I think in new agism the terms frequency and vibration are used very loosely and not helpful. So a definition of what you mean exactly would be helpful? Yes I've been to sound baths and felt great after, as with many other experience. Whether my frequency or vibration changed I do not know. It wasn't permanent lasting, for sure.

I really hope folks don't now go and have a go at immigrants. They haven't done anything wrong. The government don't protect our borders and don't process them. Any angst should be vs the government. I have no idea what the real story is. But can certainly see how witch hunts and mob mentality can start very quickly from stories.....
