This is actually a really good stretch. (Iliotibial band stretch) - Its good for people with fibromyalgia too...amongst other problems. Mind you, when my back is really acting up...I wouldnt be able to do this... Depends on severity of pain and what your body allows...

As much as I found that meme amusing (it needed Suella Braverman to polish it off to be honest!), what I will warn people to be mindful of is that now Britain finally has a 'person of colour' as Prime Minister, expect some kind of 'crackdown' on people who make funny memes or just have some genuine constructive criticism of Mr Sunak, being branded as 'racist'.
Me: "I don't agree with Sunak's policies"
Them: "How DARE you, you bigoted racist!"
It's going to happen, just wait and see...
Probably best to stick with the 'rodent' memes... accuracy of looks and nature all in one.

why is there nothing from the heliocentrists??
Sorry to burst you bubble zark but just maybe you and your ilk are not taken seriously enough
and after 400 odd pages of this shit I can certainly understand why
I am neither for or against FE theory. However, I actually don't see actual 100% proof of either, thats why my mind stays open....rather than trying to belittle someones viewpoint.
I see we have pilots here....and I know pilots myself. But, even after talking with them there is no concrete evidence of a globe.... So here I sit still wondering...
I love to see the different viewpoints .... demeaning a view doesn't conclude another view.

This is what I'm trying to wrap my head around. I thought Liz was a big stooge but maybe she went rogue?
The budget which supposedly led to her downfall and ensuing financial calamity that followed were an intended consequence imo. If it's bad for ordinary working folks it's good for 'them' as far as I'm concerned.
I can't help feeling that it's all just a lavish stage production now. Come hell or high water the WEF will have their way. The British public are so disengaged now that the PTB appear to be just doing whatever they want.
I dont want Sunak as PM, but then again, I don't want anyone currently serving as an MP to be PM.
Maybe that video circulating of her saying she is not in favour or royalty sank her battleship?? After all royalty and 'elite' are of the same ring-fenced circle.

I've been saying for a while. It was meant to be Rishi all along. They obviously need Truss out as the couldn't fiddle it.
I think we will see cbdcs coming now quickly followed by digital id.
I agree..he fits the required criteria...not white (agenda), monied, (elitist) looks out for the rich (required).
Whereas Boris has already proven himself an unliked buffoon and Truss hates Royalty....so these two will just get their lovely payoff while Rishi does the bidding of the Cabal...and finds a new tailor. Anyone who wears their trousers at half mast like that is clearly completely lacking on some level.
Just a thought - wasn't Thule also a place described in Antarctica? There appears to be a glacier beneath the moon at the top of the picture. Could be a mountain I guess (snowcapped)

I guess this is how the ancient European caste system worked. Everyone was useful to the whole, knew their place in society and respected the other castes for what they brought to the table.
A bit like how The Vatican interacted with banks all those years ago...till present day I guess... :-)
Yes, youre right @Itsa there are no ears on a pangolin... and interestingly the most TRAFFICKED animal...hmm

Sorry. The book is more to do with how planes function. The person who wrote it is an aviation expert and crash investigator. He discusses what features and gadgets planes have. Multiple redundancies. Everything backed up. It is effectively impossible for a pilot in a plane such as MH370 to override anything. The book details this sort of info to back his argument that MH370 couldn't just disappear. I appreciate that you were only looking to understand more about how a plane would function in a certain situation but put in context with a real-world event might make the technical stuff less tedious.
The link about air turbulence is a completely separate issue though the book may go into it a bit. Read a few years ago.
Thank you - I am interested in the aviation side of it. Certainly about how planes automatically override anything a pilot may do.. This does actually touch on the topic and I will have a read - thank you I appreciate the links.

Gandhi - out to sea. A stork bringing the SKU or trading codes.
..there is also a marijuana leaf being balanced by a QR code, and a baseball (sport) aligning with scales holding people. Jesus appears to be blindfolded,
Bottom right ? Pen (quill) mightier than the sword?
Gandhi out to sea? (? No more peace?)

What is Air Turbulence? | Let's Talk Science (letstalkscience.ca)
MH370: Mystery Solved eBook : Vance, Larry: Amazon.co.uk: Books
I've posted this book. For some reason I can't find the one I read before in my online library.
It should go into a lot of detail about what measures are installed in planes. EVERYTHING is recorded in real-time by computer nowadays. Definitely on larger planes.
There are multiple overrides that a pilot cannot change. When a plane drops because of turbulence in a large plane the onboard computers will take charge. Commercial planes are constantly relaying info back to base. I can't say for sure but imagine it would be certain that diagnostics will be picking up wind direction etc. The onboard controls will then make automatic adjustments.
Thank you, I will have a read. Thats interesting that the plane picks up on which direction the wind is coming from.
Does the book also explain how the wind is generated by the earths rotation?
On 10/6/2022 at 6:08 AM, webtrekker said:
Yes, but the Jetstreams (all 4 of them) are caused by the ROTATION of the Earth! You can't use Jetstreams in an argument about FE without acknowledging this fact.
Sorry to play devils advocate here. But even if jetstreams are usually from west to east - how do we know its due to earth rotation? Another thing that peaks my interest is the turbulence experienced in a plane...presumably from some kind of jetstream... I wonder if the planes diagnostics can tell which direction the wind is hitting the plane from or if it comes from below...as in like some kind of vortex. Fascinating ,....

back to masons, they are openly deceived, do we think the hoodwink is just a coincidental phrase for the blindfold? discuss....
What do you think about the positioning of lodges around the world..even in places you''d least expect to find them...for example in Cuba? Are you of the understanding that all of these lodges hold secrets at their core?
I find it interesting that the church (primarily Rome) and the state have been interlinked for many centuries. The Familes/Houses etc having infiltrated into the 'royal' houses of the world and interconnected with banking - from centuries ago. We know that monks wore capes/hoods as well as many other organizations.
In your opinion, do you think there is an Achilles heel that the '''elite'''' fear - and if so would you be able to point in the direction of, even if not point it out fully.?
Sorry if this is a bit garbled, I'm close to bed time after a long day. I can take to PM if thats better...as I dont wish to cause unsettledness by my questions.

People are free to reject or accept my posts like any other member here. I am not shutting down discussing it, I am rejecting the idea of a separate thread to answer questions, the "reveal" was for perspective. The content of my posts should be what matters, not the upbringing I had, the perspective may help some it may put others off, the more detail offered doesn't change my posts and nor should it. Plus I am not interested in doing it outside of that. I think that's perfectly reasonable?
Yes of course we are all free to accept or reject anything. Glad to hear you are not shutting down discussion. If you prefert o use this thread and not a separate thread thats ok with me. I for one await the content of your posts on the matter, as you say your actual upbringing is not really part of the question...more a specific insight, I would agree.
Thanks for offering answers to specific questions..

I am not sure it would be appropriate for a number of reasons:
1. the answers I give would be my perspective only and not necessarily true across the board
Isnt that what you post most of the time? Your perspective? I think for the most part we all post things from our own perspective and others draw their own conclusions.42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
2. the answers are not going to sit well with any thinking, feeling person as we have all been 'hoodwinked' on some level, especially those who think they understand anything
Much of what is posted 'doesn't sit well' with many. It was suggested that you maybe put a thread in members only. I think many members are quite discerning...or at the very least able to either read and digest or read and scroll.42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
3. being born in to a family and being in the family are very different and so my answers would be from a very specific perspective outside but in close proximity to controlling 'elite' and how they operate
Then why not explain that it is your specific perspective??42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
4. how does anyone know I am not just making stuff up to manipulate/control/for fun?
We don't know...and you are being a little evasive which gives rise to that thought to be honest.42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
5. what can I provide that you cannot find independently?
How would we know unless you tell us what you you are able to provide?, from a place of anonymity.42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
6. it isn't about people being sheltered or living pampered lives, you are all here to explore truth but some areas of which goes entirely against Ickes viewpoint/understanding and that doesn't sit comfortably with me on his forum
Isn''t that for us to decide what we think and feel about any thread here? As you know from your own experience here, not everyone is going to agree...and thats ok....isn't it?42 minutes ago, TheConsultant said:
7. these people have been in power since before Jesus (or the alleged time) that person was around, continually passing power down within families, they are the shadow Government and as such control pretty much every aspect of everyones life generationally (it is all planned), they are the new world order, secret societies are the soldiers both knowingly and unknowingly, I do not have the heart to pull the rug from underneath people, especially those who only got in a few rungs of the ladder to better themselves, it just doesn't seem appropriate nor sit comfortably with me for one person to do that to an entire group of people. The majority of which are deeply religious, good hearted and have been misled more than the people outside the secret groups
You dont need to name people...there are ways to explain things without pulling a rug or throwing anyone under one in my opinion.
My question to you is...why would you raise the alleged fact that you are from an elite family and then shut it down when asked about it? Wouldn't it have been better to simply remain an enigma known as The Consultant if you are going to now continue as if what you claimed wasn't said at all?
Either way... just wanted to say my opinion from my perspective.

Because everything is connected to everything else and it is the aether than gives rise to how they conjure, it is the dynamo of life or living power. Chi, Qi, Prana, Mana etc. (plays in to what some call loosh) In the west we have secret societies controlling the flow of that as best as they can, whilst members are earning their right to have access to their innate natural ability outside of secret societies. We are far more than evolved monkeys, every single person including the "vulgar" "profane" etc
Put another way, truth shouldn't ever be secret as its hiding wider truths in the process of its long history, including our false history.
Then please do enlighten us on the truth you are aware of as a member of an 'elite' family. Many of us have not led sheltered or pampered lives or had jobs that haven't shown the dark side in places that shouldnt be. Are you going to start a thread to answer questions?
I have a really old book about Freemasonry. I think it is a book given to the freemasons. It is called Constitution. It has a complete outline of how courts of 'justice ' are to be built, and much more. I have met many freemasons who are good men.... as others have said, I think they keep many as the front for what is clearly a much deeper central network, that many of them no nothing about. I'll see if anyone is selling a copy online and link it as I cant be assed to find mine and take a pic ...

A lot of people are nervous about seeing a chiropractor...but I have had some amazing results. The one I have now managed to realign my hips after I had a nasty fall ten months ago. He used very subtle chiropractic movements and pressure and I could feel my hips moving ...amazing. (I'm sure someone will take that last sentence out of context...
