  1. Would like Tommy to speak out about the banking cartels. One clip that gave me suspicions was bragging about supporting Zionism. But his focus has shifted away from just grooming gangs and he seems to be having a deeper awakening.
  2. Yes before any mirror scurrying work you need to be grounded. Tibetan lama's do this after lots of very deep meditation .
  3. Another practice once you are able to meditate is mirror scurrying used by Tibetan lamas, also used in occult circles. Darkroom with candle light and sit infront of a mirror and look into your own eye's. Do the 100 exhales and many have reported in seeing their past lives etc.

  12. I did martial arts for lots of years then went to a Brazilian jiujitsu class and got smashed by 90% of people there. I'm in my 50s still train Brazilian jiujitsu and still wirk the bags with kicks punches. Jocko gives some good tips on self defence . Martial arts fall into two camps the one's who practise mainly theoretical scenarios and the other one where you actually learn to spar and Bjj roll going few rounds.

  19. Depends how long and how many days you look into the conspiracy realm. You need balance when you can just switch off for few days and recharge. If your reading conspiracy everyday it becomes very easy to fall into an echo chamber where as everyone's saying the same thing. Need time out do meditation or hill walking or just walks in general and relax and get more balance in your life. Many year's ago I nearly ended up have an overload breakdown. Got to stage where I was checking my phone throughout the night to see what latest conspiracy or news was. Having negative effect on my life and body.
