Hi Guys I went to the Cardiff talk with David a few months back . I really enjoyed and took a lot away from it . Does anyone have a photo of the slide he did talking about the now? ( the moment ) I have read a lot of literature and quotes on the subject but what he said really hit home . Or does anyone remember what the slide said ? I can't find the info in the book . Thank you in advance
