  1. From Hacking of the American Mind:

”If you feed fructose to animals you get all the pathology and cognitive decline one sees in Alzheimer’s disease, and it causes changes in genes that predict Alzheimer’s.”

”So far in humans we only have correlation.”

One could speculate that, if the sugar and medical lobbies were removed from the situation, the correlation in humans could be upgraded to causation.

So far there is no evidence that dietary sugar (sucrose - fructose and glucose) is necessary or beneficial to us in any way, but detrimental to our health and another tool of exploitation.

  2. Natural flavors are manufactured by chemical companies and used in nutritionally barren corn and soy-based livestock feed.  This encourages the animals to overeat, resulting in metabolic disease.

To the medical-industrial complex, the US is a giant barnyard with Vegas-like flickering lights and ringing bells.  The  livestock are the people.

Using natural flavors and sugar, the people overeat to get dopamine hits, then get metabolic disease, which is the precursor to all the big killers.

Then they are pushed through the medical system of expensive tests, ever accumulating medications, and treatments until they are dead.  It’s a slow kill.

What do you reckon of fruit sugars? Should they be avoided or do we need them

Don’t think there is a biological need for sweet fruits.

David Perlmutter, MD, the author of Grain Brain suggests the following fruits for consumption:

Low-sugar Fruit: avocado, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, zucchini, squash, pumpkin, eggplant, lemons, limes.

But damn!  That’s near impossible especially now during persimmon and pomegranate season where I’m on two a day.   Plus in the summer when it’s peach time!

One good thing when you get away from refined sugars, fruits and even nuts taste way sweeter.

  4. From The Hacking of the American Mind by Robert Lustig:

“Dietary sugar: glucose and fructose.  Glucose being so important the liver will make it.  Fructose:  there is no biochemical reaction that requires it.  Yet when consumed chronically at a high dose, it is toxic and abused.”

”Glucose and fructose activate different parts of the brain.

MRI:  glucose lights up areas associated with consciousness and movement.

Fructose lights up the reward pathway and several sites in the stress-fear-memory pathway.  This suggests that sugar is uniquely capable of altering emotional responses.”

  5. GMO corn strains are given names “Obsession 2,” “Passion 2,” and “Temptation 2.”  So it should be plain that any foods that contain corn products are meant to hook you.  You can find a list of all the deceptive names for corn.  Include xanthan gum, which is made from corn syrup through a fermentation process and citric acid which is from byproducts of processing corn using sulfuric acid. Foodopoly, Hauter.

But sugar itself, should it be avoided entirely?  Is it a drug or a food?  Fruit.  Should it be eaten every day despite the fact that in nature it usually only grows seasonally?  How hard would it be to reduce all sugar intake to a tiny amount?

  6. Oh bless your hearts.  All deep and all.

Can’t convince these bastards of anything anymore than I can convince them they’re eating drugs and not food and when it starts to kill them the other drugs they’re given will kill them even faster.  It’s all the same to me.  Unless I’m on TV or wearing a white coat what I say doesn’t matter.

But guess what when they’re falling apart and can’t do anything who are they going to rely on?  Moi.  Fucking family. 🙄

  7. What do you think of the book of Daniel 2 and Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of the statue?  Does it not represent the kingdoms of Babylon?

    Head - gold - Babylon

    Neck, chest - silver - less malleable - Medea/Persia

Midsection - bronze - more brittle - Greece

Legs - Iron - continues too get more brittle and will rust - Rome
Feet and toes  - Iron and clay - very easy to bust - Europe (will never unite in one)

    Then comes the rock.

Would this not lead us through time to the present?
Is this not the empire of Babylon in its last stages?  The three districts of power:  Vatican City - seat of religious and spiritual power, City of London - Financial, D.C. - War machine.

You really think everything already happened and this is just all the leftovers?

  8. Happy Thanksgiving!  Peeling my sweet potato skins for a mash because no one else wants them.  The skins are sooo good for you!

Saving them for this soup.  Not putting all those ingredients but you can add your own stuff.

    Potato Peeling Broth

Use a large cooking pot with distilled or purified water and add the following:

    • Potato peelings—cut into the potato about a half inch and discard the center
    • Apple peelings
    • Carrots, including tops
    • Celery, including leaves
    • Beets, including tops
    • Italian parsley
    • Green pepper
    • Parsnip
    • Zucchini
    • Cucumber
    • Green cabbage
    • Broccoli
    • Kale
    • Onion
    • Ginger
    • Garlic
    • Spinach
    • Dandelion greens
    • Asparagus

Chop or grate vegetables and greens. Bring to a slow boil and simmer 20 minutes. Strain off broth and drink at least 2 cups each day—more when healing acute conditions. Add 1 tbs. of Rice Bran Syrup after straining to enrich it with B vitamins and silicon. You may also add 2-3 tbs. of Dr. Jensen’s Vegetable Seasoning.

  9. Ok so this is it.

    OUOS Osiris, Isis, Horus, Seth

Has to be the inverse equivalent, the shadow sides of these gods.  Because this dude Thomas Anson rolled with Isaac Newton’s friend William Jones, they must be a continuation of the Pythagorean mystical school.  Pythagoras’ table of opposites states there is another side to everything, even the gods.

So here you have a door to the underworld, through which initiates pass, to learn the greater mysteries.  That is Demeter presiding over the ceremony as it is a re-enactment of her journey to the underworld to find her daughter.

  10. Thomas Anson who commissioned the piece:

“Was taught mathematics and navigation by Isaac Newton's friend, the mathematician William Jones, who was later to propose Anson's membership for the Royal Society in 1730. Anson went up to St John's College, Oxford, and later studied law at the Inner Temple.”

So he was a member of the Knights Templar.

    Just the D and M:

    ”In Kabbalah D means door.”

“M is actively present in our mind, like an imprint of the death, placed in front of the descent into the underworld.”

“In Hebrew, "Meme" is the transition of day and night, and even death and life.”

Look at the other paintings.  In them you will see death and sex, both themes of initiation into the eleusinian mysteries, where they were drugged with kykeon, brought down into a cave and made to witness sexual violence and experience death and rebirth.  So this is the same  pagan cult garbage of the elite societies.  Once you know what it’s about:  death and sex, it ceases to be so mysterious.
