Thanks all,I shall read through. I am part way through the family court process however my ex-partner made serious allegations against me and was auto-believed meaning I haven't even seen my daughter and she is almost two. The fact-find has now concluded and we are now onto the welfare stage. I have no confidence in the state and want to remove them from my daughter's life.

Can anyone point me to information and guidance on withdrawing the states claim to ownership of my daughter through her birth certificate. I'm in the UK.
