A good solid three months of all organic, whole food, vegan diet is a good step in the right direction for anyone wanting to body detox. Whole food from Mother Earth is important here.
B vitamins supplements are particularly important for vegans, in our current system of things.
Some fasting is good for you. It is the people selling food, because they want your money, who advertise: eat eat eat.
Juicing vegetables is good for you. Do not mix fruit with the vegetables when juicing. If you want to juice fruit, do it separately from the veg, and wait hours in between consuming them.
Okay, so, there are resources out there that can help you decide whether or not my suggestions have any merit. There are three very informative documentaries that you can watch. It is probably the easiest place to start.
The Game Changers, Kiss the Ground, and Plant Pure Nation. They are posted on the YouTube, no need to pay to watch them.
In all of the research that I have done over the years about eating vegan and organic- I found that the three documentaries that I mentioned are the most complete as far as conveying what is actually going on in the world today. They are very intelligently done. The first two in the list are my favorite.
The documentaries do not cover the topics of alcohol, smoking, or drugs. Offhand I do not have one quick go-to resource to offer regarding that part. To be fair, I realize that some people take substances like ayahuasca for a spiritual experience. I do not know enough about that to comment one way or another. Never tried it, doubtful I ever will. No judgment. Just not for me.
I hope you find the detox suggestions to be helpful. I empathize with your frustration about feeling limited at times. Detox does help with that.
Gosh, I hope you find peace of mind, and in your heart, with all of this soon. What a profoundly unique journey that you are on. Can you envision a version of yourself in the future, looking back at this time of your life and laughing? You are so incredibly brave and strong, Sofia!
If you feel the need to pause or retreat, please do not feel pressure to talk here. I hope you do pop back in, as far as you feel comfortable to do so.
Thanks for the info and advice about detox. It's probably very necessary. I grew up with a mother who was a nutritionist, and she drummed into us the importance of diet. So I guess I do eat fairly well and clean for the most part; no smoking, drinking and hardly any sugar. But you are probably right, a detox would likely help. Someone tested me via kinesiology for graphene, and it came up positive, so I've been taking homeopathic graphene oxide. Just to see if it helps. I'm pretty sure it's being sprayed on us.

I haven't yet. What held me back is that it seemed she was an investigator and documenter of phenomena, rather than someone able to glean insight into the situation, but perhaps I'm wrong. It's difficult being so blind in this reality. I do feel like I came from somewhere where it was not limited so much in terms of being able to know things. I remember being frustrated that I couldn't communicate with birds in the garden when I was a small child..
You're right, it doesn't hurt to try at least.

I have often asked who are they, what are they doing, what is their agenda.. directly to the objects. No reply, nothing. Perhaps I am unable to hear the response. Maybe they're just bots from an astral AI sort of thing..?
But I do remember when this first happened, and something (someone), sat on the edge of my bed. In fact 2 beings did. I didn't see anything, I just felt the sensation as if someone had sat there. So there must be something behind it. I also ask for assistance, insight, protection if needed from Spirit.

It is more nuanced in smaller distances, like finding the exact page of a book. However, your prayers are powerful.
Should you feel the need to look over the entire book again, page by page, you can pray for the bit that you need to pop out at you.
This experience could be a way to try to get you to know about where you are actually from. Have you had intuitions telling you that this planet is not your true home? By far, would not be alone in feeling this way. A lot of people are getting reconnected with their true origins these days.
Have you taken the time to say specific prayers for answers?

I really still feel very much in the dark about whatever is going on. It is just so mysterious, and I've not found any stories of anyone else experiencing anything similar. It's still ongoing, if a little more subtle. The objects are much more cloaked or indistinct. There's very much a sense of them being in a different dimension of sorts. I had an experience the other night where I woke, slightly dozy still, saw an object, and simultaneously I saw everything in the dark room as a geometric field, just for a short time. And then it sort of fractalized and broke down into disordered blobs of strangeness in my field of vision. Very mushroomy. Very hard to describe. I've asked for answers a lot.. and received nothing so far.
Someone I know suggested it could be astral AI interfering in some way..? I do a protection ceremony each night, and ask for protection from the aspect of me which is one with Source, my Navigator self. It seems impossible to know at the moment.
The book didn't seem helpful really. Just quite New Agey.. It didn't feel like genuine truthful information. Not to say there aren't benevolent beings on other planets, but it didn't really resonate.
Have I ever felt like I'm not from this planet? Yes, from quite a young age. I think quite a few of us have volunteered to be part of this awakening and 'rescue mission'..
You mention me allowing the experience to continue.. well I've tried to get it to stop, and nothing happens. I command them to leave, and they slowly disappear, and then return when I go to sleep.

The experience is still ongoing.. an update of sorts. My partner who is quite sceptical and logical has seen these objects off and on, he often sees an object that is like a panel with a relief pattern in the surface. I said does it have shapes that are reminiscent of aztec/mayan glyphs- not quite the same, but sort of, and he said yes. There is a flavour to the 'imagery' that sort of seems like that if it makes any sense. But technological. Its all still a profound mystery, but ongoing.
Another thing that happened recently which was odd, and perhaps just my imagination, but worth mentioning, is that one evening I was looking up at my bedroom ceiling, and in my mind's eye it became a picture of the night's sky.. and there was a constellation that was highlighted by dots joined together to form a shape, which looked reminiscent of the shape of a harp. I instantly looked up 'constellation like a harp' and it came up with Lyra.
I have a book which I bought many years ago called Prism of Lyra which was about galactic origins of humanity. I can't know if any of the book is true as so much written about the extraterrestrial topic is skewed to certain agendas, especially in the New age arena.. but anyway. Curiouser and curiouser..

I will add, when I saw this it reminded me of people lying in beds.. as if this object was designed for that purpose.. I was quite shocked to find something so recognisable.. It was imprinted into the surface as a relief.. ie carved into the surface. I know it probably seems a bit hard to believe..

I would say it is referring to the exact same reality.- Prime Earth. I think 5D seems to talk a lot about ascension.. Juliet describes a process she calls transcendence. It seems we have to become resonant with that reality by expanding our bandwidth of perception. The ceremonies which they brought through gradually enable the body-field to be able to decode more of the spectrum of light (from the sun- enlightenment is literally about light, and our ability to decode the geometric language contained within the resonance of light.) (Part of the reason we have been genetically modified is so that we only manifest the lower octaves of the 3rd dimension- duality, an 'entropic temporal zone', or a 'mutant matrix'. No.. They have had a few experiences... It took them a considerable amount of time to unpack the experiences they have had in that reality. This was just a snippet of a description of one thing, a tree. They wrote a book about their experiences a few years back called 'Worldbridger'. I think it might still be available online. From what I have read, they have said it is the full manifestation of the 3rd dimension. The Earth in her full glory. As far as how.. I do think at some point in the not too distant future we will experience this.. Although at this point it seems hard to believe, looking at the world around us..Juliet and Jiva Carter have spent most of their lives bringing through a solution. i.e. undoing the damage that has been done to us so that we can no longer perceive and live in the true reality. It's all about our ability to decode the full spectrum of light in the sun. The geometric code. We used to have this ability aeons ago before the intrusions on this Earth. I will..thanks. It's mostly just the nightly experiences of waking up after a crazy dream, then seeing the object close to my face.. Me telling it to eff off.
. and sometimes they try and cloak themselves.. but I still see them. They just wait until I go back to sleep to approach again. They're doing something with the dream state.. stimulating dreams. Several times I have had the experience of my 'dream screen' sort of melting down, in a 'mushroomy' kind of way, when the objects leave. Its just very odd, the whole thing..

It was a suggestion from a friend, who has a homeopath who does Kinesiology. I can't remember where I read about Graphene in chemtrails. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't put it past them. I'm not sure it's just coming from people who've been v'd. I just thought I'd try it anyway.
