I will second that, as I've done this many times it is wonderous for the body, clears the mental processes to I.E clarity of thinking. you do need to put plenty of good foods in first to prepare as this helps the healing. I use lemon ginger and honey adding turmeric to some meals before I under take this and if you have circularly troubles use cayenne pepper. then yes under take this liver cleanse. Actually, to be honest week before last we did north Wales coast line travelling from rhyl to holyhead taking in all the beaches along the way RHYL TOWYN PRESTATYN colwyn bay etc all the way up to holyhead. now we NEVER came in contact with no-one even though we spent the week on the beaches, we kept ourselves to ourselves. now on the Friday our last day both myself and my lady came down with serious chills fever high temp dry throat etc. come next morning headaches aches heavy chesty mucus which has carried on for nearly two weeks. we have combatted this with ginger lemon and apple cider vinegar. but it has left us both tired and no energy. but the children are fine no problems what-so-ever. now after one week of doing the suffering my lady did a lateral flow test and it was negative. it was only yesterday I had an epiphany reading a post about graphene oxide that I twigged what happened the post highlighted the ways graphene can be passed into the body, aerosol being one of them. now we know the vaccines are loaded with graphene hence everybody becoming ill. but I never thought it would be sprayed onto us as in my mind it surely is. I am totally convinced now they are trying as hard to infect everybody with this graphene injected or not. now reading the write up on this it says NAC is the cure hence why children where fine they would have seriously high levels, but over 30 it decreases fast and can only be given on a prescription. so what i understand its probably best to do a full detox of liver and kidneys which I will do, followed by a couple of days water fast. as I can see my body is really trying to move this crap out of my body . i will obviously let you all know what happens.

very good, I did actually study the Essenes some years ago and what you and @Macnamara @Simple Actions and others are talking about is what these people did. though they did interact with others not of there clan, it was very minimally . and they did where possible keep themselves to themselves, living mostly in the wilderness or by rivers lakes etc. . the man Jesus was supposed to be an Essene as well as John the Baptist. then more recent examples the monks of Tibet, what do they all have in common? Not anything religious but they were all SELF-SUFFICIANT. and if I remember correctly so are the Shamans and indigenous peoples of south America, also Africans and the aborigines. and many of these peoples talked of NOT following the blind as it leads to destruction, and for those religiously minded it states that in the the scriptures also , so there seems to be a strong link to a human understood truth from long ago.
