[How to separate yourself from thought]

This is a topic that often feels challenging to follow. Separating yourself from your thoughts requires consistency in practice. It doesn't happen over night. As your life fluctuates, and good and bad happens, you tend to find your emotions and thoughts fluctuating along. This creates some sort of a friction between your thoughts and your 3D experiences, thus making it hard for you to separate thought from the mind. Training yourself to do so requires time and patience, as well as the management of emotional regulation during tough times, so that the fluctuations of life won't be able to get to you easily.

Thank you for this chart. I only knew David's star sign, which is Taurus. He is very stubborn and stable. Him being a Taurus explains it very well. I really admire him standing on his ground no matter what. He is so stable and it makes him reliable. He has very attractive qualities some people might find unattractive. To me, he is the epitome of an ideal partner with these qualities. These qualities are hard to find in this day and age due to emasculation of men on a daily basis. He has the necessary masculine characteristics in my opinion. His perseverance and stubbornness reflect on his work as well. Additionally, he also has big curiosity about his work. I myself am a Virgo so I can relate to him a lot when it comes to that. I'm also very curious and passionate about what interests me. I think his endless passion and curiosity stems from that. Overall, I genuinely think he deserves a lot more credit than what he's been given.
