All have a conscription, military training, active war/conflict. For reference, the UK is 45th globally for Total military( including T.A.). Pakistan 10th, Iran 14th, Ethiopia 20th, Iraq 26th and Eritrea 38th. I am not fear mongering or anti immigrant, but 'White Hats' takes on a whole new meaning when TSHTF.
