  1. It is also a creates a pathway for doctors and nurses, they start at the clinics and then move up to diagnostic and hospitals after gaining experience. The main thing is getting prescriptions away from diagnostic appointments as that is wasting doctors time. They could be created by nurses and then signed off by a single doctor who could review the case and change the prescription throughout the day. Let us face it, the GPs are basically drug dealers at this point. So 10% of visitors' to GPs account for 41% of all consultations, can see why it is difficult to see someone. I know every time I manage to see a doctor, even privately, they insist on prescribing at least one thing, usually anti-biotics but some times a prescription based cream or a cream I already tried. So there could be A LOT of vested interest from the pharmaceutical lobby to keep it as it is because it is such a money maker for them.
  2. If the conservatives or a right wing party came up with this idea, Labour would have protested to the end of time. "Destroying the NHS" they would have said. My view is that the NHS needs to be redesigned. If we must have socialist healthcare: I would do a few things, change the GP function completely. The problem with GPs is that they are useless at diagnostics and spend too much time writing prescriptions. The problem with the hospitals is that they have to deal with overflow from the GPs that are useless. So they end up fixing up cuts and bruises and doing xrays. When they should be focused on ER and surgeries in my opinion. I would split the functions differently. I would create a diagnostic centres, where they can do blood tests and xrays, CT scans and specialist diagnostic appointments. Then I would create clinics, these clinics should be free and fix minor scrapes, bruises and deal with minor sickness and routine prescriptions. Then I would charge a fee to visit the diagnostic center to prevent time wasters, like £15 or something, (excluding people on benefits or disability). -Hospitals, ER, surgeries and treatment of serious incidents and serious illness. Should be walk in for ER or appointment for surgery. -GP Diagnostic centers, blood tests, xrays, cat scans, serious sickness evaluation and specialist appointments. They should have specialists on site and people should be able to see them immediately. GP diagnostics should be appointment only through an online portal. -Clinics, minor cuts and bruises and minor sickness like flu, rashes and so on. Clinics should be staffed with capable nurses and a doctor that manages the clinic. Clinics should be walk in and wait. Example. So you have a rash, you go to a clinic, get some cream and go back saying it doesn't work, the on site doctor sends you to the diagnostic place and you see a specialist. Or had a rash for years and not going away, book straight to the specialist. Crazy thing now is if you have a cut or sprain the GPs can't fix it, they will tell you to go to ER... If you need a blood test, the GPs can not do that, try talk you out of it, then they tell you go to hospital. As for what will come of closing NHS England, a lot remains to be seen, sounds like Labour is just giving it a go, to see what they can get away with political, i think it is clear they know it needs reform because people are not getting a good service for the money.
  3. They do this with babies as well, if you say no vaccines in the NHS, they ignore that, take your baby away and then inject them with a load of crap on hour 1.
  4. I got chat GPT to finally admit that that fact that the water cooling in the space suits in apollo 11 only worked off 100 watt battery was a red flag. Took a while but got there in the end. The arguments against were pretty decent to be honest. Some were new. Eventually it all unravelled.
  5. I looked at the first post on this thread January 14th 2021, a 19 year old care worker that had a stroke. Damn says it all realy.
  6. Massive fake anti-Semitic false flag exposed in Australia https://www.noticer.news/sydney-caravan-antisemitic-terror-plot-fake/ Sound familiar? Australia's 7/7 ?
  7. ironically she was arrested for "risking patient safety" even though the hospital was empty
  8. They claim that China gov has under reported the deaths during the covid years, of course they are too stupid and still think it was "the pandemic" but still interesting. I suspect many of the reports of empty streets could be because people are working from home. Chat gpt suggests many people are still working from home. They estimate like 100-400 million dead and also dispute the claim that total population is 1.4 billion. They claim that local governments over report the population in order to get more funding allocated.
  9. https://rumble.com/v4ddkbr-midazolam-the-nursing-home-scandal-that-wont-go-away.html British MP Andrew Bridgen and Australian politician Craig Kelly have exposed the use of Death Row drug midazolam to kill the elderly during the 'pandemic' and attribute their deaths to Covid-19. Why has no Irish politician dared mention midazolam in relation to the spike in nursing home deaths in April 2020? It's made in Co Cork and is part of the HSE 'Covid-19' treatment plan.
  10. Interesting they both used the same accountant... I am on the free plan so can only do so many requests per day right now, might pay for it in the future. Until the next day, I will post more.
  11. Appears that one focus of the conference was STP which was at the time about automating security trades
  12. Basically I was trying to find the list of the attendees and who they worked for but the information appears to have never been made public.
  13. another article https://www.risk.net/people/1506589/remembering-september-11-the-day-ill-never-forget
  14. Found this article about the conference as a source. https://web.archive.org/web/20220930081327/https://www.nytimes.com/2002/09/11/us/circumstances-citizens-of-the-world-on-time-for-a-meeting-in-harm-s-way.html
  15. it is not real AI to be fair it just a summary bot. Chat GPT. It just repeats back to you what you say to it but adds some extra info and connections.
  16. I thought David Icke was nothing more than crazy lizard theory, why would they need to ban someone that has such ridiculous theories?
  17. Tommy Robinson being kept in Cambodia prison like conditions under the Starmer regime for basically exposing the government's lies when it comes to covering up the crimes of a Syrian migrant within the school system.
  18. I did get chat GPT to admit that CO2 is not a pollutant and then we argued for about 30 minutes about whether CO2 is the primary by product of incomplete combustion and I would despite its programming on the climate change fraud, I think it did partially admit that CO2 is not the primary by product of incomplete combustion. It however, refused to admit that the green house effect was nothing more than a theory, it fell back on to consensus which I disputed as being unscientific, which it agreed, but then repeated the assertion time and time again.
  19. AI does not have the information within its database nor can it find it on the internet the full list of the 71 attendees of the conference that died.
  20. I have been using AI to investigate 9/11 and try join some piece together. It came to this conclusion after much time. Also I asked it about the IT conference that was in the WTC at the time and I knew little about this conference apart from the pamphlet images that I have come across and posted on this forum before. It interestingly made the connection that the conference was higher than the missile impact zones and all attendants and speakers of the event died and were trapped above the impact locations. Something that I had never realise, I assume the conference was in a lower floor in a conference area of some kind and that at least some people had managed to escape. A very disturbing but interesting finding for sure.
  21. or he could just be a lazy ****
  22. if your goal was to reduce resource consumption a vaccine bio weapon that made people lethargic would be a very sensible approach.
  23. My sister commented on our post 6 jab father and how is so lethargic these days and seems to have no interest to communicate or do anything. I wonder how many other people could point out a similar experience?
