  1. I'll be shocked if Young Pharoah isn't cancelled within a week.
  2. Me neither, I just don't like people thinking I'm ignoring them. That's me just being socially awkward though. lol
  3. Iris biometrics adoption could rise on touchless transactions and masks, researchers say https://www.biometricupdate.com/202102/iris-biometrics-adoption-could-rise-on-touchless-transactions-and-masks-researchers-say Exactly what I was saying at the start of this. Eventually we'll be in a dystopian hellscape with checkpoints with iris scanners.
  4. That joint at 00:14:15 is catchy AF.
  5. Yep, same shit on both sides. Tory or Labour, it doesn't matter. Both will lead to breadlines.
  6. *Starts looking for alternatives to Adobe software.*
  7. Bloody hell, CodeMiko, your human form is fine, there's no need to be artificial. At least you're not trying to trick me as you're going for a stylized look, I guess.
  8. A new material brings scientists closer to a “quantum brain” https://www.advancedsciencenews.com/a-new-material-brings-scientists-closer-to-a-quantum-brain/ 'An intelligent material that learns by physically changing itself, similar to how the human brain works, could be the foundation of a completely new generation of computers.'
  9. The more people that get the vax, the more pressure it puts on those of us that don't want it.
  10. We already don't have many kids in the West, although some could argue that we consume more.
  11. Yeah, it didn't really appeal to me either. I think it's kind of sinister how the target audience was teens too.
  12. I don't game much myself these days, but I still keep tabs on gaming trends as a hobbyist developer. I hear you though. On another note, if people found the Hunger Games interesting, people might find the Japanese movie 'Battle Royale' of interest too. I think that inspired the Hunger Games and the battle royale genre.
  13. “I see nothing but a world of ruins, where a kind of front line is possible only in the catacombs.” — Julius Evola I'm starting to feel like I agree.
  14. Assuming they don't manipulate the data, the upcoming census is going to be interesting. We might get a better glimpse of what they're doing to the population then.
  15. 5% is alarming, but could be due to multiple factors. 78% on the other hand, that's nightmare fuel.
  16. The rise of the battle royale genre in gaming over recent years does seem a bit like an analogy for what is going on in society, in the sense of how they pit us against each other. Edit: Full of symbolism too.
  17. Interesting. Could be something to do with the vax, but also could just be a decline in birth rates.
  18. That I know of: Dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis. Some people claim: Low IQ scores, bone cancer, arthritis, and kidney disease. The research behind these claims seems to be mixed, but I wouldn't trust "experts" to be honest about whether it's making people dumber anyway.
  19. We haven't had democracy for years. Brits were never asked about most of the crap that gets forced on them. Edit: Assuming we ever had true democracy at all. I think we have been subjugated since 1066. "Democracy is just a filler for textbooks! Do you actually believe that public opinion influences the government?" - Voltaire
