Those are all quotes from the above links about a strange activity run in 2013 and 2014 by the Army and Lancashire county council about a 'virus' outbreak.
How long has this been scamdemic been planned and why was this event run? Were other councils running similar with the Army?

Why don't they go to the BBC and shut them down for a few hours or target MPs or councils. It's councils who have the powers to shut businesses.
