you see I found out that homeopatic medecines for ansiety or depression can and do improve sleep and consequently mood over time living me whiteout no need to take pills over time

yes it takes some time taking small doses to sleep of the meds that make it (some of them do the opposite effect ) and using at the same time or changing to sleep or ansienty homeopatic medecinas two months whiteout psyqyiatric meds and I start felling better whit headaches and gut problems but better from the numbness that the cocktail of psyqyiatric meds make me feel
