I find chamomile tea a relaxing tea and lemon balm , likewise cleavers and nettles in spring for tonic , ginkgo leaf tea for memory etc
Slippery elm bark powder definitely find good for occasional indigestion with meadowsweet tea which I find good for occasional headache too.

Well to clean up the environment is the main thing too so that's where my votes going even if they don't mention chemtrails etc perhaps the green movement will become mainstream and the locally democratic element will then blossom, removing harmful pesticides etc etc

On other hand I suppose voting for a candidate that supports peaceful resolution of international conflicts the most and removing nuclear weapons is a priority too

I must say I agree with the green party to campaign to phase out nuclear power stations and not build new ones though and push for UK to sign treaty on prohibition of nuclear weapons etc

The most definite occurrence happened when I was between being fast asleep and waking up - it is in that state that I find I often receive inspiration or solutions to problems which just come to me. Many years ago another prophetic event took place in a wakeful state whilst a passenger in a car on the motorway. I was daydreaming (as is so often the case with me) and this involved visions of events if the car in the lane to the left, which we were gaining on in the process of overtaking, failed to see us and came into our lane causing an accident. Within a few seconds as we were virtually alongside this vehicle, it tried to do just that! I responded very quickly and my companion who was driving was able to slow down and swerve enough to avoid a collision. The thought has crossed my mind that this was a form of unintended manifestation especially considering how this is becoming quite commonplace for me now all these years later.
On a separate note, I have wondered at times whether, when we dream of people we know, these could be visitations. Are we communicating with the individual and is what we say to them heard even if it is on an energetic, rather than conscious, level? I don't know if anyone has any thoughts on that.
Interesting question , I think of the DI analogy of a headset we wear especially in conscious state , perhaps in dream state we turn inward more and can resonate different bands or frequencies maybe . Therefore interacting with other entities that perhaps are attracted to this change ,eg like some animals see different auras etc.
Perhaps some are familiar to us and perhaps some even pretend to be ?
How do we discern this is the question I suppose?
Some maybe are internal processes too
Same with seeing future is it set in stone or just possibilities amoungst many that not yet mater--erlised ,then we enter back down frequencies to where things appear to happen ?
Or as George Trevelyan once said or quoted " events are now soul sized ,this is the exploration into God "

Register yourself as JW in the hope that they won't do blood product transfusion. But that depends on where you draw a line since it could matter life or death situation. OR learn to change yourself e.g. DNA and also learn how to neutralize toxins so that it will have no effect on you. There is always a way but most people don't bother because it's beyond their comprehension/reality.
