I have now watched several vids on YT and it would appear they all have different methods. One is to freeze it in the freezer, while others say dont freeze your kill it! Other cut it into little bits discarding the skin then boiling it for hours, and add the skin that they discarding to the pot (how bizzar is that!). then other add vinager to neutralize it Would boiling it not kill the enzymes and render it dead? Why not just eat it raw?

The original source of that came from one if DIs videos I saw when it cam about on bitchute However doing a search for the tile of it "reality-is-an-illusion-david-icke-pays-tribute-to-dr-peter-gariaev-" It would appear to have been removed or deleted! However others have copied it OUR REALITY IS AN ILLUSION - DAVID ICKE PAYS TRIBUTE TO DR PETER GARIAEV

How do you know of all 3 of them? have you met any in person that have told you what they have done to achevie the revers ageing process or are they all on line or in a book? Do you have any names to these people? Every time you eat; you raise insulin and lower growth hormone (the hormone that keeps you alive longer). Also to note that certain plants have anti aging properties in them I started this thread not so long ago; but did not get much luck with it Its about the work of the late Dr Peter Gaviso work on Wave Genetics and Reverse ageing. This is one of David Ickes research points (and he made a video on this pathificlly on this topic a few years ago) Originally they claimed that the treatment would reverse ageing then later it stated that it would only slow it down
