There is more to technical skill than just using a tool or using simple device. Could they cope with delicate tasks or ones that need some real complex thinking?

Recently I watched a documentary about Etheopian christians and they had to climb up some really steep cliffs to get the baby christened and then celebrate mass at the church built into the cliff. Really dangerous stuff.

It could be that population growth in German is way behind so needs a boost but as a general population level there are too many people.

I was recently thinking this. The fact is the great pyramid is clearly the most sophisticated of Egyptian pyramids and has a subtle design showing 8 sides, that no other have. It could well be that other pyramids were attempts to recreate its design without knowledge of how it was done, leading to various odd pyramid ruins left behind.

High pressure would force air into low pressure spaces but apparently the air pressure at the limits of the atmosphere (exosphere) is almost nil, so there wont be such a different to push the air into space. Vaccums dont have a suck effect. Your graph works when there is a large difference in pressure.

So are you trying to say native Americans are not entitled to that land because they were just tribes. Native American is just an easily recognisable label for all the native tribes? the principle I stated still exists. It would then be a case of funding a tribe to reclaim their native land.
