People have reported the lights that surround 'UFO' structues give off a soothing effect. My mother being a witness back in early 80's. The frequency of light the users are able to manipulate in the ships. But for what purpose? My theory is this causes a life changing event, or the viewer to look at the world in a different perspective. I would say its rarely a postive experience. It's not from off world, just part of the system to give some sense of life outside of earth's confines. From a personal point of view I would love to meet intelligent life from another world because, excuse a quote, there is bugger all here down on earth.
