We went to see the replica Spanish Galleon at Shoreham last week and I said to this snobby cow in the queue 'these Chinese get everywhere don't they'? She looked me up and down and said 'they're Spanish'! I pointed at a boat moored alongside with 'PILOTS' painted on it and said 'No, I meant the Chinese Pirate boat, they even advertise their trade too' She looked at my daughter and said 'If he's with you, get him on a strong lead'! and walked off! Ah well, you can't win 'em all'! It rained most of that day, but it was a once in a lifetime experience and worth the wait to get aboard and have a look at how the crew of the original ships had lived all those years ago!
