Yes, and the mask of the idiots ?

All the crap about thousands of new cases, but no one’s getting sick and no one’s dying; ffs, it’s staring us in the face what a farce it is but still the ignorant fools believe.

What can you do in the face of such idiocy?

I was in sainsbury earlier, loads of older people 65+ in full mask and gloves kits, like the last shift at the hospital had just ended .

Its at the point now where I go in rush about to get stuff & then get away as fast as I can, can't bear to see them or listen to the awful messages constantly piped through the store.

didn't hear a single person cough or sneeze or anything cold related, but there they were all in fear.

A solution (for me)is if they force me to wear wear them damn things I will wear one that looks as absolutely  filthy as possible, cover it in ketchup and melted chocolate let it dry..? really disgusting the better... if I get complaints then just .."I'm doing it for you not for me."

  2. "I think I made a mistake. I thought this was a hoax, but it's not."
Those were the final words of a 30-year-old patient who died at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio this week after attending a so-called "COVID party," according to the hospital.
    https://abcnews.go.com/US/30-year-man-dies-attending-covid-party-thinking/story?id=71731414

He didn't say "Oh goodbye everyone, please say  bye to mum and dad and billy the dog etc."
Why does this story just reek of fake news so much?

I remember an article in Fortean times long ago where they had a compilation of these types of stories..

Sadly, going by how the majority have bowed down to this almighty fuckery, it’s not going to happen.

English people  are  hard to judge we live in an over polite, passive/aggressive  society and those types often snap dangerouly.

Look at how many ignored 'official advice' and crammed onto the beach, or went on marches.

'Social media' used to just be a place to hang out with and catch up with friends.

I look at something like Facebook, and I see it trying to be 'the internet' - one place where you can do all the things you normally have to go to other websites for.

Facebook 'groups' - these have practically killed off discussion boards and forums

Facebook Messenger - seems to have killed off all the various messenger services that used to be out there

Facebook Video - trying to replace YouTube I guess

Facebook Shops - this has been around for a while but apparently they're making a big push on this now, encouraging retailers to list all their products for sale, perhaps trying to take on eBay, Amazon et al.

The idea is to keep people on the platform - presumably to target them with advertisng etc - so the more that they can do on the platform - ie video chat, check news stories, buy stuff - the longer they will stay logged in.

Its the centralisation of the internet. I wonder how many young people believe the 'internet' is just Facebook, Amazon, Google, eBay and Twitter.

I use whatsapp and its now owned by.... facebook.

Used to use musician forums 20 years ago, but as you say they are like ghost towns now maybe 1-2 posts a day.

these companies have certainly dominated the internet, I remember when I first saw the net on tomorrows world.. "the information superhighway promises free sharing of information." or words to that effect. Hmm & it did for a little while only.

  5. I have closed my facebook,  only have a twitter account under a pseudonym, I don't have instagram or any of the others.

I don't want to feed these corporations who censor anyone they’re not tracking down or  manipulating.

There seem to be quite a few alternatives rising up now but I'm growing kind of bored of social media anyway.

What will be the future for social media?

I mentioned on another thread how in my day getting some form of transport was a vital part of striving for independence, and the fact that I now have 5 nephews in their 20's and 30's living at home with their parents, and that none of them can even drive, never mind having transport.

That is so sad, on my 16th birthday I had a kawasaki moped that I got for £50 & rode for a year, it was a bit of a wreck but it was wheels and freedom.

The cost of insurance is a killer now too, at my last job there was a lad with a 1.3 engine car, he was about 19 & the insurance was something like £3000 a year!

  7. Shops here are still looking pretty empty (small town Herts.) I haven't been to a shopping centre either as for the reasons in your post.

Really don't fancy queuing like that for anything.

The young people here have vanished! used to always be a few hanging around the town centre, but I've not spotted many in months.

Their parents are keeping them at home?

I'd absolutely hate to be young now, barely any freedom to do anything or go anywhere.

In my younger days a load of us had motorcycles, we'd ride to the coast or to a forest, set up a tent & have a party, crash out then ride home the next day.

I can't imagine them doing that now (or being allowed) their world has shrunk so much.

Also read about another food processing place that i hadnt seen mentioned before in the UK, more virus cases and another mini shut down there.

Meat processing  places keep being 'infected'.

Yet not a  single Amazon warehouse  or even a supermarket etc.. has  had to shut because 'covid'.

This is very strange and  I  wonder what the 'official ' explanation  would be?

Good luck if you live in any of these areas my friends.

The battle is over, we lost, they won.....why?

Because 95% of the UK population are brainwashed thick cunts.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But how can it be rising now?

Mask wearing is increasingly seen everywhere.. unless the masks  do nothing...? Oh God noooooo?

No you don't. That's probably just for verified accounts. I do think it may turn out to be a honeypot though.

This bit of the TOS is concerning, although not surprising:

Join Parler or some alternative social media forum.

FB, Twitter, Google are only able to bend reality because they have a monopoly.

People would move if there were alternatives.

Although having said that I seem to have problems signing up for Parler.

Parler is a mass doxing event just waiting to happen?

I heard you have to upload a photo of yourself or scan your driving licence  etc just to join...

Any site that asks  for that...  no f$#$%ing way, I left Facebook because they wanted my phone number..

The tin foil hats are back on.

The very stupid love a conspiracy theory because it’s a way for dumb people to think they’re not dumb.

And it’s strange to think that back then, the idea of millions of people believing in a secret society that controls the world was so daft it could form the basis of a mainstream comedy. Who knew that 10 years down the line it would be reality?

I think he's blown it  with the last comment and will be sacked over that.. indeed who knew it would be a reality.

The picture is of all the pubs in Great Britain, according to Google Maps.

My theory is that the amount of drinking done in GB is, because of the very unpleasant history of Great Britain towards the world across the ages. That's one reason of course, but i think it is a definitive contributing factor. It is a really depressing thought at what GB as done to so many people in many countries.

I think that is also why Australians drink so much. The population that went to Australia were a bunch of criminals and it weighs heavily on their minds.

It's the same the whole world over, It's the poor wot gets the blame, It's the rich wot gets the gravy. Ain't it all a bleedin' shame?

Name some countries that don't have dark events in their past.

The Chinese treatment of Tibet, the Belgians in the congo, tha Japanese massacring the chinese, the Zulu killing millions of other africans, etc, etc.

At the  moment though it is the White Brits who are claimed as responsible  for every evil ever done lol.

We drink a lot because we  like to drink, in the 17th century we were castigated for going to the tavern on sundays and not going to the church.

We need to avert the re lock down option. Our tracking app wont work anytime soon and i dont think the people here are going to be co-operative for a second nationwide lock down. There are still around 8 million people on furlough of which millions are going to lose their jobs as it is.

You're  right, I don't imagine many will be  so cooperative in round 2.

Also a whole lot of the under 25 crowd have never been through a recession where they lose their jobs and are forced onto jobseekers to survive, the last one was 12 years ago when they were still at school.

    The hungry get angry.

this incessant adding to the list of the symptoms should be a smoking gun for normies. it is also fear-based. if you sneeze you're straight away on the phone to your GP/doctor and the'yve got you down as a covid related/linked statistic.

    cunts.

some people will always want to be seen as conforming however ridiculous it may look.
