hi for example if i fly out from uk to dubai with family will i be prevented as its a red list country - are the exception when you can fly out i have a family emergency so need to fly out

i know personally know a few people who have reparatory problems and have had to go hospital, whatever we want to call it extreme flu or covid. there is something clearly out there, but its been deliberately spread...
