thousand walk-ins are on the planet right now and are a part of the Andromedan Council. Seventy-two thousand more are coming in the next three years to balance the negativity that is being created. Because of the Councils laws of non-intervention, the Andromedan Council found it necessary to intervene in another way without violating its council directives. Thus, the walk-ins who are actually earth human beings, are here to do that kind of work. It's a backdoor approach. There are fifteen hundred and thirty-one actual benevolent human extra terrestrials on our planet right now. Where they are, I don't know. But they are here to record, report and observe, and possibly assist some of the walk-ins. And at some point, they will be leaving. But, apparently they live just like us, and they're in our every day lives.
Keep these facts in mind. There are eighteen thousand Greys; fifteen thousand here on the Earth and three thousand on the Moon. The regular government which makes up the majority of Washington, D.C., doesn't have a clue as to what's really going on. The black government, consists of various levels. At the top, they know everything, The lower levels only know small pieces, on a need to know basis, usually just one piece of the puzzle. The total picture is one outrageous secret based on deliberate deceit that creates the subversion of the public trust. Forewarned is forearmed. What are we going to do about it?

The Dow are a small group of Greys that are responsible for many abduction/detentions. They have very little emotional development, but do possess very strong telepathic powers. These powers are often used to deceive and conceal their true motives and objectives. Their race is struggling to assure their own self-preservation but, as of yet, they have not met with any true success. Unable to attach a soul to their own hybrid bodies, they must strip off energy layers of abductee's soul bodies. This energy is then "fed" to infant hybrids in attempts to sustain their life. This same technology is also used to disembody, capture, and contain a soul for future use. They are clearly regressive in nature.
The Dow have their heritage in the system of Zeta Reticuli, with their original place of origin being the star called M-2, in Zeta Reticuli II. Their home sun had burned out and their planet destroyed many thousands of years ago. The exact date hasn't been give yet. They were Reticulans originally, loving healers with tremendous skills in technology and analytical powers. Their cousins, the Zeta's, who are still there are very much the healers in the Universe, especially on a third and forth density level. This group is said to be very gentle. However, this is no longer the case for the Dow.
As a small group, the Dow ventured out on their own and were captured by the Orion Group. Genetically altered many times through many generations, the Dow became the slaves and pirates in service to the reptilian species, specifically the Orions and the Draconans. The Dow were deliberately altered genetically so that they couldn't reproduce, ensuring they wouldn't rise up in force against their captors. This forces them to stay very much in the survival mode, making them much easier to control. They would like to be free, but instead have become wanderers. They are no longer Reticulans, nor honored in their home systems, because of their abuse of power (service to self) and the fact that they are now on the same side as their owners. They, like their owners, have left a wake of destruction and slavery in their path.
Be very clear about this! The Dow are out for their own survival and will do anything to us, without compassion or understanding of what their actions will or have done to us. I have been told to have understanding of their situation and possibly some inner compassion for their plight, but to fight and stay very clear of them as they are very dangerous to the human Terran race on Earth.
The Dow assignment is to go out in groups as biological and genetic engineers to find underdeveloped worlds and civilizations and then conquer them without force. The Earth fell victim to these plans. The Dow broke Cosmic Law as decreed by the Andromedan Council by interfering with a developing world. The only group originally given permission to be here was Pleaidian. Since then, several other groups have also been granted permission. This type of interference is typical of the Orion Group. Here is how the plan was explained to me.
The Dow first make contact with a world that is developing, to what degree I am uncertain. They study all of the world's religions, countries, governments, etc. then decide which is the strongest and make contact with that nation. Incredible technology is dangled in the face of this nation or nations in order to get treaties signed giving permission for the Dow to be here and study the life forms, etc. Once this is accomplished, they then slowly take control of the governments that rule the populace and then they become our leaders. Few in the populace really get to know that it has happened.
Clones or genetic doubles are created and programmed to do what the Dow want and then they play upon the greed of the beings on this planet. Frequently, the elite and/or governments sell out their own races to be, or remain, in favor of their rulers. Once in control, having done so in a most subversive way, the Dow then invite their rulers, the Reptilians and the Orion Group, to the planet to continue the conquest. Here is where it gets difficult for the Andromedan Council. The Dow are the only group that really violated the Law by coming down in the first place. The Orion Group and the Reptilians are asked as guests of the ruling race to come to the planet and colonize. The problem becomes how to get the Orion Group to leave of its own volition. They technically have not been the ones to violate the Law of Non-intervention. The Council cannot hold the Orion Group responsible for the actions of the Dow. Does any of this sound familiar to you? The Council of Eleven have said that this has happened to many other worlds in our Universe and it has also happened to us here on Earth, or Terra, as the Andromedans call us.
The Dow presence here in the United States is strong. While there are less than two-thousand ensouled Dow, there are thousands of clones. The entire group is comprised of a "hive" consciousness by which they are all in contact with each other via a central point where instructions and information is transferred. Presently there are thousands of Dow on both the Earth and our Moon. In 1953, 1955 and 1957 large mother ships took up positions along the equator. Each ship contained thousands of Dow. Several ships went into the oceans. The largest is still said to be very deep in the Pacific, west of Easter Island. The other two have left orbit and, I'm told, have gone to Phobos and to Mars where they are to meet the Reptilians from Draconis and Rigel. The Orion Group however, is still here and will be addressed in a future article.
The Dow have also come here with their own agenda, a survival mission to find a home and a way to save their own race from extinction by interbreeding with us - without our consent or real knowledge. They have been crossing our genetics, both DNA and RNA, and attaching some of their genetic material to it, along with other chemical components, to alter us to fit their life forms. They are made up of a combination of botanical genetics and reptilian DNA. The reason for the addition of our genetics is to stop their supposed evolutionary decline on a physical level.
Their original agreement was to assist humankind by sharing technology and information. The government, in turn, gave its promise that the Dow could study our civilization, in complete secrecy in underground bases (Dow avoid bright light) built by the government, all without public knowledge. Almost immediately the Dow broke the agreement and used their technological strengths to take control of events here on Earth. The government did not want to tell the people in their respective nations for fear of retaliation from the masses and the aliens. Out of desperation, the secret governments started to experiment with time travel i.e.- the Montauk Projects, to send people into the future to find and acquire future technology to bring back here to our present that we could use against our conquerors now in the present. This, the Council of Eleven have said, is the reason our secret government went to any length to accomplish the goal.
The Dow have created this same type of scenario on 26 other worlds in our Universes present time. They have enslaved these planets for their rulers and have broken the will and the spirit of many. We ourselves could suffer a similar fate if we are not careful about our own belief systems.

The Lyrans are the original white Aryan Race and what is left of the Aryans is the Pleaidians and Andromedans. Birth of the humanoid race has all of the genetic DNA from this area. Ancient Lyrans were the Titans. The giants Bigfoot also descended from Lyrans. All life destroyed on Lyra and the ring Nebula eye Og God. Lyra consists of 14 inhabited planets, three planets were destroyed during the wars Bila, Teka and Merok. 50 million were slaughtered. Lyrans started the Black League. The Black Dragon.
Lyrans grew into Sirian, Arcturian, Antarian, Pleaidian, Andromedan, Cignus Alphan, Alpha Centauri, Sagittarius A & B, Cassiopia, all human evolution. Based upon genically human forms in higher realms and very highly evolved Universes, it was decided that many forms of life would be created here in Lyra because it appeared to be ideal as far as the age of the Suns and Planets and the length of probable stability. The human race would have time to evolve and create space exploration and gravitate by means of energy and spiritual recognition into planetary civilizations and that those races would in turn create there own root races and life. It was also important that these races be allowed to manifest and create different aspects of ourselves mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Thus we would be creating diversity and expressing our own need to create.
As the human race fragmented, the races moved, traveled, and settled many different planets in many systems as space travel evolved. The human became aware of other planetary civilizations in theses systems. Different cultures meet and grew. Belief systems clashed or spread. New thoughts of Philosophy or technologies came into being. Mankind was evolving. A very strong social community developed between all in the Lyra System. The Lyrans were a very peaceful race on the whole. There were disagreements and light conflicts, but much was always cleared and resolved. The Lyrans learned to adapt to virtually all of the planetary environments that they settled. They learned to live in complete harmony with their respective planets. They developed agricultural communities that were literally awesome. They were not only efficient and could feed billions of beings, but it was actually enhancing the planet itself and creating an even wealthier environment. All aspects of life seem to benefit from the Lyran's commitment to be at one with their home planets. At the same time, the life expectancy was between 300 - 425 years on the average. This was to increase by 3 times later, but everyone worked as a community. They were not in service of self, but were a race that beat as one heart, and shared and moved in the same direction as a whole and would try to make sure that none of their race would lag or fall too far behind the whole. In other words, "The needs of the many, out weigh the needs of the few." They were an incredible role model for all humanity that followed to this present moment. The human race is history. the works of the mind are a record of that history, for the whole record of the human race is in one man. AC: I want to talk to you about Lyrae and how the human race colonized our galaxy. Based on the age of the Suns and the planets in our galaxy, it was decided that the human life form was to be created in the Lyran system. The human race lived there for approximately 40 million years, evolving. The orientation of the human race in Lyrae was agricultural in nature. Apparently, we were very plentiful and abundant, and lived in peace.
Then, one day, huge craft appeared in the sky. A large ship came out of the huge craft and approached the planet Bila, and reptilians from Alpha Draconis disembarked. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians and the Lyrans were afraid of each other. I told you before that the Alpha Draconians were apparently the first race in our galaxy to have interstellar space travel, and have had this capability for 4 billion years. Well, when the Draconians came and saw Bila, with all its abundance and food and natural resources, the Draconians wanted to control it. There was apparently a mis-communication or misunderstanding between the Draconians and Lyran humans. The Lyrans wanted to know more about the Draconians before some kind of "assistance" was offered. The Draconians mistook the communication as a refusal, and subsequently destroyed three out of 14 planets in the Lyran system. The Lyrans were basically defenseless. The planets Bila, Teka and Merck were destroyed. Over 50 million Lyran humans were killed. It is at this point in history that the Draconians began to look at humans as a food source. This is how old the struggle is between the reptilian and human races. Now, I must make the point that not all the reptilian or human races are "dark". There is a mix. Alex: This is what I have been told about who those connected with Nibiru are. A very long time ago, colonies on Sirius B and the Orion Group were having trouble with each other. In order to bring peace, there was a marriage between two members of each group. The woman came from the Orion Group, where the hierarchy includes a queen - the matriarchal paradigm. The male was from Sirius B. Both members were considered royalty of their respective line. When these two came together in marriage, their offspring had the genetics from both lines. Because of these genetics, the new race that was created was given the name "Nibiru", which I am told by Moraney in the Orion tongue means "divided amongst two". This is who they literally are - a cross between those from Sirius B and a race from the Orion system. They formed a new "tribe" which has continued to flourish for at least hundreds of thousands of years. So, they are a tribe that has become a race.**********

The human species called the Pleaidians evolved from Lyra. The Pleaidians are our far distant first cousins and ancestral forefathers of some of our races. It has been said that the Pleaidians as we know them were Lyrans who migrated from Lyra in large space stations or arks exploring young star systems seeking the potential for stable longevity. These Lyrans would send down scout teams consisting of scientists, engineers and agricultural specialists to explore the surface of possible habitable planets and then return data and information to the motherships. Each planet was explored and based upon its unique nature, would be developed for colonies that were then sent down for settlement. Some these first Lyrans colonized our Earth for a time, while a larger group of Lyrans eventually found the seven sisters and other star systems during the Orion Wars. It should be noted that through the development of effective weapons of war, this helped sustain them through the Orion Wars and beyond.
So as you can see the Pleaidians are very interested in our world and our races here. They have been visiting Earth for at least 79,743 years, establishing and maintaining many large settlements. They have come and gone throughout our planets history. We are very similar to them in many ways, however, they are emotionally and spiritually more evolved than us at this time. They too have gone through their growing pains, as we are experiencing right now. They have and continue to make attempts to share with us the benefits of their experience so we ourselves don't have to experience the same kinds of setbacks and possible destructions. At present, not enough of us are listening.
The Pleaides is an open star cluster consisting of 254 stars and many times that in planetary bodies. Many of the stars are very young. The Pleaides is located in the constellation of Taurus. The Pleaidian and Earth alphabets are both very similar. This was noted about 11,157 years ago. The script form was developed here on Earth and carried back to the seven sisters. The original script form is the parent of most of our present day alphabets. All of Earths languages are derived from a ancient Pre-Sumerian language called Tamil which was spoken in Lyra and latter in the Pleaides.
Three of the Pleaidian star systems have human life as we know it, with the most advance system being Daneb of Taygeta. Another system is Taro which circles Alcyone. Most of the Pleaidians look like us in size and stature, build, color of hair, etc. They are also very affluent and articulate when speaking any of our languages, or discussing our sciences, history, and so fourth. We have inherited our aggressiveness towards each other from them. Their life spans far exceed our own by at least 10 times our norm. Their technology has made it possible for them to travel anywhere in our Universe at speeds faster than the speed of light. They are capable of using our oceans for undersea operations. They are very concerned about our current misuse of our sciences along with our complete loss of our spiritual center and harmony with our sciences. They have no use for money, politics or religions, clearly stating that the later two-politics and religions are really the same. The Pleaidians are worried that, as other benevolent races visit, we will destroy our planet and ourselves and expose their failure to help create a conscious shift.
The Pleaidians like other groups, have left descendants on the Earth in the past. They have said they are willing to help us but not to the point of changing our own evolution and then therefore becoming responsible for us as a race. They say, that we create our own future as we go and so we need to take responsibility in correcting our own mistakes ourselves or suffer because of them.

Alex: There is a race of beings on Sirius A, the humans there, are called the Katayy. They are considered benevolent. There is also animal, mammal and aquatic life on the planet. Many of the human races there are red-skinned. Their ancestry is some of the first Lyraens that escaped with the women and children during the war. In their oceans they have whales, octopus and sharks. They are a race that is artistic. They have music and are connected to nature. They are builders and not very political. Val: On a recent Art Bell show, a fellow named Robert Ghostwolf discussed a Native American perspective that "the only two ET races that were attempting to help us were the Sirians and the Andromedans." I wonder whether you had any comment relative to that?
AC: My understanding is that those from the Sirius A system are trying to be beneficial and assist, because they feel responsibility in that those who colonized Sirius B system were originally from Sirius A. Those from Sirius B have come here and really messed with our heads, and they are the ones who originally gave our government the Montauk technology. They have the same belief and brain patterns as those from Orion. Those from Tau Ceti are also very much involved. Nobody knows exactly what the Pleaidians are going to do yet, but I will share this with you. Those that live in the system around Alcyon - some of them cannot be trusted, as they have hidden agendas. Those from Teygeta, I am told, have a very clear objective: to maintain the idea of freedom. There are two schools of thought in our galaxy. There are the regressives, whoare races that carry fear and because of that want to control others. Second, what is the average lifeexpectancy of the Draco?Alex: The average life span of the Draconians extends from 1,800 to 4,100 yearsof age. The ones that live as long as 4,100 years are the royal line of theDraconians.Val: The winged Ciakars.Alex: Yes, because their genetics have been kept totally intact. Now, as far asthem being regressive, yes they are, but what is interesting, Val, is that they arenot regressive with respect to their own people, only against other races. So,what you’ve got is that you have this race of beings that are very regressivetoward other races other than their own.Val: It sounds like a super-model of imperialism.Alex: They don’t turn on their own people and have continued to evolve withintheir own race.Val: One of the recent themes in orthodox media, especially movies, is thatreptilian species have a penchant for pituitary and adrenal type substances, andthat they try and get these substances any way they can, even to the extent ofripping somebody’s brain out of their head in order to acquire these hormones.Alex: Well, these hormones, in essence, hold emotion. The brain and spinalfluids hold emotion. It is what nourishes the nervous system and the brain.
Val: So, is this media portrayal have any accuracy at all? Do reptilian humanoidshave to supplement their own internal production of adrenal hormones fromoutside sources? If so, what does this contribute to them physiologically? If thisprocess does exist, as has been inferred before, is it a function of a need or justas cosmic joyride for them?Alex: Well, they don’t make the same type of spinal fluid as humans do. As far astheir physical needs, I don’t know. I do know that they get a "rush" fromhormones from other species that have been in terror. For example, if theycapture a human being, they will not usually kill the person right away. What theyusually do is terrify them as much as possible in order to jack up the level ofemotion and hormones. Then, when they consume the physical body of thatpsychologically terrorized being, not only are they feeding themselves but thehormones impart a physiological and psychological "rush" which they enjoy. It’sessentially a "drug high" for them.Val: So, they couldn’t use hormones from animals, because they don’t have theemotional range of embodied spiritual entities...Alex. Cattle don’t have the extremes of emotions we have. They do haveemotions, but the more extreme the emotions, the "higher the high" when thesubstances generated are consumed by the reptilians.More on Draconian Activities With Human ChildrenVal: Referring back to some of the things you said in the ET's and GlobalConnection, you noted that there were some 1833 reptilians inside the Earth thathave been responsible for some 37,000 human children disappearing. Galactic drug dealers.AC: There is more to it than that. The excretion has some of the genetic codingwithin it. This is really what they are after. Apparently they can absorb it, but theirbodies don't produce it. There is a chemical that we have in our brains that noother life form creates. It is a result of the fact that we have 22 genetic lineswithin human DNA, plus the primate race. No one can yet copy this chemical yet.As far as them being galactic drug dealers, I have never heard them referred toas that, but it's interesting.Val: Well, it was only in reference to that movie, but the fact they would raidanother species and kill them to acquire this substance. Of course, humans dothis to other species, don't they?AC: Well, they have this attitude that because part of their genetics are within us,that they have a "right" to do this. I would suggest you research that.Let’s talk about the races.Let’s talk about the Ciakar, Alpha Draconis, the ancestral line of the reptilianraces in our galaxy. Most of the reptilian civilizations that we know today,in Butese, Orion, Capella are all genetic manipulated half breeds of the originalCiakar race.They stand 18-25 feet tall and can weigh up to 2,500 pounds. They are likeTyrannosaurus Rex. They are monsters. They have black leathery brown scalebellies, they have multiple abdomens, they have whiskers along their chin andjaw line. They have a mating claw and multiple tongues. I’m going to give yousome very specific information.They lay eggs and what is called a battle hormone is used to accelerate thebirthing process. They are a duality. This is why ancestral females did notparticipate in war, because if they did, there wouldn’t be anybody there to helpwith the eggs. They also had to be there to secrete this hormone. I am onlysharing with you what I know about them.Stronger young females were expected to defeat and kill older and weakerleaders in ritual combat. The Ciakar race is ruled and managed by geneticlineage.Genetic lineage always follows the mother, because you always know who themother is, you don’t always know who the father is. In that particular line the galshave all the say.Ruled by the monarchy of a queen genetic lineage they are one of the mostpowerful races in the galaxy. They have some of the greatest military might thathas ever been seen in the galaxy and most of the clan members are zealots andwill do anything for the glory of their clans, of their lineage.They have been the chief enemy of all human races in this galaxy in pastconflicts. Again, we are talking about hydrogen breathers vs. oxygen breathers.They have three spinal columns. One spine is located ventrally near thestomach; the other two are located dorsally on the left and on the right of theCiakars body.Spinal columns join near the dorsal of the geometric center at the extremeposterior of the trunk to form a long and very powerful tail. Inside of the handsare claws of the Ciakar are jelly-like sacks that excrete the various hormones andsubstances when the Ciakar is aroused, either for sex or for battle.
The primary purpose of these enzymes is to initiate encrusting of sperm.[Laughter] There is an amazing amount of life out there. They look at us and theythink we are beasts as well, honestly.Ciakar Draconian ReptiliansAKA: The Draco-Orion EmpireOrigins: The constellation Draco, 11.5 to several hundred light years from Earth.Attitude Toward Humans: MalevolentGeneral Description: Ciakars are reputedly one of the most powerful, respectedand ancient Reptilian races, and are supposedly descended from royalty. Could Ciakars have been themythical dragons in ancient human lore?Ciakars are ruled through a monarchy, and are thought to have first come toEarth hundreds of thousands of years ago. They supposedly have a powerfulmilitary and control many other races throughout the galaxy, such as the ZetaGrey Reticulans, who do much of their dirty work for the Ciakars, such as humanabductions. And it was founded by andestablished by the Ciakar, which are [a] hydrogen based life form, so they had tohave something like this. Hydrogen is a gas; it is not something we can use. Ourphysiology would not allow us to breathe it and live in an environment like that.But hydrogen beings tend to be very large, a little bit slower in movement, theirbody frequency, the rhythms of their bio-system tend to be much slower than O2,and the one thing about hydrogen based life forms is that they cannot go fasterthan the speed of light in space travel.

I have read David Icke s books the biggest secret and children of matrix and his interview with credo mutwa the draco reptilians races and archons and other aliens that control this world how can we fight back against I have heard since we are infinite immortal beings with creative powers connected to source the great spirit and that these powers are latent because we are incarnated in human bodies and mind wiped and we don,t remember and never taught how to use are multidimensional powers and has anyone here been able to unlock some abilties here in the forum and we have ancient legends of demi gods gods and goddesses druids sorcerers that had amazing abilities that I believe are in humans like healing levitation teleportation moving things with the mind astral projection
