His meal was brought out to him just before mine. We shook hands and wished each other a good evening. A real delight to talk to a stranger with the same mind set.
Door step testing could be fun. I have a dog, he wont mind me taking some saliva. Could be interesting when the results come back, if they introduce it in Norfolk.
The compulsory wearing of face masks in public could also be fun. I might start wearing a mask any way. Like the post by golden retriever, of the chap with covid-19 is a lie written on his mask. The possibilities are endless. A chance to get creative. I wonder what reaction I would get if I was to walk into the local Tesco with a pair of the wife's Knickers on my head. As long as the gusset is covering my nose and mouth. Surely that is good enough as no criteria will be offered regarding their construction, material or origin.

The whole thing just doesn’t make sense; and you mods getting no replies to your queries/messages is just plain rude imo.
And if, as ink has said, “admin considers the old fourm (all 5.8 million posts) as "last on the list and unimportant"
thats beyond rude; that’s a huge slap in the face for all who contributed.
Imo, the forum was a cornerstone to Ickes platform, which helped his work to really get out to a huge amounts of people.

‘Twitter’; for those with short attention spans; not much depth; the stroking of egos, and a popularity contest.

. I generally don’t give a continental about that sort of thing; each to their own, but it would be nice to give consideration to those who have supported David’s work for years, or have just found it; those who have given their own time to keep the forum going in all ways etc etc.

Like you ink, Ive never had a social media account and will not.
I hope Gareth listens to you re keeping this forum.
