Odd conversation today. Working at home of retired but sharp lady, Jeremy Vine doing some sort of Ukraine piece on the tv. 'Something not right about this whole Ukraine thing' she says. I agree. Then she tells me neighbours & friends had offered rooms for refugees (through a church group I think) months ago but nobody has seen any yet. They're starting to think it's a scam.
