How many ex lovers can he give money to out of campaign funds before it becomes fraud ? It's a reasonable question, you seem to think one is fine, what about 10, would that be to many, you must have a number in mind. What if he gave his wife a 100 grand to not say he snores, would that be a legitimate campaign funding. There is no other reasonable description of what he did other than bribery with money that wasn't his, that sounds like a crime to me

You clearly dont for falsifying business records in the 2nd degree. And it doesnt require anyone to be defrauded only your intent to do so, why would you deliberately falsifying records unless you had intent ? Who did he intend to defraud , campaign donors, who didnt provided money in the knowledge that it would giving to an exlover, Even with your somewhat tenuous excuse that this was legal, deliberately covering it up is fraudulent

A to zs are books of detailed maps of a city, broken down to a5 size, with an index of street names in alphabetical order, hence a to z If you ripped the pages out and stuck then together, as I have, they would cover quite a large wall, they were excellent for finding were you were and where you were going to, but terrible for getting from one to the other, unless you had a skilled navigator , as you had to change page every half mile or so
-
They did indeed, to such an extent it was labour policy in the early 70s to legalise it . The bbc also frequently had members of PIE and advocates for sex with children on ( late night ) talk shows in the late 60s early 70s, like it was normal

You keep saying defrauded, I keep saying false accountancy, though they may over lap in some instances, they are not at all the same thing
-
Yes it requires you to get them wrong on purpose, which isn't in dispute, submitting public records which are also know to be wrong is also an offence, the whole point of submitting for public scrutiny is that they can be scrutinised, which is impossible if they are deliberately wrong
-
He didnt get it wrong did he ? Someone if not him marked it as something else, on purpose, that is false accounting however you want to wrap it up
-
So yes, if what he was doing is, as you claim all above board, then he would have included it in the accounts as what it was rather than trying to mask it as something else. But then paying hush money and marking it in the accounts as hush money is a bit counterproductive, either way marking it as something else is a criminal offence

I dont think anyone has accused him of being intellectual, so I doubt he has thought it though, but as I understand it, his major complaint is about the pervasive nature of Islam and the ptb acceptance of different legal standards being applied. Back in the early days of the EDL, various other ethnic groups from the subcontinent attended and were welcomed in doing so, the media messaging that he was just racist, rather than pro english and pro groups who have assimilated to a greater degree, caused a drop of in that

Ok, your a unicorn believer ! I should have suspected that really, il leave the discussion here for now . Thanks for the old telly
-
Thanks that's very generous of you, I'm wondering how the guy knows it works in space when he hadn't tried it ? If he is going to claim that the aether exists, but science calls it a quantum field , then quantum fields exist so he is at least partially correct , but that's like me saying unicorns exist but we call them goats, it's not the most convincing of arguments

Now that is funny -
Thats just someone else repeating myths, it wasnt the united states army or as the guy in the vid said navy and the paper wasn't published in nature magazine. It was published in another magazine and it didnt confirm the existence of the aether, it was subsequently found to have made a fundamental error in setting up the lasers, so was bunkum anyway

I've just said that, I spent two paragraphs explaining why and why it doesnt matter much -

It's not that simple, circa 40% 9f the money 8n the economy needs to be put there by the government, it can very by economic model. Its doesnt matter greatly if that money is put there by government waste, paying people to sit at home or funding asylum seekers as long as the money is spent. It may matter if you cant do all three at once, but a large % of that money returns to the government in tax revenue, it's like it's never been spent -
You do know that people just make stuff up and put it on the internet? In 1939 they changed the international standard for tuning, I'm not aware this was nested into law anywhere, including germany. But if you have a law, ?
-
Back when ?, the bionic plague ran uninterrupted from just after the first millennium till the 20th century, it's only the 3 outbreaks out breaks in europe that we concern ourselves with
-
I hear that a lot as well, but its nonsense, they didnt pass a law requiring music to be at certain frequency, your quite at liberty to tune your guitar anyway you wish and most bands use non standard tuning, Nb france in the 1700s did pass such a law, but only for live orchestras, and as beat combos hadn't been invented yet, it not really applicable On the larger point, music is very good at triggering emotional responses, if you can control the nature of music you can control the emotions of a big chunk of the population. . Music is largely what fueled opposition to the Vietnam war, and probably why protest songs are currently thin on the ground
-
Well yes, the whole case wasn't that he had paid hush money, it was that he had used campaign funds to do so and as a result had falsified business records. That's always illegal On the larger point, paying a blackmailer not to report you to the police for crimes, is its self a crime, well in the uk anyway, I suspect in the USA as well, it comes under perverting the course of justice Not however in this case, if he hadn't been so tight and used some of his billions, non of this would have happened

Your correct, I selected the only checkable thing in the whole video to check, and to be fair as it's the only checkable thing I didnt have a lot of choice. Which bits did you think I can check. I've formed the opinion that as he is clearly a capable individual capable of checking himself, then its not unlike that he has deliberately mislead people, which is sort of ok if it wasnt something quite as serious as cancer If, as seems likely somewhere in the process he is selling something, then that's just out and out evil And yes I know, the same makes big pharmacy evil over the covid vaccine, but that doesnt make him less evil

It's going to be considerably less than 40 million, that's much the population in WW2 we were a very long way from self sufficient, even with better farming technology I'd suggest ,from distance memory, when I researched this, its nearer 20 million and that's still allowing food imports of stuff we dont have the climate for. We are not self sufficient in energy, a long was from it, even if they open the coal mines again, they are substantially mined out, so it would need to be nuclear and windmills etc. And we still dont have petrol You need to be careful about pulling the drawbridge up and refusing to trade with the rest of the world, it has an historical habit of ending very badly ,the wealth of nations is very much dependent on trade -
I think state of mind and placebo has an awful lot to do with it, certainly to how long and well you live I'm less sure that you can think your way out of liver cancer
