God knows. It's mind-boggling to think of how society has changed in the past 50 years. I can't wrap my head around it. People have turned into prey animals, terrified of their own shadows and unwilling to think for themselves. They would rather surrender their lives to some talking head on the idiot box. It's frightening because, at some point, they will turn on those who won't take the poison.

Manufactured grief. It was awful. Blair was behind much of that if you ask me. Now the media is doing the same thing with Phillip. It feels a bit odd because he's been in the news for one thing or another all my life. I suspect ERII will follow him shortly. That happens a lot with people who've been together for decades. Then we'll have King Charles III to worry about and his slavish adherence to the Great Reset.

I don't know if you were around in 1977 but if you had been, and you'd been in the UK, you would have seen the whole nation hanging up bunting, arranging street parties, and selling all manner of tat to commemorate the silver jubilee. It was mad I can tell you and perhaps the biggest display of patriotism seen here sine VE Day. 20 years later, it was a different story and when Diana was killed, there were just as many people on the streets but the mood had changed. Gone was the unthinking deference to the royals and the press were openly criticizing the Queen for being aloof and uncaring. On the whole, I think I prefer the 1977 version of public sentiment to the 1997 one. At least in 77, the pubs were open all hours and there was lots of good nosh to be had at the street parties. 1997 was collective navel gazing and grief for someone 99% of the population had never known.

It could be, who knows. I do know the SS were not trained in such a fashion and the lie originated with British Intelligence.

Sounds like the old WWII propaganda stories about how the SS were trained.

Do Cheshire Police, Work for Tesco’s?

It's already happening. Anti-vaxxers are already labelled as unpatriotic and anti-social. Once they unleash the really nasty stuff on the population - and they will - those who didn't take the vaccine will bear the brunt of the hatred that will be whipped up by the ever-compliant media. -
I think if the Beckhams turn up, he'll rise from his coffin and attack them.

It's getting very dangerous for those of us who reject the vaccine. Governments are taking a hands-off approach, especially in the USA, and are content to let private corporations enforce the rules. All of those years in which these behemoths swallowed up small businesses and wiped out the small shops of Main Street USA was part of the plan. In many towns, people have to drive miles to Wal-Mart to buy their food and supplies. How long will it be before people won't be able to shop there without the passport? State action, which would have fallen under constitutional scrutiny, has been bypassed. We are the slaves of unaccountable corporations. Just look at the way they back such causes as BLM. The government doesn't have to do anything except provide the agenda for the week to big business and it gets done. -

Would you like some diabetes with your covid shot madam? -
There are some people who refuse to be helped. My sister-in-law is a bright and articulate woman with her own small business. Covid forced the business to close and she ended up relying on government loans/handouts to live. I've sent her a ton of stuff about the shots: well-researched articles, data, pretty much everything you can find on here that has a solid foundation. Her response? She took the first shot. Why? Because she knows someone who was involved at some stage in developing the vaccine and he assured her it was safe. Why, I asked a second time. She told me she was unwilling to give up her former lifestyle and she and her partner want to travel again. I didn't bother telling her that the world she had and still wants has gone for good.

I was there in the early 80s and masks were a thing there then; at least in Kyoto where I was. I've travelled a lot in Asia; China,Vietnam, India, and several other countries. In large Chinese cities, masks were a common sight, especially on cyclists. The air pollution was the cause, so I was told and it was pretty thick and smoggy. A white mask soon turned a dirty shade of brown. Saigon was like that too.

I think you'll find parasites are behind the whole damned Covid scam.

That's Johnny Depp in drag.

I'm sorry that happened to your mother. It is a cruel thing to do. My father was dying of lung cancer in Crumpsall Hospital. The doctor in charge told the nurse to give him as much diamorphine as he wants, and then some more (this was many years ago, before computerized records). At least that was merciful.

Only if you're an essential worker. There's a scam round every corner...

What the fuck does Bill Gates do with all that money? I mean, he couldn't spend what he already has if he lives to be as old as Methuselah. I get the whole depopulation argument and I understand (somewhat) the concept of transhumanism, but what is the end goal and what will the elites do when they get there? I have pondered that question and, for the life of me, I cannot conceive of an answer that satisfies my curiosity. I understand the lust for power and control. Humanity has seen many men like these rise and fall going back to ancient Babylon. Perhaps the goal today is the same as it was then: for humans to become as gods, but only the elite. We might be living in a re-run of Genesis 6.

It is what we in the trade call circumstantial evidence. It's what the police call an 'embarrassing coincidence.' Causation may be inferred. Men have been hanged on such evidence.

You hear the odd thing. Ted Bundy, one of the worst serial killers of the last century, supposedly quaked in terror as the hour of his execution drew near. He desperately sought to buy time by offering to tell authorities where he'd buried many of the young women he'd killed. Apparently, the warder grabbed a tape recorder and told him he had 10 minutes.

He looks like he's just clapped eyes on the reaper pointing a bony finger at him.

No kidding. All of the eggheads that have been pontificating on this vaccine, that vaccine, this strain, that strain have strengthened by belief that they have no idea what they are talking about.

Lycia is beautiful and pretty secular. In Kas, where we stayed (ancient Antiphellos) there was the obligatory call to prayer but I was told by the locals that not many attend. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

I'm guessing you weren't around in the 1960s.
